What a great guy! He walked me through some things over the phone, and even called back 4 hours later to check how it was going! 5 stars. 5 stars. 5 stars. This man is magical. Magic Mike. My a/c unit quit last night about 9:00…read more After a few minutes of looking online. I called. I called because the world wide web said he would answer. He did. Talked to me about ten minutes at 9:15 on a Friday night. We agreed that he would show up this morning to troubleshoot and diagnose. Two different processes, by the way. Dudes, like a walking flow chart. He showed up in a clean van, wearing a clean shirt and clean pants. Didn't smell like weed or cigarettes or alcohol and in 15 minutes, he literally had my unit sounding like it had not sounded in a couple of years. He is extremely knowledgeable; takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. Mike is absolutely a picture of professionalism. He hung around for a little while to make sure the repair he made was successful and while we were chatting, he gave me a few ideas to think about as far as preventative maintenance goes. The whole situation was very low pressure, low stress and his service call fee was extremely fair and reasonable. He even gave us a magnet to put on our fridge in case we needed to call him again...which is kind of cool because my lovely bride collects refrigerator magnets. Set on 77 right now. Cycles fine.

I was so stressed because I didn't want the kids to sleep in a hot house or sleep in a hotel the night before the first day of school! Their receptionist was AMAZING and she advocated for them to send someone out that day. I think the owner might have skipped his own lunch break because they were packed and were originally going to schedule me a few days out. This business went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I were comfortable. It's been 13 months since that day and the A/C has been a champion ever since. This is a top notch business with staff who genuinely care about selling quality products and giving excellence if something comes up. I highly recommend them.

This is one honest tradesman, don't call anyone else to work on your A/C or heat!…read more I called Jason Sanchez Heating & Air for my A/C system that wasn't blowing cold air. Lucky for me, Jason the owner showed up! Right on time for our appointment, carefully and skillfully diagnosed the issue, replaced a part, and was back up and running in 15 minutes. He explained what he was doing as I was curious. He's a kind, friendly man and very knowledgeable and an expert at repairs. The repair was much less expensive than estimates I've received from other companies. I live in Shingletown, other companies wanted $200 just to show up. So, call Jason, you won't be disappointed!

Jason was the first to schedulae and appointment and the first to provide me with an estimate. The other two companies I called required a second and third contact FROM ME to get a response. Only one provided me with an estimate. The other...they were booked out until October. NO WONDER THEY BLEW ME OFF! Jason's proposal came in higher than the other estimate, but a wise man once told me that if the estimate is within $XXX.00, go with the one you feel will have the best long-term service. He was within that range, so...duh. Justin and Devin did the installation of a mini-split in our garage. They asked my opinion on where to place the inside unit since it was different from what I "thought" would be best. They installed a Bosch unit that will easily cool our 750 sq ft garage to make it more comfortable for our puppy since he spends a lot of time with me. The work looks clean, and they cleaned up their debris before leaving. I CANNOT recommend Jason and his team enough. I will use them when our 18-year-old A/C units need replacing.
