The onions were sliced so thin and cooked so perfectly and absorbed the meat juice so well you might not even notice they're in there if you aren't looking for them the bun is potato, which for all my real burgerheads out there, is the best bun for smash burgers. This is bar food, nothing fancy, standard meat offerings which will make meat eaters happy.
