He told me who to expect and what time to expect them. Guys, this is not Dish or Direct that give a 6 hour window of when their tech MAY arrive. Brandon told me that Andrew would be here at 8am (which I really doubted because of where we live), and a few minutes before 8, Andrew arrived!
