After about an hour and 15 minutes, the Doordasher messaged to say that the restaurant gave our food to another customer and that they were refusing to remake it. Things like happen all too often here. Mix-ups by the restaurant and they never take responsibility or try to correct the error in favor of the customer. When I have come in to place or pick up an order, there is always 1 person at the front handling the phone, delivery service orders, and people coming inside to place orders, as well as cashing folks out. It seems like too much for 1 person to handle and obviously a recipe for disaster. Luckily there were no issues getting a refund. I won't be trying this again anytime soon.
