    Inside the OG burger

$30 for a burger, onion rings, can of Diet Coke, and a piece of ube cheesecake. Piping hot onion rings with good flavor. Doink's sauce is basically Big Mac sauce. The mustard they slather all over the burger is not at all mentioned on the menu which sucks because I hate mustard! The onion rings were fantastic. The homemade ranch is great. The ube cheesecake was unique and beautiful in purple.

Came on a Friday night, this place's interior is really nice and the staff is kind. Got the OG burger, honestly didn't seem like anything special. Spent ~$17 on it which seems like the price you'd pay for an elevated burger, but this was slightly better than Swenson's in my opinion. Wasn't worth the price bump. The vibes are definitely great in here though, but wouldn't come back just for the food.

This place is one of the best for smash burgers in or near Cleveland!! It's delish and the unique fusion burgers are perfect! My favorite side is the wedge salad, the blue cheese dressing adds so much flavor. I've had three different burgers from here and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! They also have a full bar and make a pretty good old fashioned. Staff is very friendly and nice. It's a casual spot and they play good music. Must try spot!!

We started with drinks. The margarita was good but the mulled cider daisy was awesome. I highly recommend it as it may be seasonal. My second drink was the lemonade with a shot of bourbon and I would recommend that as well.. This is something that I do in the summer with bourbon so tried it in the winter as well. The drinks are reasonably priced. I got the Po Boy burger as I love Cole slaw and it did not disappoint. 10/10. Because the burger has some fries on it pand I wanted something green I went for the wedge salad and it was good wedge salad! my wife got the OG Burger. Perfection in every way. It is the standard and the fries were perfectly done. Come hungry!

This is a must try spot! The fusion of cultures packs so much creativity and flavor into the burgers. Folks that work there are awesome. Vibes are great as well if you're looking for a chill place to drink and enjoy some of the best burgers Cleveland has to offer. Hands down one of the finest establishments in Cleveland.

Doinks! What a great place to get burgers! We ordered the Bonn Mi burger (fresh jalapeños, kimchi and cukes with a spicy sauce) with a side of kimchi Mac salad. The vegetables added a refreshing taste and crunch and the kimchi helped cut the greasiness of the burger! The Mac salad was just okay, I think I would have preferred the fries but I'm glad I still tried it out! My bf ordered the sweet heat burger with a side of onion rings. This sandwich was meaty, but it was really good and the jalapeños was a nice touch! Onion rings were good. BUT ORDER THE UBE CHEESECAKE. I repeat, order the cheesecake!! Ube cheesecake looked so dense but once it's in your mouth it's light, fluffy and so creamy! The crust was like a cereal rice krispy crust that added such a nice textural element, this was the perfectttt way to end the dinner!

Doinks is a fast-paced diner. If you're looking to sit and hang out, you'll likely feel rushed because people will be hovering for your seat on a busy evening. That being said, they do turn around orders very quickly. The smash burger was very authentic with crispy buttery edges. I was not a big fan of the doink sauce but overall enjoyed my burger.

Vibe was cute. Staff was cool. Patties were thin and crispy. Fries are from real potatoes.

I was so excited to be in the area and to finally check this place out! It's pretty busy for Waterloo Arts Fest but we got through the line and our food quickly. It's a cute spot with bar seating and a few tables. We opted for the OG and kimchi salad. Both were definitely fresh and delicious! I did hear a rumor that this is the best burger in Cleveland and while I will probably keep researching, I am inclined to agree. The kimchi salad is just the right amount of spicy and has some crunch. I'm pretty sure we'll be back and hoping that ube cheesecake is a regular on the menu since I wasn't able to try it today.

I've had Doinks countless times truly my favorite burger place on the east side but this was my first time ordering the Ube cheesecake! I highly recommend!!

