They then lay down a covering over your floor so they can come and go without tracking anything in. Chimney cleaning is not a clean process so the care they give in keeping your home clean is very responsible and refreshing. How often do we get great service these days? White Glove provided that kind or service. I was impressed with the two men that performed the cleaning both on the roof and in our home. While reaching in the wood stove to clean it was a sooty and dirty process, not a single ash was spilled on our floor. First, before we got rolling, we got 4 estimates from 4 companies for what we wanted to do and Timberline's estimate was actually the best price. Dave Bertagna (salesman and part owner) was very cordial and responsive to all my questions. Second, Timberline's install team (John, Chris & Tanner) treated our home with nothing but respect and responded to my every question and request. After every work day (3), they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and left no trail. Third, because the two ports into our attic needed to be enlarged for the install process, some of the sheet rock border needed to be removed. But no worries! That brought in Matt who is a true artist in drywall/texturing/paint!! Matt actually made the crawl ports look better than before we began the project! And finally, fourth, as with anything electronic, certain bugs needed to be ironed out. Then in July when the temperature heated up the ac started having a problem the middle end of July not coming but heating the house. Call them back the technician checked things but did not see a problem other than it was old and needed to be replaced, it is 23 year old at a $100 service fee. Well because I have a home warranty plan I contacted them. They send me to someone they work with. The technician came out I explained the situation thinking we problem do need a new unit, BUT low and behold he found that the capacitor had burnt out. He replaced it and we how have a ac unit that works. So I will no longer use Timberline but the new provider. Timberline like putting in new units instead of fixing the older ones.

They only charged me an inspection fee for coming out to look at it. Then 7/2026 our AC in the unit wasn't getting cold. The repair person (Rick) found some insulation inside the unit wasn't getting cold blocking the fan and it was also low on refrigerant. I signed up for their twice a year service where they come out in the spring and fall to clean, check, and tune up the unit. That also gave me a discount on the service I'd just received! I can highly recommend their services not only for their quality and professionalism, but also the value!
