I HATE THIS DOMINOS. So I ordered curb delivery and on the app there's a button that says "I'm here"".I'm waiting on my order and it's taking super long (it was already done ) I was so confused why are they not coming out to give it to me and when they finally came out. It was a darkskin dude and he said "next time come inside and tell us that you're here. you should be glad that I came out and gave it to you or less you would wait forever "so WHAT THE F IS THE POINT OF CURB DELIVERY IF I HAVE TO COME INSIDE AND TELL YOU GUYS WHEN IT TELLS YOU ON THE APP TO TELL THEM?!? ALSO ! I ordered a pizza and you won't believe this lol they're super stingy with their food. I paid extra to get meat and everything. it looked like if I put "less" omg I HATE THIS PLACE. Never going back smh! read more

Domino's Pizza - Onions, pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, and jalapeños. - Pizza Near Me - Parma Heights, Ohio

The lady who just answered the phone is super rude. She answered the phone as if she didn't want to be bothered. I was inquiring about my delivery order that never arrived, that she took over the phone over an hour ago. She claimed she never took the order. She is super incompetent. I used to order from this Ridge Road location but will no longer from this point forward. read more

I ordered online and picked up in the store. My order was correct and done in a very quickly matter. The store was clean and the staff is always nice. For the price, you get pretty good food. read more

Again total disappointment.... Placed order at 6:20 pm, called and asked for tracking at 7:15. Was told by young female that driver was out with our pizza. She sounded like she didn't know a darn thing. Called back again at 7:40, talked to a gentleman and was told pizza just came out of the oven. I ordered it at 6:20. He says driver is 5 minutes away from store, so we will be next delivery or second when he goes back out. What good is the tracker if it keeps changing. Excuse was they only have 1 driver! Then hire some and pay them a decent wage. read more

Haven't ordered from Domino's in decades , but saw twenty commercials for them and it looked great. Not so much in real life. Stopped on this very cold night and got two pizzas of their special. One pizza was OK, onion and sausage. Asked for thicker crust which we didn't get. Mine was supposed to be black olive and mushroom; thick crust. I got pepperoni and olives, thin crust. And the spiciest sauce ever. I didn't eat it: hate pepperoni and after taking it off, had about 1/8th cup of olives. Garbage time. Won't be going back no matter how good the commercials look. No wonder only 2 people only ordering while we waited. read more

Ordered a pizza through the app at this location. My family went to both our son's basketball games. (5:30 & 7:30) when the games finally finished, (we are starving and we are sick of fast food) we placed the order. Get to the restaurant, door was locked but lights were on. Posted time for closing was 12am. Get back to the car received a email stated they cancelled the order. We haven't been able to go grocery shopping because we have been so busy with work and basketball. It was getting late and it's a school night. We all went to bed hungry. Never been so upset with a restaurant in my life. read more

Don't be fooled by calling the number and having the call center read you the address of the Parma Heights location. It is closed and moved to the new location in PARMA! Tried picking up our order only to see there was nothing at the location with a sign saying they moved. read more

Ordering from the new Parma location (Pearl & Snow) is like going to Vegas. You don't know if you'll be a winner or a loser.. Sometimes they get an order right and sometimes they don't.. I'm at 50/50 right now with half of my orders missing items.. They will give me store credit and then screw up the next order. Is it really that difficult reading a ticket and adding the listed items that are clearly listed on the ticket? read more

Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. The order didn't get sent out on time so I called the store. They said "it was ready and about to head out." 20 minutes later it hadn't left. So I called back and was immediately put on hold for ten minutes. When I went to cancel I was told my card would still be charged 10$. Save your money and avoid. read more

Domino's Pizza - Front of Dominos pizza place - Pizza Near Me - Parma Heights, Ohio

If there was a zero they would have received that!! We placed an order and after the allotted time for delivery, my son called and they had delivered our order to a different location. So they offered to remake and add a free 2 liter, after another hour and 30 minutes, the delivery came and it was completely wrong. This is absolutely the worst place to get pizza. My son called a third time and got a refund, he didn't call corporate but something needs to be said about the crappy service!! read more

This Domino's seriously NEVER can deliver to me. Any time I order from here, my boyfriend and I take bets on whether or not they're going to call and give us an excuse about not being able to deliver because something is wrong with the delivery driver's car, they don't have a driver, etc. Terrible service! It's awful that a corporation is this bad. You would think they would care more. read more

This store never delivered the pizza, indeed, the delivery driver never even drove down the street, so imagine my surprise when the app said it was delivered. We called them -20- times, (mostly to see how long it would take for them to answer so we could figure out what happened) and most of the time, It wasn't answered. The ONE time it was picked up, they immediately hung up. We also ended up calling another nearby store by mistake, and they even said this store didn't EVER answer their phones. If I could give no stars, I would. read more

I have to say, Domino's customer service is pretty amazing so far. They contacted me immediately and put me in touch with an area manager who emailed me, apologized, and will cover the pizza. Which I didn't even request they do. This is outstanding -- everyone, myself included, have "off days". If you own them and correct the situation, that is all anyone can ask. Way to build customer loyalty! read more

