I went in on Thursday August 19th to get a polish boy and fries. I took time to look at the special of the day. It was a cheeseburger and fries for $8.00 I ordered it and because they take the time to cook your food to order it was said it would take 30 minutes to my surprise I was shocked but it was to late to go back on my order in my head. It took about 20 to 23 minutes but I waited the whole 30 minutes. I received my meal got home it was still warm and the cheese burger to my surprise was a real quarter pounder. It was seasoned just right. I had cheese, ketchup and mayo on it. The fries were a bit weepy looking but meaty and so delicious. Looks can be deceiving. I had to be at work 30 minutes after my completely finished meal. I was full and pleasingly fat in my stomach. I had a great evening at work on a full and happy belly.Thank you Baby D's. I'm on my way to place a phone order right now. read more

I'm giving them a 4 star only because I've had them b4 at an event this past summer on the food truck, I ordered the garlic parm wings and they were amazing, cooked to perfection! But the actual restaurant is a little different. I do like that they offer all flats, with an unspoken upcharge tho. This time I ordered the jerk and honey bbq wings and fries, they were ok. The almost hour wait was a little longer than I was told of 25mins. The parking is minimal but they have additional parking if you drive down one of the side streets into the deadend street with the roundabout parking. read more

Absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back to try something different next time. A little hard to hear the cashier from behind the glass and parking is minimal. Nimitz those were the only negatives I found. read more

The wait for a 10 piece wing was 30 minutes. They were super rude. And they don't give you ranch or blue cheese with your orders not even one it's $.75.. black businesses need to do better. It shouldn't matter where it is.. Natasha P needs to change her attitude or go work in a jail where she can be mean!! but on another note, the wings were good read more

Wings and price good but the wait is crazy. I do however understand made to order just takes an extremely long time.

This was first time going to this place , I called in an order or bang bang chicken and 6 wings with honey mustard and not only was the female extremely rude , but she threw the bag of at the counter. I don't know where there hire these people from but this place don't have to worry about me ever returning. And the chicken was hard as a rock. Just a waste of funds. The customer service sucks and the food matches the customer service. read more

Call in your order for the best price. But hands-down, the best wings I have in my area. I literally have ordered from here 1 million times and have never had bad wings. Takes forever so make sure you have plenty of time and call ahead. Nothing special about the place other than some bomb @$$ wings. I put my parents on and the drive from 30 minutes away to get them now. read more

The wings and fries are really good... but they are sloooooooooow even when you call in. They are slow. I went on a Tuesday. I called in a 6 piece with fries and was quoted 25 minutes and it took them over an hour. Only go here if you got time or don't mind a wait. read more

They lie to you. Say food will be ready in half an hour, tell them make it an hour just to be safe, and the food is still not ready. When you get there they'll tell you it's 5 more minutes, but it'll actually take 20. They have no respect for people's time. read more

These are some of the best fried wings in the city!! yes it's gonna take some time because they cook everything TO ORDER, but it is well worth the wait! The fries are actually really good too! The exterior of the building is not much to look at and that's OK because sometimes that's where you find the best food!! read more

Always smells like old grease. I've have the chicken and polish boy and I didnt like either. The people that work there are always nice though. read more

Be careful placing your order on line here. There is a 80% up charge to do so. I ordered wings online and the order came to $18.00. When I went to go pick the order up, I noticed the same order was $11.79 at the restaurant. When I inquired, I was told that they have nothing to do with 3rd party orders. I showed her my Phone and told her this was doordash order, And door dash was one of their preferred delivery services. ( I picked up). She shrugged, as if to say "oh well". SO DONE!!!!! with this Shack Hole! read more

Food is great but customer service is horrible. A two hour wait for them to tell me that they didn't have the sauce I wanted. They could at least have called or texted. The food wasn't ready when I got their because of the lack of sauce. Black businesses always test people who supports them. Yet, that's why businesses like this doesn't last. They are rude and hang up on you. I'm disappointed in this place. People never know whom they are serving. Sometimes secret shoppers come in just to check. BBB WILL BE CONTACTED MONDAY MORNING. If you don't appreciate hard working folks money, then we will help you cancel this whole operation. If we all stop supporting this place, they won't make money. Black folks get yourselves together. We are talked about because of the lack of courtesy, caring attitude, and the lack of being competent. I will not step a foot here again. I will be letting my sisterhood of The Order of the Eastern Stars, my Masonic Brothers, and my Sorority not to patronize Baby D's. This should be an eye opener black people. read more

Food was fire. The wait is ridiculous should be advised on there website/google SOMEWHERE that you should call before just pulling up.

The absolute WORSE place I have eaten in the ENTIRE state of Ohio. DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR FOOD BEFORE THEY MAKE IT. MAKE SURE It's HOT AND READY FOR CONSUMPTION. I could not wait to get back to write this review. We are here from Atlanta, Georgia and My son found this place online and we drove 47 minutes to try it out. The lobby area was not appealing, It didn't smell like fresh food. There's no public restroom. I should have known better than to eat here because they are selling KOOL-AID. We ordered a beef poboy and wings with fries and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and cheesecake. WHY DID WE EAT AT THIS PLACE?! We waited close to a half an hour for a plate of COLD FOOD. The PoBoy was literally a COLD beef hotdog with coleslaw and the worse COLD fries ever. That's not what a PoBoy is. The wings tasted like they were fried days before and were stored in the refrigerator then covered with sauce. Possibly even grocery store fried chicken. I ordered the chicken to be extra crispy and the fried to be extra crispy but this black business couldn't handle this simple task. There's no fucking way they are sending quality food out on Door Dash. We also bought cheesecake that is being resold from another company as a single slice which didn't taste good either. The Philly cheesesteak was falling apart and none of the food was fresh. I WILL NEVER EAT at this place again and if I can help it I won't even drive on this street. This restaurant was DISGRACEFUL and looks nothing like these photos. I am not sure why people are spending money at this establishment. The fries are flimsy and worn. The people in this place have no culinary experience nor do they have any shame in the meal presentation, presentation or their overall image. I would absolutely HATE to know what that back of that kitchen looks like. I want a FULL refund but I will discuss that with my bank. read more

Food is FIRE !!!!!! Lemon pepper playa !!!!!!!! We need that in the grocery store . Make that money

Ok lets start from the beginning. I placed an order on Mon Oct 25, 1020pm, they closed at eleven. They are a chicken shack but proceed to tell me they are out of chicken, well no wings and tenders but just chicken Phillies. Ok First red flags!!! Against my better judgement I place a $66 order of 4 Phillies 3 burgers. Long story short apparently they also ran out of their provolone and decided to, with out cialling and asking , to throw American cheese on my chicken Philly which is was a horrible decision on their behalf. They ruined the sandwiches. I called back five minutes after close when I got back home but of course no answer, no voicemai!. Lol, what a joke! I won't ever go back because they obviously don't have the resources to run a honest and reputable restaurant. Back to Muldoon's, Truth and Zanzibar's or anywhere else but here because believe me they don't have it and don't expect them to. It's these types of situations that are the reasons people don't come back and why places like this dont last. It's shameful disappointing ,I'd be embarrassed to ever have to do any of my customers this way... read more
