I did a basic google search but that was overwhelming and confusing on how to understand the pricing system. I finally had a friend tell me he utilized yelp for a project inquiry and that helped in getting businesses to reach out to me with a little more of a targeted price, but it also felt like a lot of the responses where AI responses. Prime Moving was the only company who called me. I honestly still wasn't 100% sold as I wanted a more concrete rate that I would be paying and not put in a situation where any movers knowing it's an hourly rate past the required 3 hours could take advantage of the situation and take longer to get more money. I fully understand it's nearly impossible to determine how long a move will take but I think most still want some sense of security that it'll only cost "xyz" amount. This isn't a comment specific to Prime Moving but the moving industry as a whole from what I experienced. A friend had mentioned they utilized Prime Moving so I felt that bit of security and ultimately went with them. Adam was one of the two movers and both were very kind and professional. They wrapped the items I need and got my moved out and into my new place in such an efficient manner I was trying to keep up with them.

The crew showed up right on time with a 4-man team, and they were very professional the entire day. I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got. Overall, this was one of the least stressful moves I've had. I would definitely use TopCare Movers again, and my brother is already planning to use them for his move in May. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The two movers Slava and Dima (Dimitri) who handled my studio move were true professionals. They went above and beyond by wrapping and protecting items I hadn't even thought to protect, making sure everything arrived safely without a scratch. They partially disassembled my twin bed, transported it, and reassembled it flawlessly at my new place. Every item, no matter how big or small, was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. I also have to commend them on their ability to move all my things up two flights of stairs since the elevator at my complex was broken! We all dislike moving but when I ran across Max and Port Flex he told me he guaranteed this would be a good experience and he was spot on. The team (Mark & Mike) showed up on time and hit the ground running. They moved quickly and with purpose. I was moving my two bedroom condo with complete garage gym (very heavy stuff) to a new home. They were complete with a 26' foot truck in 2 1/2 hours. They drove straight to new place and were moving so quickly it amazed me. Let me add my daughter and her family were moving in also with a 20' truck and they unloaded theirs too. They did all this work without damaging any property or furniture. After over a week of calling I finally reached David who explained he had an unexpected situation and no ability to contact me. I can understand that but no phone call even days later to explain the situation. The biggest issue is I have not been refunded the money after texting multiple times with no response.
