After a few return calls to fix minor problems. The system now has been working great for eight months. I am very happy with my new Electric bills! On the minus side, once they received their final payment, they were extremely difficult to get a hold of. Also, they spontaneously offered me a $500 Amazon card for referring a friend who also put in a system. I reminded them as tactfully as I could of this about four times and I have yet to see the card. My friend also made a recommendation and she has not received a card either.

They were a nightmare I had a constantly supervised their employees. Their Shotty work. Please people were a nightmare. They didn't use primer on the siding to begin with and the paint kept on bleeding through and I told them it needed more paint. The exterior doors are falling off. Trim and molding coming apart. I had to even sweep it out and mop after they got through. They didn't fix and report everything. Leaving the project undone for me to fix and get it signed off by the county. I'm flustered with these people. If you hire someone make sure you check them out and check references. I wish it was more people doing reviews for me to look at before I hire them

Back filled withe still a rock that was more like 6 ft in diameter in the hole. Paul and his crew worked so hard in the front panel area that did not seam to have so many of these but as they start to put in the hols they soon ran into some. They worked so hard to install the holes and to get it ready for inspection, It all passed and they then installed the poles int the concrete, which was another major task they handled with ease, wheel barrowing all the concrete to each hole on a slope. They got the Fram work up the next day and then came the panels. One could not ask for a harder grew to build such a nice finished solar panels. The electrician that wired it into the house did such a clean install and straightened out my service panel that the previous home owner made a mess of. This was a challenge job for them I am very sure and they pulled it off with the highest of professionalism ever! Extremely pleased with final result and the professionalism displayed by everyone from start to finish. Paul and his crew kept us well-Informed through the entire process. I can say that if you want the best go with the best. Supper highly recommend!

The people were great getting the system but beware, in retrospect after having the system approx 5…read moreyears, it is over all a loss financially. If it wasn't much of a loss, I would be ok with just helping the environment but it is a huge cost. We are using less electricity now than were then (fewer people living here and we are gone from the home approx 2 months a year), and still when adding the lump sum payment due to REU annually and the payments on the remaining $18,000 owed of the $40,000, we were much better off with no solar. And to add insult to injury, the system stops working every year (which you have to monitor). Save yourself the cost and instead make a generous contribution to an environmental charity and you'll come out better financially and your donation will help the cause of saving the environment in a more effective manner.

Hello, Please be very careful before giving Justin any money upfront. Based on my personal…read moreexperience, I gave him a substantial amount of money upfront because I trusted him. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake, and I am now dealing with the consequences. I hired him in the middle of July, and the work at my home was never completed. I have had to dispute the charges with my credit card companies because the contracted work was not completed. Thankfully, I have recovered approximately $7,000 through those disputes. There was also no written contract, which I now realize was a major mistake on my part. I have repeatedly contacted Justin?sometimes as many as 10 times a day?asking him to return my money through Venmo. So far, I have received approximately $4,000 back. I have also requested an itemized statement three separate times showing exactly what work was completed and what my payments were used for. To date, I have not received an itemized invoice or statement.

First, before we got rolling, we got 4 estimates from 4 companies for what we wanted to do and Timberline's estimate was actually the best price. Dave Bertagna (salesman and part owner) was very cordial and responsive to all my questions. Second, Timberline's install team (John, Chris & Tanner) treated our home with nothing but respect and responded to my every question and request. After every work day (3), they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and left no trail. Third, because the two ports into our attic needed to be enlarged for the install process, some of the sheet rock border needed to be removed. But no worries! That brought in Matt who is a true artist in drywall/texturing/paint!! Matt actually made the crawl ports look better than before we began the project! And finally, fourth, as with anything electronic, certain bugs needed to be ironed out. That brought in Timberline's Tech, KC (a real pleasure to work with), who got everything working as smooth as butter. Does this report sound like an advertisement? If it does, it is absolutely what we experienced! THANK YOU TIMBERLINE! The McGees are thrilled! Barry & Terri McGee, Palo Cedro
