Two years ago, Integrity replaced our old water heater with an on demand system. My propane bill for water heating dropped by 50%. They were price competitive, efficient, courteous and reliable. Then last spring I had them replace my old, tired AC. WOW! My PGE bill dropped by 60% for the summer usage and my home was much more comfortable. Using less electricity meant my solar wouldn't be as expensive to install. I'll be using them for solar next. I'll update when it's complete. Sometimes it's hard knowing who to trust for your home needs. I'm glad to have Integrity on the job! read more

Integreity is just a name, it took them three months to install an HVAC system with new vents, they made my roof leak which gave me black mold in my kitchen in between the walls, so I had to remodel my whole entire kitchen. They put holes in the ceilings and didn't patch them up, i had to.. The vents are uneven where they installed the inside filter looks so crappy my four-year-old could've done better. They actually used the breakers/fuse to my power outlets to my plugs in the house so half of my plugs in the house don't work anymore instead of putting in a different/larger breaker, Pg&e came out and flagged my gas because they hooked it up wrong , Pg&e had to come in and redo the whole gas line, never once did I get a call from Managment, bosses, nobody they will call and make me do my appointments because I prepaid for the service, and threaten me with voiding my warranty.. but actually getting customer service is nonexistent . Now that they have my money, it doesn't really matter to them. If I had the funds, I would 100% take them to court !!!! If you want to save yourself money and a headache do not use this company! As a single mom paying $16,000 for a new HVAC system and getting the crappies job done is heartbreaking. Unfortunately the loan is through a third-party so they got paid for their horrible job while I am paying out of pocket to fix their mess. read more

Management's response just goes to show you how untrustworthy, and unprofessional they are. I wouldn't let them install anything for me, even if they paid me $1M. Management says 10+ people needed their air conditioner installed. Did they also have their appointment canceled the day before? Funny you say that is how you do business. When the inspector came out to inspect the system he stated that had he known you did the work before the permit went through he would've fined you for that. Lastly I recently found out that they disconnected my ceiling fan from the power source. And also that they lied to the inspector about how the system was powered. They said they hooked it into the existing power, which they said they couldn't because it was 110, and the system is 220. Reality is they hooked it up to the 220 that I had PAID an electrician to hook my dryer to install. So my dryer didn't kick off the breaker every time I used it with something else. I just figured that out when I was using the dryer and the mini split at the same time and the breaker tripped. read more

My home warranty used Integrity & they missed 3 times they came out that the mother board on my furnace was bad, they charged me 3 times for their inconvenience. They sent out a tech that was questionable. I can't use them again. read more

I'm giving Integrity one star because the technicians are polite, but the company put in an inefficient system in our new home, they pushed problems down the road promising they would fix them after consulting the manufacturer, & then waited til it was out of warranty to fix a motherboard that cost us $1500. They wanted to wait until our whole system failed before they fixed it & have us not be able to set temperatures in our house for an infinite amount of time. We demanded they come out & fix it. We sent friends to them & gave them money in their pockets only for them to treat us this way & not stand behind the product they out in our home. Had Integrity remove and reinstall my solar panels when my roof was done. Afterwards I notice one leg of the system was not working. It took 6 or 7 calls to get them to come back out to check the connections, they did and said everything was OK, but that leg was still not working. I thought it might be a problem with inverter. After3 or 4 more calls they came out and took the information on the inverter and said they would research it. Never heard back even though I called several times. Still thinking it might be the inverter I contacted the manufacturer to get the name of a company that installs and services, they referred me to AES in Chico. They came up and found 2 bad wire crimps and a wire that had been pulled out of a wire nut. It took about 45 minutes to check all connections and do the repairs, system is now working on both legs. It doesn't say much for Integrity double checking the connections. read more

