This is one honest tradesman, don't call anyone else to work on your A/C or heat! I called Jason Sanchez Heating & Air for my A/C system that wasn't blowing cold air. Lucky for me, Jason the owner showed up! Right on time for our appointment, carefully and skillfully diagnosed the issue, replaced a part, and was back up and running in 15 minutes. He explained what he was doing as I was curious. He's a kind, friendly man and very knowledgeable and an expert at repairs. The repair was much less expensive than estimates I've received from other companies. I live in Shingletown, other companies wanted $200 just to show up. So, call Jason, you won't be disappointed! read more

Let's start at the beginning. I called several HVAC companies, and Jason Sanchez H & A Inc was the first to reply. Jason was the first to schedulae and appointment and the first to provide me with an estimate. The other two companies I called required a second and third contact FROM ME to get a response. Only one provided me with an estimate. The other...they were booked out until October. NO WONDER THEY BLEW ME OFF! Jason's proposal came in higher than the other estimate, but a wise man once told me that if the estimate is within $XXX.00, go with the one you feel will have the best long-term service. He was within that range, so...duh. Justin and Devin did the installation of a mini-split in our garage. They asked my opinion on where to place the inside unit since it was different from what I "thought" would be best. They installed a Bosch unit that will easily cool our 750 sq ft garage to make it more comfortable for our puppy since he spends a lot of time with me. The work looks clean, and they cleaned up their debris before leaving. I CANNOT recommend Jason and his team enough. I will use them when our 18-year-old A/C units need replacing. read more

These folks are awesome. After getting 5 estimates, ranging from $48,000 to $51,000, yes thousand, they told us they could clean our ducts instead of replacing them, our HVAC unit was fine, and we simply needed a dehumidifying system. Under $8,000.00. And the work was done in 2 days after they got the unit, which took a week. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. read more

From start to finish fantastic service. Casey snd Carly were both very attentive and clear with their communication. On site Justin, Tony and Joe worked proficiently and neatly to install 5 new split units for us. After installation they took their time explaining how to work the remote, how to clean the filter and all the nuances that come with new equipment. Very grateful to all of the Jason Sanchez crew read more

Awesome job! 100% would recommend Jason Sanchez, he saved our day... week... months of heat . Problem was solved and repaired right away properly and correctly, unlike the other ridiculous companies . Company before Jason left parts unsecured which caused our unit to malfunction and blew out our unit. Jason ordered and received our new unit promptly and fixed the issue! Very courteous and polite, great customer service. 10 if it was an option. read more

My highest recommendation for these guys. They installed new HVAC units in our vacation home, which was significantly damaged by the Fawn Fire. They made a difficult situation easier to handle. Their knowledge of not only the HVAC units, but the related smart technology, was excellent. Their work was quick, comprehensive and non-intrusive. Their dedication to customer service -- from the owner to the field -- was far above what we have often witnessed from other vendors in this area who've been hired to help residents rebuild in the wake of the fire. read more

This is a unique review because I haven't met Jason directly but did speak to him on the phone. We have a rental property in Redding and we live in Southern Ca. Although we have a property mgmt company, we had an issue with the AC unit and went through our Home Warranty. Jason's company was chosen to dispatch. I called to check the status and spoke to Jason. Jason shared what was wrong with the unit, the repairs made and also said he spoke to my tenants and assured them all was good. Jason went a further step speaking with about proper maintenance. As a landlord out of the area this was very appreciated on the extra step taken. He could have left with a simple, all good, but the time taken was above and beyond. My husband is a contractor down here and so we know how valuable good customer service is. Thank you Jason and we will be sure to use you in the future and refer to others. read more

AC went out at the beginning of summer and Jason was here to inspect and subsequently fix our unit in his first visit. He was great with our kids and didn't mind the large puppy being her obnoxious self. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend his services and should we ever need assistance again I will call him exclusively. Super friendly. 10/10 would absolutely invite to a pool party at our house. read more

Ladies, Seniors and Everyone, listen up!! Look no further if you are looking for trustworthy, reliable, excellent Heating & Air services. My furnace went out on a Friday morning; they came over promptly, and throughout the process kept in touch, explaining the steps. I needed a new furnace and they put it in, even with rain clouds looming! They beat the rain and restored my heat! You won't find better service in Redding :) read more

Jason and his helper did a great job today on an AC tuneup for us and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Jason Sanchez is the BEST! My air conditioner went out at my house on a 106 degree day. I called Jason Sanchez Heating and Air at 5:30 in the afternoon. He was at my house within 2 hours! Unfortunately, the diagnosis was that I needed a whole new HVAC unit (I knew mine was old and probably on its last legs). Jason worked with my on financing and had my new unit in within a week. It's awesome! He showed me how everything works with my new Wi-Fi thermostat, made sure that his guys went through every vent and sealed them, cleaned up (even blew leaves out of my driveway) and were done and out of my house within 4 hours. Highly recommend!!!!!!! read more

I called to get an estimate to install AC . He was at our home maybe 5 minutes and never heard from him again. No estimate nor phone call.

