We enjoyed Pig Foot at the Fort Wayne Ribfest. Wonderful smiling staff, brisket over Mac and cheese- delicious!

I'd been curious about this place for a while as I frequent some of the nearby shops and saw that…read moreit was a locally owned spot in a sea of chain food establishments. If you're looking for a traditional BBQ joint, this isn't it. The concept is similar to that of a Chipotle where you choose a base and build a bowl with a variety of toppings, some BBQ related, some not so much. They do have BBQ plates if you want to go that route. I got a bowl with nacho chips and rice as a base. I added the brisket, some nacho cheese and a few other toppings. Overall the food was fine. Nothing really had a lot of flavor, but it wasn't bad at all. I tried the brisket on it's own, and it was tender, but again no flavor stuck out to me. I imagine you might be able to taste the meat better in a BBQ plate vs. the bowl. It was a good value though. I think my bowl came to $13 dollars and it was definitely a good amount of food. Good for two meals for sure. I also got a nutella cookie which was pretty good. It seemed homemade and had a lot of nutella in it. They had some bottled drinks but no soda fountain machine that I could see, which I thought was odd. The guy who took my order and put together my bowl was nice and they have a few tables for dining in. I tried to stay there and do a little work as I was waiting for my dog at the groomer, but he didn't know the password to the wifi.

Similar to Chipotle , pick protein, base, add one and sauces and type Can get quesadilla, burrito or plate. We went with smoked chicken plate and pulled pork. Pulled pork was better, less dry Service was good as was ready when I pulled in. Reasonably priced . Rice and greens were a good base and Carolina Gold sauce was good

We had a great experience at Brew Kettle in Mentor last night. A group of 10 of us came, expecting…read morefor a long wait since they do not take reservations but we were seated promptly. The place is roomy and had TVs everywhere for sports which was a huge highlight for our group. Patty was our server and she was wonderful. Half of our group pre-gamed dinner a bit and were a bit silly off the bat and she handled it so perfectly and patiently. She was a rock star all night and we really enjoyed having her as our server. We would ask for her again 100%. We tried multiple beers and cocktails. I opted for the rum punch which was sweet and delicious, a very fun cocktail. I also tried a sip of my husband's Utah which was a rich and delicious IPA, and we split the Cherry Limeade beer which was different but actually really good, I enjoy sour beers so this was up my alley. For food our table ordered a few cheesesteaks, a few fish & chip plates, a couple different pastas and burgers and I ordered the Three Little Pigs. First I'll start with how good their fries are! They are the delicious crispy thick but not quite steak thick fries which were incredible. My husband loved his burger. My very picky father in law enjoyed the Caprese pasta. I think my three little pigs needed more sauce of some-sort but otherwise very good, well cooked pork belly. There was not a single complaint at the whole table of 10 which is almost unheard of!! My cousin said their pickles are really good and ordered extra pickles which Patty kindly and quickly obliged! And for 10 people we thought the price was incredibly affordable and reasonable! We have a great time and I would consider this a top-notch experience for families or even groups. Ask for Patty (only if you are going to be nice to this queen), she's a gem!

*Reopened as of July 2026*…read more Didn't hear much about the reopening of this location but decided to stop in for dinner. Menu is smaller now, food is good and prices are about what you'd expect from a brewery. Main issue was the service. This is something I don't complain about too much, but this was pretty bad. Place wasn't busy at all, with just one other table and a couple people at the bar. Took us about 20 minutes to get an appetizer and another 30-40 minutes to get our food. Waitress didn't give us napkins or silverware, we had to ask. Every interaction we had with the staff was super awkward (we had to flag down the waitress and ask to order our main course) I personally can't see this location lasting. Dinner time on a weeknight and it was DEAD. Service and prices might be a reason for that.

Met friends for dinner. This changed from BBQ to Italian so we wanted to give it a try. Our…read moreserver was excellent. Great smile and very welcoming ! He said the special was chicken parmigiana so I thought I'd try it. He brought us a very nice bread with a tasty butter and olive oil mix. I ordered the chopped salad that I absolutely loved! There were lives of cauliflower, different types of olives and a pickled red onion that wasn't over bearingly strong. The chicken parmigiana was tasty. Two patties if chicken over fettuccini. I noticed on the way out that eggplant parmigiana was also a special. I might've had that if I'd known. I will definitely come back on a Tuesday to try the eggplant. I might also come back to try their pizza. Nice place. Give it a try!!!

If you didn't know better and walked in the first time, you'd say, "This looks like a BBQ spot!" Of course, it was. Hanging a few doilies and Italian aperitif posters doesn't help. The delicate and frankly, pretty dishes are disconcerting against the rough and tumble tables and chairs place you in the wrong mindset. It just doesn't work. My Bolognese Cavatelli was very good, but my wife felt the Eggplant Parmigiana was simply a cheesy clump, the skin tough and stringy. An excellent bread service goes in the win column. Unfortunately, this was like eating quenelles and lobster on a paper plate washed down with Champagne in a plastic flute.

Their new chicken tenders are amazing (think Raising Cane's but better, with similar but also better tasting sauce). Their fries have changed recently (were fair fries, then normal fries) so not a huge fan but they do have waffle fries that my husband likes. Boneless wings are perfect (since they have honey mustard unlike wing places which kills me since I only like honey mustard wings). I love that you can go in and sit down for a slice of pizza, wings, & a drink. Cheap place to hit up with friends. Great hours so you can eat late at night. Their pepperoni is crispy and great, so the specialty pepperoni pizza is the way to go to get all that extra pep. They have a variety on their menu. Hate getting just pizza since we eat it up so fast. Never had an issue with service since they first opened. Friendly workers that are fast & kind. I hope they stick around bc it is hard to find a pizza by the slice place that actually tastes good. They have more than just pizza/chicken too, but have yet to try everything. Sign up for their texts bc they often have coupons.
