My father and I have been coming to this place for the last 15 years. We usually dine in so we can eat at the restaurant. For the past 15 years we never had a problem until today. We ordered from the flyer and let them know that that's what we wanted. When we received the bill, I noticed that they charge extra for the toppings which should have been included with the deal I got. We spoke to the owner and he said that the prices are different on the flyer and they're just for takeout. We were never told that and he was constantly arguing with me about us having to pay extra. This place was one of my favorite places to go, cuz mostly every time our pizza has been excellent. But the customer service there is bad. The owner is kind of mean to his employees plus very cheap on everything. The pizza was $19.99 in the paper menu, nowhere on there it says it's only for takeout. He wanted to charge for the toppings should be included. Every other time we have went we have always ordered from that and they never charged. All of a sudden they wanted to charge extra. He kind of made me feel like I was dumb like I should have known that there was a difference between the menu and the flyer. Because of this we will never go again. They even charged extra for pizza sauce on the side which they've never done in the past either. Everything is getting Penny enny there. If you are going to dine in there do not waste your time looking at the paper menu for specials, because the main menu they have there is the only one you can use if you dine in. The paper one with the coupons is only to go but it's not noted on it. Make sure you check your receipt that you are not being overcharged. I finally talked him into adjusting the price because that was the right thing to do, but I did have to deal with a lot of attitude. It's a shame that it seemed like when the owner is not working there the business runs a lot smoother & seems like the employees (His Family) are alot comfortable. I'm very surprised that he didn't charge for salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese. That's the way it seemed it was going there. Why wreck a good customer that's been coming for 15 years by something that he did wrong. He needs to note on his paper flyer that is at the front that is only for takeout. You can't use it for dine in. Never again MAKE SURE IF YOU ARE DINING IN DONT ORDER FROM FLYER, YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE WHEN YOU GET THE BILL!!!! read more

Thanks to Fratellos, my New Year's Eve party was a hit. Customer service is a solid 5 star. As promised, our food was ready for pickup at designated time. The food was hot and fresh. Pizza was good. The toppings were generous and was cooked well. The wings were crispy and good. The thing that kept them from being a 4 or 5 star was the lack of flavor on the wings and the pizza was on the soggy side and lacked a little flavor as well. read more

1st timer, glad to have had a bogo offer from Fox 8 - got 3 sandwiches and 1 3-topping pie. It was all very good BUT that 1 chicken sandwich -- grilled chicken was yummy however, the bread was overpowering and it was VERY hard to eat. Ingredients just falling out all over. We had the veggie specialty pizza yesterday, first time at this establishment. Unlike the chain pizza shops, it was totally covered with fresh, chunky veggies, plus, the crust was baked to a crispy brown, keeping it from getting soggy. Beer selection was limited and bottles only, however - would like to have had a tall draft. The side salad was fresh, chopped veggie pieces were good size, lettuce fresh and crisp. Not very busy due to the heat and the fact that most people order to-go. We will definitely be returning - as well as I like cheap eats, I like really good pizza better and Fratello's definitely has really good pizza!! read more

I found my new favorite pizza place! The thin crust pizza is our favorite. The toppings are always fresh, and the staff is super friendly. We've been going there to dine in and carry out for a couple months now and have never had any issues. Even the desserts are good. Pizza great. Customer service was bizarre. Received pizza last night after much difficulty being understood on call. Pizza was fine. An hour and a half later pizza and something else being delivered to door that no one ordered. Told them take it back. The owner called and told me to never order again. I asked her what number called her she did not look back on phone to figure out right person to call. I only pay upfront. Other person in house can not dial a phone. This place is fantastic! I give myself one star as I never gave them a chance until last night and I've lived down the street from them for 16 years and pass the restaurant everyday. Fratellos is now my go-to spot. Service is great and made painless by a staff that you can tell truly cares, which is hard to find these days. Pizza & Jo-Jo's were great. And their dinner salad was incredible. Very fresh and the vegetables tasted like they came out of the garden the same day. (You'd think it would be hard to screw up a salad but all nearby restaurants give you a tiny portion of garbage and charge double. Keep up the great work, Fratellos! read more

the large pepperoni which i asked for "well done" was told it was done in 20 mins cool. show up in 25 mins, they say give us a few mins, ok. wait an extra whole 20 mins almost for them to give me my pizza, and mind u the wait wasnt the problem i could care less if they forgot to make it. the pizza was soaked in grease. like, idk if they used a dirty pan or what to cook it on but it was absolutely horrid to eat. genuinely the worst pizza i think ive had if i could give 0 stars for the pizza itself i would. dude its like they dont even care theyre just slinging out raw greaseball dough to customers and slapping greasy undermelted cheese on it. literally inedible and had to throw in the trash and usually i wouldnt but i did ask for a refund because that was pure robbery dont come here. read more

Great take out pizza spot close to home. Decided to finally dine in and so glad we did. Came here for my son's graduation dinner (kindergarten) and we had such a wonderful experience. We ordered lots of food and spirits and enjoyed their beautiful patio and fountain. My whole family was very happy, buzzed (minus the kids) and full. We had pizzas, wings, calzone and salad. Stopped in after a tattoo at the nearby Divine image ink. The pizza was good the mozzarella sticks were good and the waitress was nice. The only downside was it was freezing in there. I recommend getting the pizza to go. But like I said it was very good. read more