This place is for REAL ! Funky little independent "smash" burger joint in a vintage corner building within the Waterloo Arts District of Clevelend's Collinwood neighborhood, just down the street from the Beachland Ballroom... perfect place to eat ( and drink!) before a show. The atmosphere is truly warm, inviting & friendly, kinda bohemian, and kinda classic... you could sit at the counter, or at a table, or (as we did) outdoors on the patio on a beautiful day. The service was truly exceptional last night, every single person working was friendly, kind and helpful, it was a pleasure to eat there... I enjoyed their limited time (St Patricks ) RUEBEN BURGER, and boy, am i glad i did; pastrami piled high on a smash burger, Swiss cheese, house-made kraut, with "DOINK SAUCE"! If you get the chance, order it, you wont be disappointed. My buddy had a classic "OC BURGER", also incredible... I haven't personally tried everything on the menu, but i look forward to trying ! if your hungry BEST burgers in Cleveland... believe it

Stopped by Doinks and got the Smash Classic with a side of fries. The burger was solid--crispy edges, juicy in the middle, and the toppings were balanced well. Fries were hot and crispy, nothing too fancy but they hit the spot. The space itself is really cute, with a fun vibe and just enough seating without feeling cramped. Service was polite and quick. It's a nice spot for a casual bite if you're craving a good smash burger. Would definitely come back to try more of the menu.

Wedge Salad and Bonn Mi Burger.

Doinks is our go to neighborhood spot. The Bonn Mi may be my favorite burger of all time. The sides are great. The wedge salad is always fresh and flavorful, I didn't even know I liked blue cheese until I ate it. Environment is chill, music always vibin, service is friendly and efficient. Really grateful to have this place in the neighborhood! Also, you'll be full but get the ube cheesecake.

But whoever is grilling the burgers at the other location is who is keeping me coming back. Other than that, other location is farther from me, it's worth a drive. What I really like about this place is the fresh meat and the disclaimer about the meats and how it's prepare. Well, I didn't like this time around is at the meat lacked seasoning, and the meat did not have that crispy edge or the juiciness in comparison to the other location. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location unless I'm really thirsty for a good burger. If this is your first time at this location, then yes it's delicious. It's one of the best burgers in Cleveland. If you visit the other location first you're definitely gonna be disappointed when you go to this one.

I wanted to try the pierogi and the Polish boy and the KRAUT and having an extensive beer menu doesn't hurt either. Friendly neighborhood watering hole literally on the corner and basically across the street from the a Christmas story house allowing you to eat within eye sight of the leg lamp. I wanted basically everything from the menu that came vegan (spoiler alert there are tons and tons of things) but gastric space comes at a premium on vacation so we settled on the fried cheese. I was very excited to see the Polish boy (and vegan option no less) I didn't have much of a choice. GF ordered the vegan pierogi platter with vegan kielbasa on a bed of kraut. Firstly the fried cheese was head and shoulders above any mozz sticks or anything of the sort that I have had in memory. The breading is seasoned and crispy and heaven on earth. The cheese is PIPING. Like you will burn yourself if you, like me, have no patience. The accompanying tomato sauce is also steaming. So good. The Polish boy was also in a league of its own. Love that they have a vegan version. What a combo. Probably one of Cleveland's most important community contributions. We ordered the latkes to go and they were orgasmic. What a special place.

If we were not looking for this place specifically, I know we would've driven right past it! It's a standalone little building and the only markings I saw outside was a little sign that said BAR. But it was 2 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon and there were several cars in the parking lot, which is a good sign. The inside is really tiny. There's a large U-shaped bar and about six tables. We looked in the menu and opted for their famous Smashburger. It is $14 and comes with fries. It is a double patty cheeseburger. I did not want a burger that big so I opted for just one Patty. They said that was no problem, but the price was still the same. I also got onion rings, which were $3 more. The food came out really fast and you could tell it came right out of the fryer because the french fries were super hot! This place is called a dive bar, and I guess it is - but on a Saturday afternoon, the place was filled with all kinds of people. On one side of us was a family with little kids. On the other side of us was a couple in their 20s. And then the rest of the place was filled with people from every age group. I have to say that the music they play there is fabulous! But back to the food. The burger was seasoned really well! It is a smash burger, but they're still able to make it crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Our server was really good. She did not hover, but she was around to see if you need anything. Depending on the vibe that you're looking for, if you want more of a bar vibe, you should go in the evening, but we were happy to just be in a relaxed little joint with good food. They opened up another Crowley's in Painesville so we will probably have to try that one too.