I am a believer in, if you are going to bad mouth a company for a bad job. You should also praise one for a great job. From Keith doing the estimate to Dennis and his coworkers do the actual job. There team put in a complete new system in my house. Put to additional ducts in my ceiling checked all duct work in attic. Fixed to leaks in my roof where the old A/C unit stand had worn through. Blew in 2 more feet of insulation. All work was done on time and on schedule. I was very pleased, especially reading a couple of the reviews on here. The people that work there are nice people but the lady owner(Mona) is probably one of the most disorganized scatter brained and unprofessional people ive ever dealt with. The lady Mona seems to have no clue what is going on when it comes to her own business and made getting anything done a huge hassle. I recommend any other place because an operation is only as good as their weakest link and in this case... its the owner. She didnt seemt I have any clue what she was talking about and couldnt even speak clearly/stay on subject. Ended up going with another service after this experience. Hopefully she is being phased out of the company because she no longer seems competent enough to work there, not to mention there seem to be many others that could do her job and more effectively. read more

We did tune up and the guy who came out was horrible. The system was working when he arrived, and both our systems were not working when he left. He told us one system had a bad controller and it was going to be 1300$ to replace. My 10 minute inspection found he blow a fuse, and left several loose wires. I replaced the fuse and relanded loose wires and it started working. We have a few zones grouped to prevent the system from freezing up. I am writing this now, 6 months later as I just figured out he had undone ALL THE GROUPS, hence the loose wires. I just redid the groups my self as my system has started Freezing up again. They Looked at 2 systems for a check up and LITERALLY MADE BOTH SYSTEMS INOPERABLE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN INCOMPENTENCE & TOLD US WE NEEDED NEW SYSTEMS. read more

Keith the sales man who came out to give the quote was very nice and not pushy. He just gave the quote and answered my questions, was very patient and professional. Dom and Jon were professional during the installation of the HVAC in August 2020 when the temp was over a 100 degrees. They put an Easy Up tent on the roof to protect themselves from the heat. (Work Smart). They pretty much finished the install on time except there was a problem with the unit they had received; it was damaged. Darrin the owner put me up in a hotel for the weekend and then they installed a temporary unit since the one I purchased was out of stock due to COVID; manufactures were closed. A few months later they came back with a new unit to install. This company truly lives up to their name and works with Integrity. I highly recommend them, not to mention the quote was the most reasonable of the 4 quotes that I had received. I had a swamp cooler, therefore they had to install ducts, vents and the HVAC. Dom and Jon protected the furniture while they worked and cleaned up the drive way every day when they were done working. It took them 5 days for installation. i bought a new standby generator at Costco and had it installed by Mikes' Affordable Electric . It worked fine for months but wasn't charging the battery due to a manufacturer error in the AC charger wire. I had the warranty work done by integrity , they sent out 2 young men that seemed to know almost nothing about my unit. Hey entire service call (all 5 service) calls they sat on 1800 generac number talking to customer service. They ordered parts 3 different times and the last time it was (4 different components) after months of repairs the unit charged again. Last week a car took out a pole and power went off at 1 am. By 7 am the generator was smoking and overheating . I called generac. They sent integrity here again 5 days later.. they arrive and refuse to even run diagnostic test because I accused them of doing the job incorrectly... then I call integrity and spoke with "keith" he continues to telL me to calm down. As if spending 15700$ on a generator that is now 1 year old and ran a total of 7 hours .. now I'm on hold with northern sector of generac "Olivia" read more

I checked out an ac/heat unit for some friends. There was no heat nor blower motor coming on. So I tested to see if the motor would come on in manual mode and it did but there was no heat. So the test told me the motor was good but that there is a problem with the ignition system. This is a package unit on the roof gas supplied. It is obvious that in heat mode that the motor would not run because there was no flame. Systems usually have a sensor to detect the blower motor running first then it starts the igniter and opens the gas line valve and tries to start. but since its on an old Spanish style roof I elected not to go up there. I had them call for service. They told them it needs a motor. Really? and maybe its time for a new unit. As an Engineer in the RF and electrical world of things I an say they are full of $hit. Why do people pray on people like that. Probably a newbie, but if you don't know then get somebody that does. but c'mon people its not a rocket ship its a heating ac unit. Maybe they need some more training on the sequence of operation of heating units. You can pay for a service fee to have them give you a BS story but I wouldn't. I know of another company locally that does the same thing. I think you'll need to wait 10-15 years until they have more experienced people. I guess they just don't have the Integrity part down yet ! read more

