I called and talked to the manager... she was very kind, professional and a pleasure to speak with. And Immediately she stated "another pizza would be sent to you" . Went in to pickup a DoorDash order. Was told "it's coming out of the oven now" when I arrived. I waited for 12 minutes, knowing it was a large order. Finally asked how much longer? Was THEN told it won't be ready for another 10 minutes because "it's a timed order so it'll be ready at 5:30" so why the fuck didn't you say that when I arrived?? Not to mention it's 98 degrees outside and they have no AC, so I was sweating my ass off the whole time. Would never give this place my money. I'm not the review writing type unless something is very good or very bad. Unfortunately, this was the worst pizza I've ever had. There was hardly any cheese and it was barely cooked all the way. We also got an Italian sub, mozzarella sticks and jojo fries. The sub was nothing special, the mozzarella sticks were hard and the fries were hard and not cooked all the way. Well I called the Romeo's on snow road in Brookpark ohio to ask them how come there location isn't letting me pull up on the app the guy who answered was like I don't no I asked if a manager was able to help than he said he in the bathroom I said I will wait he said by and hung up and than I called back and asked to speak to manger he answered was like that is me how can I help he said he don't no he can take my order over phone I said I would like to place it on line and he than said he couldn't help help and hung up . We ordered from Romeo's Pizza Brookpark store tonight and I have to say I am very, VERY disappointed. $50 for 3 small pizzas (1 deluxe, 1 pepperoni and one with green peppers and banana peppers), 1 small order of boneless wings and 1 small order of traditional wings ... the wings were the smallest wings I have ever seen. Have ordered pizza from here before and they never disappoint. I've tried almost every pizza they have and the deep dish is the best to me. The only problem is the two times i got the deep dish my sausage was a little pink. While it's nothing a microwave can't fix, it would be nice if i didn't have to. We order a lot from Romeo's Pizza on Snow Rd in Brook Park because we enjoy their pizza even though it is the most expensive pizza we get. After the rude woman who answered the phone today I won't be ordering from there anymore if she answers my call. I drove to the Berea location to get my pizza after that call. The woman at the one in Berea was super nice. I'd rather drive 15 minutes than give my $40 to a rude employee. After I told my husband about the phone conversation he said "it's probably the same woman who is rude every time I pick up the pizza". Poor customer service!!! read more

We waited over an hour and a half for delivery and then the food was cold. The delivery person said they are always busy on Tuesday nights and they need help with deliveries but they don't listen. Customer service was Awesome. From California and they treated us really good. They told us there specials and they recommend. Nice place, Pizza was really good. Was watching the Browns get whooped on at my parents house and we decided to get pizza. Pulled up my trusty Yelp app and saw what was in the vicinity. I had an All Around Town coupon for a free medium pizza when I buy one. Hells yeah. Ordered sausage and pepperoni on one, ham and banana peppers on one and some sort of deluxe for he third. Didn't go near the deluxe because it had onions. My fellow Yelpers know how I feel about damn onions! All 3 pizzas were really good and I would get again. Crust a tad thick for what I like but it was OK. Even with the coupon the total came to 33 and some change. Pizza is expensive these days. I will have leftovers so that makes it fine with me. This review is for the new location on Rocky River Drive in Kamm's Plaza. Very Good service and quality ingredients; the garden salad is very nice with non-iceberg lettuce, red onions, tomatoes and black olives. Had the veggie deluxe which had nice fresh red onions, tomatoes, black olives, and green pepper. Not a huge amount of cheese but fine with me. The only negative was the sauce--It was way too sweet for me. This is a good place if you like your pizza sauce sugary. read more

Even when they get it wrong it's GREAT pizza! Other places can talk about quality ingredients, but Romeo's delivers. You can build your own pie from thin & crispy to Sicilian thick crust. The secret really is in the sauce (sweet, but not over the top). Generous with toppings too. No "pulled" or "ground" chicken here. No fat or gristle either. Only BIG chunks of tender, marinated grilled chicken! And when you ask for "double sauce" it goes ON the pizza, not in a plastic cup on the side. Bon appetit. read more
