I always order my wings extra crispy, they never listen but they are at least edible usually. I decided to try the new flavor 3 piece deal and was unable to select the extra crispy option so I decided to gamble. Bad idea, the skin was so slimy and undercooked I had to peel it off. They were gross. I reached out to customer service and they blamed me for not ordering them well done when that wasn't even an option Even with a regular cook the wings should be crispy to a certain degree to where the skin isn't all nasty. Waste of money and terrible customer service go get some wings at Icehouse they are always cooked perfectly and have tons more flavors than a supposed wing place. read more

Terrible wait time, not worth it I don't know what's going on with this Wingstop location, but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes -- I ended up waiting almost an HOUR. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to sit around forever? On top of that, no one bothered to give updates or apologize for the delay. It's just unorganized chaos behind the counter, with workers seeming overwhelmed or just uninterested. The food was fine once I finally got it, but definitely not worth the hassle. If you're hungry and in a hurry, avoid this place. You'll be waiting forever. read more

They got my order wrong 5x. They over charged me. They took forever to make the food. The workers were talking instead of working and making my food. And the bag had s grease spill down the side. The atmosphere was okay but i didn't like my experience. read more

They used to be good a few years ago. We used to get every fri and the wings were always bangen! Back then, the girl who seemed to be the HBIC came from an Akron store. She was always on point! and super friendly! It went to shit when she left. Went several times in the past year bc we kept trying to "give it one more shot" and the wings just arent that good anymore honestly. The time frame to get your wings even when you ordered online, goes well over the timeframe!. The time said 45 min. I show up and they tell me 15 more min. 30 min goes by and they still arent ready. I left and disputed the charges bc they said they couldnt give a refund. The workers always look like they hate their jobs. Gave 2 stars bc the fries were still good and i like their ranch. read more

Their fries made well done are so good. The fries alone are a 5. I'll just get fries and I'm ok. Their sauces are a little overbearing and salty but it's to be expected. Nice workers. read more

Now that there's TWO WINGSTOPS in the Parma/Brooklyn area, I had to stop in. I was so excited to try their wings, since this place specializes in it! After ordering, I took a seat in their dining area to wait for my order of 10 bone-in wings to be cooked. I ended sitting in the dining room for 30 minutes for 10 wings. I can't imagine what the wait time is if you are ordering more food than that. I ordered two flavors: original hot and teriyaki. The colors of these sauces were not anything I have seen before. The original hot sauce was of a fire engine red color and the teriyaki was a deep brown color. Not exactly appealing or natural looking to the eye. Long wait time + color of the sauces really did not make this experience a great one. read more

They said it would be a 15-20 min wait and it took over an hour for my food to come out and when I got it it was extremely cold. They also prioritize DoorDash orders over walk in so don't even waste your time to walk in your better off just door dashing it don't waste your time or gas read more

I previously had so many bad experiences, so much so that I didn't realize my fiancé messed up our order. I took the food back to the restaurant and let them know that I had never had them like that before, even though I had been ordering there for years- it had just been a while. There was a nice gentleman and a lady in a Naylor jersey who were so kind. The gentleman explained to me what the difference was and offered to remake my order. That's when I realized, my fiance had actually got the order wrong (I'm usually the one who orders) they still remade my order. Before I left, they had me make sure that my order was exactly how I wanted it. Not to mention, they re-made it in record time. After a long day, it was refreshing to deal with genuinely nice people. Thank you both!! read more

Very dirty! They never want to take walk- in orders after 9pm and they're rude. I don't like that they don't let you pay when you come in.

The most dirty restaurant ever. Every single table was dirty and the floor had garbage all over it. The workers were yelling at each other, and standing around, instead of working. Stay away from this place. read more

Everything was perfect. The food was good, the drinks were good, and the customer service was good. The only problem was the atmosphere. This was a big thing for me because when all of the workers went outside to smoke, it really made me question this place. I do not think it's appropriate for any of the workers to do this. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would- we waited 25 minutes for our food to come out with one person ahead of us that had a small lunch combo order. We get our food and didn't have time to even make sure it was accurate; it wasn't we ordered cheese fries we were given regular. There was no apology for the wait time. Just a very rude cook who pushed the back at me and said "here" The cashier who took our order was friendly enough but looked like she was on something- constantly moving around wiped down the same table 3/4 times while we waited.. no one sat at the tables she was just cleaning the same table. The cook kept using the tongs to press the fryer button that is located above her head- I tried to get a picture of this several times but couldn't manage one. But watch if you go here you will see it happen with your own eyes. This was our first time at any wing stop and this trip ruined it for us. Unacceptable service. read more

Ordered online and when I showed up they didn't have my order in the system. I showed the lady my email receipt and charge to my credit card but she insisted I had to order again. She was very rude to me as we were trying to figure it out but that's justified, I did interrupt her smoking break in the back of the restaurant where all of the food is prepared. My bad, won't happen again. read more

