The issue began when I noticed I was being charged $8 for a margarita, an additional $6 for an extra shot, and a further $3 upcharge for top-shelf liquor. The alcohol I ordered was 1800 Tequila, which is generally considered a lower-tier tequila, so I questioned the upcharge. When I spoke with the owner, she initially responded by saying, "This is a business," but then indicated that she would adjust the bill. However, after I walked away, she sent her daughter to inform me that she had changed her mind and would not be adjusting the bill after all. Had she simply been upfront and honest from the beginning, we likely would have accepted the decision and continued our evening. Instead, she chose to avoid the conversation entirely. When I asked to speak with her again, she remained in the back and would not come out to address the issue directly. To make matters worse, I later overheard her speaking negatively about me to an employee, apparently believing I could not hear the conversation. This situation was never really about the $3. It was about honesty, professionalism, and customer service. The way this was handled was disrespectful and disappointing, especially considering the amount of business our group has brought to these establishments over the years. Customer loyalty is earned through transparency and respect. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a complete lack of both. As a result, neither I nor my coworkers will be returning, and future company gatherings will be held elsewhere.

The burgers come with chips, but I opted for the fresh-cut fries instead. My wife went with the chicken bourbon wrap, with the sauce on the side just in case it wasn't her thing. Others in our group ordered burgers, and someone got the corned beef sandwich--which looked REALLY good. I may have to go back just to try that one! Now, back to that burger... it was HUGE!
