    Lobster Ravioli
    Tamara W.

The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive and precise. He was very accommodating and professional. The food was very good. Everyone loved their dishes. The lobster pasta was a big hit. The ribeye was fantastic. My filet was a bit overcooked but good. The ambiance is upscale casual. They have a full bar and great drink options. It is a bit pricey for the filet and lobster ravioli serving sizes. But the rest of the dishes were good sized. Overall it's a very nice place to celebrate a special occasion. Parking can be tricky but they have valet.

Came here for my birthday dinner. Had reservations at 5pm. Per the site they had happy hour during this time however no happy hour menu was given to us. Place is clean and big (2 floors). We started off with the calamari which was delicious then ordered the Caesar salad. I was between ordering the lobster ravioli and the seafood risotto. Decided on the seafood risotto which was very good and had a good portion size but I will probably opt for the ravioli next time. My husband was between the filet and ribeye. The ribeye was over cooked and you can see below (& Taste) the grilled charred on steak. Probably will lean towards seafood at this restaurant over steak. Overall, service and server were great!

Stopped in for happy hour Friday evening before we went to the movies to see wicked. They have a great happy hour menu!! Bartenders were attentive and friendly. Had some delicious red wine paired with a few apps (pepperoni pizza, sun dried tomato dip and chips, cheese plate, Cesar salad) and had to top it off by the seasonal dessert which was to die for!! Great crowd for a Friday evening. Will definitely return and always love sitting at the bar.

LockKeepers? More like LockKeepers-of-my-heart. The food was chef's kiss--every bite better than the last. The staff treated us like VIPs without the attitude, and the vibe was fancy enough to impress but cozy enough to relax. 10/10 would cancel plans just to eat here again.

The restaurant is super cute inside and our server Karen was great. That's pretty much the reason for the high rating because, the food wasn't as good as we anticipated. Everything was very bland. It wasn't horrible - but bland! After we went home and added salt it was good but for the prices I figured it would've came seasoned. The pear martini was awesome and so were the meatballs and polenta. I want to come back for happy hour because they have another menu for happy hour that seems more appealing to me. Unlike most places after happy hour is over you can no longer order from that menu fyi.

I stopped in with a great friend yesterday and enjoyed a beautiful 18 oz ribeye with potatoes and asparagus, paired with an incredible bottle of 2015 Marcassin Pinot Noir. The waitresses took amazing care of us, 10/10 service. I highly recommend coming here if you have a special night with someone, or even just a nice treat to yourself.

My family has come here several times, but this was my first time since I live out of town! We came for a post-Easter mass dinner and we had a lovely time. The appetizers and dessert were great for sharing and super flavorful! The entrees were also good, but honestly I favored the appetizers and dessert a bit more. Our servers were friendly and attentive, and also our particular waiter was quite funny! The ambiance was old school kind of mid century wood vibe, like classic American style. Overall, we had a nice time!

This place was AMAZING!!!! The service the ambience everything about it was a one! First off the server Cade was so personable and cute, we all loved him! We also had another person unexpectedly show up in which they were super accommodating for our reservation and switched us to a whole new table! The food was so so ravishing and delicious. They were very kind to one of the vegetarian customers that we had that night and the seafood cooked was so divine. I will most definitely be coming back here again!

Overview: Great food, large portions, great ambiance Food: For a family lunch, we had a party of four. We started with the beef carpaccio for an appetizer, and it was simply perfect. We ordered a variety of entrees including the duck pasta, a seafood risotto, and the short ribs. The duck pasta was excellent. The seafood risotto was very good. The short ribs were good but nothing spectacular. Overall the quality of the food was very good. Drinks: Nice drink selection. Everyone in our party had something from the bar. Red wine by the glass, a draft Belgian beer, a bottled Belgian beer, etc. Service: Good service, helpful staff Ambiance: Classy lodge theme to the restaurant. Subdued atmosphere, great for conversations. Overall cleanliness: above average Bathroom cleanliness: above average Misc: (1) Seating could be better thought out. In a nearly empty dining area, we were seated literally adjacent to another table. That party left, and another party was seated at the same table. If the place is nearly empty, space the guests out for a little privacy! (2) Bathrooms are upstairs. (3) Valet parking available.

We sat in the bar area as we didn't have a reservation on a busy Saturday night but we didn't have to wait at all! Our server Jack gave excellent recommendations with fast and friendly service! The whiskey glaze was so light on the salmon for the perfect touch of sweetness, not like those heavy syrupy glazes at some restaurants. I was able to substitute one of my sides for green beans that were cooked and seasoned perfectly! The short ribs were fork tender and bursting with flavor. We will absolutely be back! I definitely will make a reservation to have a water view next time! Plenty of parking available in the shared lot. The sauce on the steak was very sweet, and I had to scrape most of it off, which wasn't a big deal, but otherwise the meal was delicious.

I met a friend for breakfast this morning, and everything from start to finish was spot on. I ordered the Sweet Jalapeño Sandwich: an English muffin piled with jam, bacon, an egg cooked over medium, and cheddar, served with home fries. It was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and just a little kick. My friend stuck with her usual: the Banana & Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding French Toast, topped with fresh bananas and their homemade bourbon caramel sauce, plus a side of pork belly. It looked incredible and, according to her, tasted just as good as it always does. We arrived just a few minutes after they opened at 8:00 and were seated right away. The service was friendly, attentive, and very prompt without feeling rushed. Scratch has such a great casual, local diner feel, but with a menu that's anything but ordinary. The portions are generous, the flavors are unique, and the quality is consistently excellent. Definitely a go-to spot for breakfast or brunch...you really can't go wrong here.

White walls, glass windows in front, a few things hung on the walls. Not fancy, but pleasant. Very clean. The food is phenomenal. I've been dreaming about their biscuits and gravy since my last visit. Still perfect. The home fry-style potatoes are what a lot of places try to serve but fail at miserably. They are crispy AND fluffy! Yum! My scrambled eggs were not at all greasy or oily. My iced tea was delicious and refreshing. My lovely wife had the chorizo hash, which I tried. Oh, my. So good. And the chipotle crema on top was just perfect. They have excellent diner coffee here as well. My service experience was immaculate the first time and just OK today. He was fine initially, but I feel like he kind of forgot about us after he checked on our food. We were stuck way in the back. Maybe he was on a break, which is fine. I spent time as a waiter in two different restaurants, so I'm sympathetic, but I did not get a drink refill, and I wanted one pretty badly. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots, and it feels like a hidden gem.

We haven't seen these friends in a bit so we were kinda eating and lounging and talking. We ordered the original corn beef to split the regular size and we got the homade potato and cole slaw. I was there with a friend so I do wish they gave a bit more side toppings between the two of us but we asked for more jalapenos, and they brought some out to us happily. The place itself was VERY clean and tables were always being wiped down and cleaned. Staff was also friendly. I did not care for the potstickers they were a bit mushy for me and wish they did not come sitting in the sauce as that is probably why they were a bit mushy. I really like the special they had to add them with the pho for $1.50 or you could add a thai roll I believe for a $1 so thats awesome! Overall, I had a really great experience here and I will be back. Not sure if the pho itself beats a couple places off the top of my head downtown Cleveland but if I have a craving for pho and do not want to go too far this is awesome!
