We got a large pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks as a pickup order from Romito's West last night. The price is competitive, the food was ready quickly, and the pizza was solid. Good crust, good sauce, good cheese. Overall very enjoyable. Only point of improvement is that our pizza wasn't cut well-- we couldn't pull the slices apart very well. We started with a Chef Salad which we split, and then we had a large Pepperoni, Sausage, and Mushroom pizza and it was perfect. The food deserves 5 Stars and only reason it's rated just a 4 above, is the Ambiance, or should I say the lack thereof. (I'm chuckling) But we don't care about that here. The pizza makes up for it. FINALLY, a 5 star pizza review in Cleveland! I got a carry out 1 topping with extra sauce which cost me $13. The crust tasted freshly made, the cook had a slight perfect crisp to it too. The cheese was delicious and had the stringy pull factor. I had a decent amount of sauce on the pie after requesting extra sauce too. Broccoli was fresh and not frozen which was a plus too. I have to apologize to Romito's for not yelping this amazing local gem sooner. Romito's has been enjoyed by my family for decades. The quality has remained stellar and they have never changed the recipe. They're crust has to be the best!!! It is soft and chewy under the cheese and sweet and crispy at the crust. The sauce has a wonderful rich, classic oregano taste. The cheese is top notch and you can tell by the fact that it could stretch for miles! Gooey and delicious! read more

In the moment, the pizza tastes great; however keep in mind you are consuming an ungodly amount of grease. I remember having a slight stomach ache the night I ate the pizza when I got it delivered. We went here looking for a sit down pizza place. It has a nice seating area but we were the only ones taking advantage of it. It was super busy with take out and delivery which excited me to try the food. We got the basic pizza place meal, a large pepperoni pizza with the hot wings. Romito's is me and my and boys favorite pizza ever! We order a sheet and eat for a couple days then freeze and reheat! Delivery is efficient and timely! Only $2 for delivery, and they have coupons online always. The drivers are always polite. Phone manners? Pretty bad most of the time. They sent us food that they substituted for something else, without even calling us to ask, then didn't even call to apologize. Doesn't make us not want to come back because the pizza is that good but they should know that customer service matters to their guests. Still our favorite though! read more