My 16 year old central air conditioning system was blowing hot air on a hot 114° Redding day. I called another local HVAC contractor who gave me a $6,700 estimate to install brand new equipment. In order to get a second opinion, I called Jason Sanchez Heating & Air Conditioning. The owner, Jason, promptly arrived on schedule and courteously introduced himself. I explained the previous estimate and that I was prepared to install a new system if necessary. Jason inspected the system and discovered that only an inexpensive capacitor needed to be replaced. He made the easy repair and in less than 30 minutes after his arrival the system was working fine. Jason is very knowledgeable and used his experience, efficiency, wisdom and honesty to save me thousands of dollars. I unconditionally recommend Jason Sanchez Heating & Air Conditioning. read more

A couple of years ago, an outfit out of chico tried to pressure sale us in to buying a whole new unit (we'll give you a huge discount, but only if you commit to buying the new unit today!). It felt like a con. We had some guys from the Jason Sanchez crew come out for a second opinion, and as it turned out, we just needed a small, inexpensive part replaced. read more

Had Jason Sanchez Heating and Air out to look at my furnace issues as well as my A/C to get ready for summer. I STRONGLY recommend this company!! Not only are they honest but they are truly in the business because they want to help people. It's refreshing to see a GOOD RELIABLE company in business! They were professional, funny, and efficient! I want to say how pleased my wife and I are with Jason Sanchez Heating and Air. We had a refrigerant leak in our AC and with the great service by David our tech, and Sara and Carli in the office, it was repaired and now running great. Highly recommend this business. read more

I had this company out a couple times after they were assigned by my home warranty company, and they weren't able to properly diagnose or repair the issues I was having. They gave us a stop-gap solution that was supposed to work until we could have a different HVAC company come out, but even that solution only worked for less than a day. The guys who came out were nice and they were always on-time, but it just didn't seem like they had much experience with larger HVAC systems. read more

Jason came out on short notice, quickly assessed both hvac units, and properly diagnosed the issues. Parts were ordered and installed quickly. During an extreme heat wave all the companies that service cooling systems in the are were booked for several days out and I needed an emergency visit as the temperature was over 100 in the house. I had guests in my house and it was embarrassing. I spoke to Jason Sanchez (the owner) directly and he found a way to squeeze me in the next day. He sounded sincere and really wanted to help. Thank you! He will have all my future business. read more

This man supervised/ installed the install on the furnace in my home while still owned by the previous owner in Jan 2013. 3 months into our home ownership last year the heating unit malfunctioned and the home warranty we purchased dispatched a person to come check it out. Upon inspection it was disconnected so that No one could reconnect it, and It was told that it was unsafe. For a second opinion a tech from this company was actually dispatched. I was told it was the worst they'd seen, and it was not safe to operate. By both places I was told an error upon installation had occurred. I then got a 3rd opinion on my own, who agreed. I then got hold of the previous owner to find out who had done the install. I was told Jason himself. When he worked for another company. My realtor suggested trying to see if they would make it right, because my home warranty company would not cover it, as it was pre existing when I bought the house. Home owners ins said the same. No insurance or realty company could give me any advice. I called up on advice of the realtor only to have it denied, and be called the next day to tell me it as done right and he worked for another company at the time so he as not responsible even though he oversaw it. Seek damages from the man who owned the company he worked for they said. Who I'm sure they knew was dead, since his phone number is this guys now. After months of the runaround, and trying to file a claim with the previous company's bond, it was denied because he had passed on more than 2 years ago. 2 years is the limit. As with reporting people like this. I am very saddened and disappointed to know this is how he does business, and sees nothing wrong with the fact that the entire conversion kit was omitted, thus meaning it WAS an installation error. An installation he oversaw. My whole family...including 3 small kids...got sick, and my husband had a hospital trip that cost him a day of work, and I got to shell out the price of a car and sack my pocket book to fix this negligence. All I wanted was for it to be made right. But instead it was deny and bully the previous owner and blame everyone else. I was nearly fined also because no permit was obtained for previous job. I didn't even know that could happen. I didn't own the house when it as done. But, apparently it can and I know that now. Luckily I had a great company do it right with a permit this time, 4th company to tell me it was the worst they'd ever seen...just too bad I had to pay a ridiculous amount to fix something that should never have happened. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

So grateful for this company. Our hvac quite unexpectedly in the middle of the recent storms. Our granddaughter stays with us a few days a week and because she's an infant, it was vital that the house be warm. I called on a Friday and spoke with the owner. He had techs out the following Monday early. Everyone was friendly and courteous. It's always scary to call an hvac company as all you see is $$$$. My husband and I are so impressed with the professionalism and honesty of this company. It was a simple fix with a very minimal charge. In fact we were shocked at how little the charge was. Our tech was Mike and we are so appreciative. Thank you Jason Sanchez for your quick response, integrity and knowledge. We would recommend this company highly! read more

We have the split systems for high efficiency in our rental home, and one got a little weird. We went through home warranty and got a different heating and air company at first to look at it. 2 weeks in, someone finally came to check it out, 2 more weeks later, the parts still had not even been ordered!! I called home warranty and requested a new contractor and Jason A/C is who they sent. Amazing. They were able to get out to the house, order the parts , AND install it all before the other company even called to say they figured out the issue. Everyone knows the weather in this area. We would have had some very unhappy renters had we tried to stick it out with someone other than this company. They went over and beyond knowing what we had already gone through and I can't thank them enough. read more