They all of a sudden won't honor pricing they advertise online. This was never an issue until today. They refused to honor the price they have stated online. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. $45 for two dinners when it should be $32.99. The garlic bread tastes weird and their pizza is mediocre. read more

This place has been my favorite for over a year now since I moved into the territory. I've never had one bad thing to say to about them, in fact I always recommend them to people because I love their pizza. I am never one to complain or even take the time to write bad reviews unless completely necessary or the issue doesn't get resolved correctly before having to succumb to a nasty review. Last night I ordered a small white pizza, an Italian sub and a 2-liter of pop for delivery. When I received the delivery at my door and went to grab it, they had forgotten the pop. Fine, whatever, no big deal. I called to let them know and the lady I spoke with asked me if I wanted it to be brought back or if I just wanted a credit on my account. Being a delivery driver in the past for a pizza company and the shortage of staff going around right now, I told them to just credit my account. I didn't end up eating the pizza until after the store had already closed because I was busy. When I bit into the second piece of my pizza, I felt something hard and pulled it out of my mouth and it was a piece of a chicken wing bone about an inch to an inch and a half long, that had clearly already been eaten by what I assume is an employee. How it got into my pizza, I'm not sure I even want to know. I'm glad I felt it before I swallowed the bite otherwise it could have been even worse than already having someone else's eaten chicken wing bone in my mouth during a worldwide pandemic. Seeing as the store had closed at this time, I emailed them and planned to call first thing this morning. When I woke up, I had no response back to my email. When I called the store and spoke with the manager and told her what happened all she continued to say was "Well I don't know how that got there, I can remake you a new one or credit your account $5" Being extremely frustrated by this and her lack of acknowledgment I decided I'd call back when the manager from the night before was working. In the meantime, I emailed them again explaining everything up until this point. Again, no response. When I called back a little bit ago this manager, also a woman, absolutely REFUSED to refund my money back. She too, continuously saying "You have a credit for a free pizza the next time you order." (As if I'll ever order from them again) At this point I asked to speak with the owner and she said that they would "talk it over" and blatantly kept saying she couldn't do a refund. She too said she didn't know how it got there and they don't "use chicken wings on pizza." No shit, even more reason as to why it SHOULDN'T have been there. She also stated she asked all the workers how it got there and they all said "I don't know." Look at your cameras and see who was eating a chicken wing while prepping and finishing my pizza. So the best thing I can do is warn people to have caution when ordering from this place and if something is wrong, good luck finding a single soul there who knows how to run a business or has more than half a brain cell combined. Better hope I don't get sick from having yet again, someone else chewed up chicken wing bone in my pizza. All they had to do was refund my money and this would have never been taken to the internet. Won't ever go back, going to let the health department and BBB aware as well. Thanks Fratello's, for handling like you haven't owned a business for years. Until today Fratellos was the second best pizza I have had short of Angelos in Lakewood. We live very close to Fratellos so we order quite frequently with some of those orders being large for parties etc. They have the best pizza in the close area. I just can't believe how the young very Italian woman talked to me and the attitude she had. I had to tell her twice that we are good customers and she shouldn't talk to a customer that way. She did apologize finally before hanging up. She was talking fast with a heavy accent. when asked what I wanted, one of my toppings was banana peppers which I called salad peppers. I know that was not the correct name for them it is what fell out of my mouth. Before I could correct or think of the correct word she was all over me. When I'm in a pinch like that I can't think and I couldn't believe how she was talking to me. Instead of going to their menu and helping me I went to the menu myself to get the right word. During all of this she told me twice it was Friday and she was tired. I told her it was Friday for me too and was tired but not treating her badly. I'm lousy with confrontation and shake all over. It was a bad experience. My husband owned his own business. I dealt with all kinds of customers and never once got angry with anyone. There's always a way to figure out a situation. read more

I called and asked them to deliver a new one and the woman said her printer was not working and she is down to 2 drivers so she will not . Although I am giving them 3stars, it is for the the FOOD. I ordered on 3/5/17 and the "service" was completely terrible for various reasons. Gonna put them in "time out" for awhile. Give some other pizza shops a chance for now. Well once again they are going into the "time out" box again. I attempted to order on 9/8/18 and once again "service" was terrible. I don't know what has happened to this place. The first time I tried it, it was fabulous!! It was never that good again. I always get delivery, and there's always a problem. The delivery person is always pleasant, so it's the food. I ask for the pizza well done, it's not. I wait for an hour and a half and I'm barely 2 miles away. I can't pay online. Tonight, I ordered Chicken Parmesan. There's barely enough cheese to call it Parmesan. I asked to bake it until the cheese was brown. The chicken was nearly burned, but the barely there cheese still wasn't brown. How do you do that? Oh, and they forgot my soda. The sauce I raced about now tastes like it comes out of a can. I'm afraid to look at the salad. I'm out, Frattellos. Whatever you're doing, you should stop it. It's not working. read more
