You are fully clothed the entire time, so I would wear shorts and a loose fitting top. There is a small basket by your massage bed that you can put your belongings in. The room was softly lit with low, soothing music. My masseuse put a finger to his lips indicating that it was a quiet area. He indicated that I was to lie down on the pallet. He then placed a towel loosely over my eyes and covered me with a blanket and began the massage. He worked on each foot for about 15 minutes and then I was done. Few words were spoken but we communicated with gestures as needed. I thanked him and gave him a $5 tip. He gave me a post massage bottle of water when we got to the waiting room. I put on my shoes and was out the door; feeling great. I'm giving all this description to highlight how easy and hassle free the whole process turned out to be. They use towels here instead of linens, but trust me it's nice to have a little cushion. I didn't expect my masseuse to stand on top of me, it was shocking but also relieving AF.
