My AC stopped working, so they came to take a look. They told me that I needed a whole new unit, and they'd be charging me almost $4,000 dollars for it. As a single mother of two children this is out of my budget! I got a second opinion by a different company, and they fixed my AC for only $150. In fact, the new company said there was MANY different options before replacing the whole unit. Why this company chose to scam me I don't know, it's very sad. John came out on a very toasty Saturday to repair our dead air conditioning. Very prompt service as I left a message Friday night prior. My call was returned early Saturday, I described the unit, relayed the problem and he brought along the proper parts to make the repair based on my description. Prior to purchasing our new home in Redding I requested that the Air Conditioning system be inspected. My Realtor selected Circle N Heating & Air Conditioning who then reported that the "system is functioning fine", but when we started cleaning and painting it was clear that the air conditioner did not work very well at all, with in door temps above 90 degrees. With a very quick inspection on my own I discovered the water circulation pump not working at all. When I called Circle N, they did not offer a refund and provided no excuse for there poor inspection of the system. read more

After purchasing a house that circle in had just replaced the hvac unit on, I found that they had installed a unit that was two tons smaller than what they had removed(removed 5 ton installed a 3 ton) I only found this out after 3-4 months of living in the home when summer hit and my house will not cool below 83 degree. I had taken pictures of the old unit when initially looking at the home Which is the only reason I know it was a 5 ton unit. After having numerous hvac contractors come out and check my system they (all 3) stated the unit was undersized and simply can't keep up with the heat load. I tried working with circle in but they simply washed their hands of it stating the returns were sized for a 3 ton unit. I understand this business wanting to get the work of installing the ac unit on a home but installing the wrong size unit Simply for profit and to get the job done cheap for the seller is wrong and deceptive. Now I am stuck with a home that doesn't cool with an ac unit that is the wrong size. I will be installing a new unit and using a Quality business to fix my issue if they would do this to me I would not trust them, ethics and morals are extremely important in business and this business does not have them read more

Kevin and his team at Circle N did an outstanding job installing a two-zone ductless mini-split system in our home. We got quotes from a couple outfits in town and their price was significantly lower for a system with same specs and warranty. Their team was prompt and professional. We expected it would take a while to get the work done seeing as it was in early summer and their busy season, but from quote to project close out was only 2 weeks! The system is performing well and we are thrilled to be cool. He even followed up a couple weeks after install to make sure things were performing well and there were no issues or questions.