DO NOT, I repeat do not go to this (7317 Northcliff Avenue) Wingstop, if you expect to purchase classic wings after 11:22 or whatever random time the evening manager decides he wants to stop selling them to you. He told me all his "regulars and the people that live around here know that". Not sure how to take that as I am Black and this is a predominantly white area. read more

I always get either their 20 piece deal or their 10 piece deal. Be aware when you order from here your order is going to be messed up at least ONCE EACH TIME. I just always report it and I normally get my money back. Food is good. Fries are soggy but I personally prefer that. When I went, everyone was wearing gloves and customer service was great. It just depends who it is and what day u decide to go. The inside is okay, probably would never eat in there because it doesn't feel like an actual place u would sit down and eat. Food was 9/10. I just had some wings from here and awesome some great cuts of chicken and the cooked the chicken right crunchy and flavorful. My order was 10 minutes late but that's fine because the place just opened a week ago and all new businesses have hick ups . The reason I say this is the food quality was great blows those other two competitors out the sky . The inside very nice for dine in and clean . I will definitely be back finally a place that don't mess up chicken. Kudos wing stop welcome to the neighborhood. Well it's 9 months later and I have still had a great experience here , I've heard the complaints about the boneless wings I don't like em myself but the bone in are great . Ordered a 40 pack last night with fries and no problems wings were excellent! Kudos. I be been ordering several times over the last couple months and sometimes service is St low but hey the food is excellent no issues food is consistent! read more

I have enjoyed all of my orders during the world wide pajama party (COVID-19 stay in shelter) period so far. The groip packages and flavors of the chicken have been great/fresh and the fries are delicious! The veggies on the side were awesome, especially the carrots! They mixed up my order once and quickly replaced it with a fresh order which was awesome and more for my family to enjoy. They were very friendly also. Stay safe staff and we will be back! read more

First, the wait time is at LEAST 30 minutes for one order of wings. Second, check your food. The wings are usually burnt and the fries most likely won't be the flavor you requested....and that's IF they didn't mix up orders. And lastly, you can be as nice as you want over the phone and usually in person as well and the workers there will still have a bad attitude and horrible customer service. Hate your job so much? The first time I went there the employee that was working the register was very short and rude to me. The second time I went up there which was 5 minutes ago they said they lost the order or it never came through the computer, and again the same guy working the register was extremely short with me as if it was my fault they lost the order. When i asked him to check again he didn't do it then had an attitude with me. I told him not to talk to me like that and he actually said he was about to hit me. Im not about to go to jail for some wings so when he walked away I did the same thing. DO NOT GO THERE. i ordered the 15pc meal for 2. all wings were supposed to be boneless, and only 6 of one flavor, and 9 of the other. they gave me 3 different types of wings. 2 of which were bone-in and they were both completely different flavors, neither were correct. one of which, was half seasoned, and i don't even know with what. the other was given a half-assed amount of sauce, even if it was the wrong sauce entirely. only a few of the wings were the correct type and flavor. my fries were completely cold and soggy, they were also unseasoned. not even with salt. all in all, i would never go to this location again. i didn't even get a partial refund for anything. including my damaged box, that was nearly split open. so listen to the other reviews telling you to stay away from it. i should've listened too smh. read more

I'm not a huge wing eater, but every once and awhile my wife gets a craving, so you know the saying..,compromise is key! Anyways, the wings here are pretty good. Try the Louisiana Rub, they are the best of the bunch and always come crispy with a nicely seasoned rub. My only complaint is that the wings with sauce always seem like they should of been left to crisp up for a couple more minutes. Sometimes they seem a little too mushy for my taste, but each his own. This chain is new to the area, offering solid wings and service. read more

They were completely out of forks, they had no hot sauce.... a wing joint... The wings seemed a little undercooked as well

Not so sure why it takes 20-25 minutes to fry chicken. Every place I've cooked at had them done in under 10. I've ordered 3 times and always over 20 minutes. This place sucks. Their food is pretty decent, pretty good quality. Not worth the wait I literally had to wait an hour and guests who came in after me were served before i was. Also, i paid extra for the cheese dipping sauce and they gave me honey mustard I also only got 14 wings instead of 15. Which usually wouldn't be a big deal but it was the cherry on top of a bad experience there. I don't know if they're usually like this or not but I do not recommend. Do yourself a favor and don't ever go here. The manager is rude. I ordered 10 garlic parmesan wings on a Friday evening at 9:45 pm. When I got home they had given me the wrong order. I called them and they wanted me to bring them all the way back. Since I don't live right around the corner and I was starving I ate wings I didn't even order or want. Especially the hot wings. So I brought the hot wings back and the manager said she would only replace the wings I brought back. This was the next day. That to me was horrible customer service. My receipt specifically said garlic parm wings. I told her to jus keep them and I will never go back into that store again or any wings top for that matter. Two of the times a I went there before my order took 30 and 40 minutes after I called it in. They still could not have them there on time.
