I placed an order online and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes -- I ended up waiting almost an HOUR. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to sit around forever? On top of that, no one bothered to give updates or apologize for the delay. It's just unorganized chaos behind the counter, with workers seeming overwhelmed or just uninterested. Now that there's TWO WINGSTOPS in the Parma/Brooklyn area, I had to stop in. I was so excited to try their wings, since this place specializes in it! After ordering, I took a seat in their dining area to wait for my order of 10 bone-in wings to be cooked. I ended sitting in the dining room for 30 minutes for 10 wings. I can't imagine what the wait time is if you are ordering more food than that. I ordered two flavors: original hot and teriyaki. The colors of these sauces were not anything I have seen before. The original hot sauce was of a fire engine red color and the teriyaki was a deep brown color. Not exactly appealing or natural looking to the eye. I previously had so many bad experiences, so much so that I didn't realize my fiancé messed up our order. I took the food back to the restaurant and let them know that I had never had them like that before, even though I had been ordering there for years- it had just been a while. There was a nice gentleman and a lady in a Naylor jersey who were so kind. The gentleman explained to me what the difference was and offered to remake my order. That's when I realized, my fiance had actually got the order wrong (I'm usually the one who orders) they still remade my order. My order was 10 minutes late but that's fine because the place just opened a week ago and all new businesses have hick ups . I have enjoyed all of my orders during the world wide pajama party (COVID-19 stay in shelter) period so far. The groip packages and flavors of the chicken have been great/fresh and the fries are delicious! The veggies on the side were awesome, especially the carrots! First, the wait time is at LEAST 30 minutes for one order of wings. Second, check your food. The wings are usually burnt and the fries most likely won't be the flavor you requested....and that's IF they didn't mix up orders. Try the Louisiana Rub, they are the best of the bunch and always come crispy with a nicely seasoned rub.
