The happy hour was so good that I went back two days later to try dinner! You don't see happy hours like this anymore with great prices and quality food. Everything on the happy hour menu was delicious. The calamari was cooked very well and had a really good sauce/dressing. The chicken skewer had really fresh vegetables and a great balsamic glaze. The meat was tender and juicy. I don't eat red meat, but I tried the sauce that came with the peppers and the meatballs, and it was perfect! I love lobster ravioli but I prefer when it's made with red sauce. This lobster ravioli came with a white sauce and I was expecting there to be chunks of lobster but I think that everything was just blended together and stuffed into the pasta so it was more like a lobster flavor. Not my favorite, but it was still good enough to finish later. It's nice to sit on the patio when the weather allows and on some nights there is live music by the bar which was a great time! The singer/guitarist was very friendly and entertaining. On both nights, our server and bartender were very attentive and made sure to check on us often. I would highly recommend for a date night or just getting together with a friend. It's not a huge place and happy hour is popular so I would maybe call to check before you go or make a reservation.

ribeye

Always been a big fan of Triv's but not anymore. Had the ribeye for dinner and 1/3 of it was fat. Ate what I could of my steak and left the rest of the plate. Told the waitress it was a terrible steak and she even said, that's a lot of fat. She took my plate and spoke to her manager. He said "well, you've eaten it, and plus it's a ribeye so there's gonna be fat on it" - Not THAT much of my steak! Then they asked twice if we wanted dessert, and we declined both times. For a higher end restaurant that's over $100 couple I expect more. There is no way the chef looked at a steak like that and said "yeah, that looks ok to me". Not sure if it's the new ownership or not, but I had never had a bad meal there before . They should be ashamed of serving food like this......

Don't mind my plate I love sauce

The food is great. The customer service is great if you're in the area in your black, please come I love the people here all have great personalities, especially the bartender. She's a great woman. if you ask me, I think she needs a raise how greater customer services. her name is Taylor.

I have only a partial review at this time. I happened to walk in at they were closing to reopen at 4 pm. The hostess and the waitress were so warm and welcoming. They wouldn't let me leave without me having at least a little something to eat. They are so gracious. I enddd up staying for a very sort time. I bout the calamari appetizer. It was delicious. The waitress also brought out some yummy bread with butter. The food was good. I will definitely be going back to get a full dinner experience.

Chilean Sea Bass, Asparagus and Gnocchi

This was a Friday date night choice for us. At first when we parked it seemed so small from the outside. When you walk in you are greeted by a hostess with a big smile. Everyone that worked there were getting ready for the busy night. It was as if I was watching a perfectly choreographed dance. We were quickly taken to our table and a gracious lovely young lady came and took our drink order. She came back quickly and went through the specials. She had me at CHILEAN SEA BASS!! My husband ordered the Seafood Risotto. Our server kept us posted on our food order, made sure we had water, bread, drinks, etc. Ambiance was great, lighting, dark curtains between tables. It was also unbelievably bigger inside than I thought. Our food presentation was excellent. It was also a great temperature. Loved the food, absolutely delicious. One of my biggest shout outs was that the server and the chef made sure that they were very careful with my food allergies. They were actually very grateful that we had a printed card with all of the information. Thank you to Cat (Cathlene) our server for being that perfect touch to a great night. You did an EXCELLENT JOB!! You helped us make great food choices. Loved the cheesecake choice as well as cannoli's.

Food was spectacular!! Came from out of town and my friend recommended this place. It was so good. Every dish was delicious. Service was slightly slow but it was packed when we ate. They were still super friendly. I would love to come back. Ambiance is really nice as well and live music.

Love it so much we keep coming back...fantastic food and even better service tucked in the back parking lot of a pseudo strip mall. Trivs offers great happy hours, appetizers, specials and the wine list isn't too shabby either. This time around we started with the scallops and they were like butter, perfectly seasoned with the right amount of char! Delicious. The fish was flaky, full of flavor and so light, abs the portion was huge. My husband loves the coffee crusted steak, medium rare and it's made perfect. Try a local restaurant, they have been around a bit, but that's a testament to their incredible service and high quality. Sit in the bar, order a few drinks, listen to a band and enjoy a great meal.

Twin tails with Parmesan risotto and spinach!

We started with a delicious array of appetizers and later sat down to a plated meal. First salad then preordered main course. We provided guests with 4 options in advance (steak, chicken, salmon and pasta). Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. Finished up with dessert. Assortment provided by In the Weeds and they allowed us to bring in a special cake. Lastly, In the Weeds also provided expertly arranged flowers that matched our color palette perfectly. The evening truly embodied a celebration worthy of a 60th anniversary!

We sat on the back deck which is surrounded by greenery. The night was as warm as the lifting and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. I recommend this place for sure!!

J Bella has officially crossed the line from "restaurant I really like" into "comfort meal I think…read moreabout with alarming frequency." The pappardelle in vodka sauce is, hands down, one of my favorite pasta dishes in Strongsville. Rich, silky, cozy, and exactly the kind of thing you order when you need dinner to fix something emotionally. At this point, it is arguably entering last-meal territory. And then there's the salad, which sounds like it should just be the responsible little side character to the pasta, except the CELERY DRESSING is absolutely wild. I do not know what kind of magic is happening there, but I now have strong opinions about celery dressing, which is not a sentence I ever expected to say. Basically, I come for the pappardelle, stay obsessed with the salad, and leave already thinking about when I can justify coming back. Comfort food. Last-meal contender. Sweet folks at the take out counter always. Weirdly life-changing celery dressing. No notes.

Oh well, I have my Capprese Pizza right? Well it was as plain as can be, It has a taste when it has a Balsamic Vinegar glaze, or at least a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar and usually get it with a leaf of Basil on each tomato not a sprinkling of one piece of Basil on it. All in all, ruined it for three anniversaries. So the place is nice, but won't let me post without commenting on Ambiance.

Waited at the front for nearly 10 minutes before being greeted, should've taken that as a sign that they were understaffed. "Brewing company" with seven GUEST beers on tap, none of their own. Apparently months of brewing equipment issues.... Service was friendly, but swamped. We were told when ordering it would be a lengthy wait. (Only ended up being 30 minutes which was fine). Given the fact that the draft list was not appealing I ordered a Diet Coke which was flat and tasted, like...soap (?) I had to ask for a water instead. It was particularly cold inside the restaurant so I ordered the beer onion soup to get started and it was delicious! Our burgers were all cooked to perfection, yum! Food was even better than we remembered. The entire restaurant needs CLEANED. The tables, floor, walls-- all sticky. Windowsills are thick in dust and cobwebs. Once they clean the place up, properly staff and fix the brewing issues, it'll be back to its former glory... I hope it gets there!