Rick came out and tried his best to repair my a/c. I just moved, and four days after moving in, the a/c died. He did his best but the a/c was very old. He could not repair it (parts too old to be replaced). He was professional, friendly, and courteous. I definitely recommend this business! During the sales presentation the owner of the company company presented false information, on the home generator we were considering purchasing. We asked specific questions concerning the mobile application. We wanted to know if you could remotely start and stop the generator from that app. The sales person said that by the time we had ours installed, that remote process would be possible. This capability was very important to us, and one reason we decided to purchase this generator. We later confirmed from Generac that it did not have those abilities, and they have no immediate plans for it to have that capability. read more

Just had my 15 year old swamp cooler replaced, Could not be more pleased with there service. The salesman they sent out was not at all pushy, he explained everything and allowed us to make up our own minds. We opted for the new type evaporative cooler and am I glad we did! My house has never been cooler. we have had the unit for 2 weeks and two nights ago it made a strange sound and the blower quit. I called and they gad someone out in just a few hours. The problem was a loose pully that was not tightened enough at the factory, this kind of thing can happen anytime. They tightened the pully and it works great, However the tech said it scored the shaft and may fail down the line. So they have ordered a new motor and will install it when it comes in. I had no way of knowing it may fail later. NOW THAT IS INTEGRITY!!!! read more

Honest, professional service!! After the CARR fire we'd heard many different opinions as to what we needed done to our air conditioner/ducting and called Integrity for service. Our home is one of the few spared in our neighborhood but was in one of the hardest hit areas so we feared some type of damage. The technician that came out was very kind, professional and honest. He gave his assessment and only needed to service the unit, no duct work, no extra work needed and gave a detailed explanation of what he did. I shopped around for someone to service our central heating unit and diagnose an issue we were having. After being given an estimate of $250 just to diagnose the issue, not including a servicing (Gibson), I called Integrity and they quoted me half the price for diagnosis and servicing. Rick, the technician, showed up promptly on time for our appointment. He was very friendly and professional and wore slips over his shoes which was appreciated. He found a loose wire, which solved our issue, then did the servicing very quickly. He did not charge anything extra for fixing the loose wire. Their A/C Tune up service is nothing but coil cleaning, changing air filters and checking internal temperatures, that's all but they charge more ($84) than other companies ($65-$79) who do a complete Tune up which you can find the full check list on their websites. My air filters were clean, they should have left a set of new filters since they were included in the price, but didn't. Since they don't list what they do for tune up, I verified what most companies do over the phone when I made my appointment. According to the manager, receptionist was new and didn't know better. Promised a call in 24-48 hours to discuss a resolution, it has been over a week, no calls. I won't recommend neither do business with them again. read more

Integrity Heating and Air destroyed my home, cut random holes in brand new sheetrock in my ceiling, didn't use the proper hose clamps that caused my ceiling to flood and fall through to the floor and wasted 2-1/2 years of my life. On top of all this they then used a flim flam sham painter to come in to paint over all the damaged and new areas of sheetrock who then broke keepsakes on my walls, dripped paint on my leather couch and didn't clean up when he and his wife left my home. If you have 2-1/2 years of your life, the ability to make 38 scheduled appointment times to let various contractors in to your home to repair the damage caused by Integrity, and an endless supply of patience, then Integrity Heating and Air is who you should hire. By far one of the very worst experiences with a contractor EVER!!! Ps. If I could give them zero stars I would but that is not an option. read more

After over a year of dealing with home warranty AC repairs that didn't ever fix anything, we finally just bit the bullet and called a non-home warranty provider since our AC was out for the FIFTH time in the 15 months we'd owned our home. Integrity was the only place who would come out quickly, on a Saturday, to look at our unit. Drew arrived on time and assured us he could fix the problem, which was welcome news since it was supposed to be 115 degrees that day and we'd had no AC for a week and a half. By that afternoon Drew had our AC up and running as promised and our house was finally cool! He was upfront and honest and knew what he was doing. For the first time I felt like someone actually knew what was wrong with our AC and could fix it. All of the prior home warranty places just guessed and tried stuff that never ended up working. We have used Integrity almost from the time they opened their business here. We have always found them to be thorough, efficient and honest. Our unit is about 20 years old, but we have never been pressured to "get a new one". They have kept it running perfectly. Three days before Thanksgiving we noticed that the thermostat and the house temp. were not in sync.