This is the second time in a week that are order was late. The first time I let it go and didnt complain but they must of realized it and gave me points towards a free pizza So I ordered the free pizza plus the bacon chicken. The tracker said my order was prepped at 4:49pm the email said I would have my order in approx 37 min well at 5:50 the tracker says its still being prepped so I tried calling 4 times no answer. at 6:15 I decide to drive over there as Im driving the tracker moves to bake. I get there at 6:30pm and there are other customers wondering where their delivery was. There was 2 drivers and 6 t o 8 workers. The red headed skinny older lady working there had a nasty attitude with the customer who she was speaking with then had one with me as well not sure if she was the manager Kayla or not. If she is then she shouldnt be and if she aint then the one who is shouldnt be either since she allowed her to talk sideways to the customers like she was. She finally answered the phone and was on for a few min then asked them to hold as she was placing the phone down she said good now you can wait longer for yelling at me. She said this right in front of other customers. The pizza and chicken was ok and when I got home and looked at my email there was another coupon for 60 points so I could get another free pizza since they dropped the ball again!! read more

Got pizza the other night. It wasn't to long of a wait. Pizza was pretty good. The lava cake was really good.

I ordered online and my order was charged to my debit card and was never delivered. This was the second time this has happened. I was promised it wouldn't happen again. I will never use a Domino's ever again. The phone number at this location now is endlessly busy and there is no way to speak to management. Worse experience ever. read more

On hold for 20 min, called back 3 time on hold for 6 min each time. Called back on time asking for a supervisor, and then placed deliberately on hold without finishing my sentence The employees attitude changed, I hung up and contacted corporate. AWFUL! I placed my order online at 7:30, got a notification it was being prepared by Destiny at 7:38. At 8:40, an hour later, I checked again. Still in the prepped stage. I called to inquire, I spoke with a rude employee and was hung up on. Called again, asked for manager. He's like "yeah we are short drivers so it'll be another hour" REALLY?? 2.5 hours for a huge chain to deliver a pizza?? I asked about a discount. Nope. Last time ever ordering here. Suck and fail!!! read more

I ordered 2 bread pasta bowls and a order of lava cakes over the phone to a young man. when i went to track my order online only one of them were a bread bowl & the other one wasn't. Sooooo we called and try to have them fix it before it life the store and they told me "it's already on the road" when it clearly said that it was still in store according to the tracker. They were trying to fight the fact it was already on the road & wasn't going to remake the one pasta bowl into a bread bowl. So when we tried to cancel the food they put me on hold TWICE, both calls were more then 5 minutes a piece. The third time i called i said "i'd like to cancel my order" and the guy rudely asked "why?". I responded with "Because you refuse to make the food i ordered in the first place. My food is clearly STILL in the store so why can't you make the food to the way i wanted to? i'll pay the extra up-charge" and the response was just ignorant!!! The guy said "Well i repeated it back to you and you said it was FINE. But i'll put a note on your account to not deliver to you no more" Will be calling cooperate! read more

Food was great and fresh, and was delivered in the amount of time it said it would take. I'm giving it 4-stars though because when I filled out the delivery drivers instructions online, I said not to come to the front door and to come to the side door, I had the side door light on and he still ignored it and went to the front. Not a huge-huge deal, but it would've been better if they came to the side. So if something is a big enough deal for you, I would call them instead. read more

I just had a delivery to my house and I made specific delivery instructions to ring the doorbell because it sounds like a charm which would not wake my 4 month old baby. But instead the driver decided to ring the doorbell and bang on the door "flat handed" as she stated. It is hard enough to get my son to sleep but for him to be woken right back up because someone can not read simple instructions is uncalled for. I called to see if I can speak with the manager who is listed as Steve but Derrick told me he was the manager and he doesn't have time for this. Very rude service and how about learn to follow directions and none of this would have happened. My 5 year old can follow directions better. Also customer service is a very important thing and for Derrick to tell me Steve is busy and that he doesn't have time for this is a reason you guys will never get service from me again and I will be reaching out to corporate. read more

This was the first and last time I order pizza from Domino's . The pizza was over cooked, the crust dry and tasted like it was made on a rusty tin pan, If they weren't so skimpy on the sauce which by the way was bitter tasting we may not have noticed how dry and tinny tasting the crust was. The dog wouldn't even eat the crust I offered him and usually he sits and begs for it. The only thing I can say good about the 2 pizza's I ordered is that they weren't skimpy on the toppings. read more

Worst Domino's location around! They messed up our food so badly, I called and they were nice but said they wouldn't bring it back that day and would have to give me a credit for another day. When I tried to use this credit, they wanted to recharge me for delivery - Not right because I already paid for delivery when I received pizza so messed up I had to throw it away. So I certainly shouldn't have had to pay it again. When I expressed this, the manager argued with me, was completely nasty, said the food would be out whenever they could get to it, and told me not to order from them again. I asked for the franchise owners information, and she refused to give it to me. Said his name was Steve but that he could not be contacted. She also said not to bother with corporate because they didn't govern them as they were a franchise. Loosing a lot of money by being so terrible to me, we eat Dominos a lot and our business orders it for luncheons of nearly a thousand people - well no more Dominos since that's what this awful lady wants. read more
