System is under warranty and the company will not respond to our calls, it has been around 3 weeks of them not returning calls when they have told us they would call. Oh and because they have so many emails, they can not get to our email about a new converter we need to buy. We have own our own construction business, we would not have customers if we treated them like this!!!! Please think twice about using this place, they just want your money and do not help you!!!!!!!! Reliable Solar you suck and I will add a bad review every time you erase this. Even came over and personally connected us with lending, signing documents and logging into the app to monitor our system. Then came over and made sure we understood everything and were happy. Even coming back when the season is right to trim trees more, at no cost. As for the work..workers were courteous, fast and besides hereing little noise didn't even know they were here. They did EXCELLENT work!! If we would have known getting solar could be so effortless we would have done it a long time ago!! Now let's see if it pays off. Both the output and guarantee were the best in the industry. I contacted PowerHouse Solar because they were listed as an "elite" SunPower dealer. I couldn't be more pleased with that decision. The owner, Bruce Blake and his sight manager, Garrett came to our home and evaluated our damages. They were thorough, knowledgeable and very professional in their evaluation. After getting approval by the insurance adjusters I gave them the go ahead. Approximately four weeks later they installed the new array and did an outstanding job. The installation took slightly more than one day and included the removal and recycling of the old system and installation of 21 new panels and the required rails by a team of six technicians. All team members were polite and professional and went the extra mile in terms of being helpful and efficient. They actually left the work sight cleaner than when they started! The new system is working exactly as described and should reduce our energy costs to about zero. We have built homes and remodeled over the years which is often fraught with delays and missed deadlines. NONE of that was an issue with PowerHouse Solar. They did everything that was expected and more! If I could give them six stars I would! Thank you for a job well done!
