Took forever to even get started on ordering with my family, maybe 45 minutes. They were busy, yet not helping the lady at front. Everything was slow in general. Although the lady taking the order was upfront and behind, she continued to do drinks one at a time whole take our order. Friendly staff, but not enough of them. We waited in line for 15 minutes bc there were only 4 people working the entire restaurant (back of house included) during peak time in a resort town. Won't be coming back until shoulder season. Get adequate staff! read more

Terrible kitchen management. Ordered 2 burgers and Brussels sprouts. Got the burgers. Asked twice for the Brussels sprouts but they were never brought. Asked again while there were two other dinners sitting there, ordered after ours that had the Brussels sprouts. Was told ours were still 2 1/2 minutes away. No explanation given. We stopped here after a full day of tubing at Copper and we wanted some meat. I found the service to be really friendly. I spilled an Oreo milkshake all over the place and sweet Joseph from Smashburger was so kind. He helped clean everything up, made fun conversation, and quickly brought out another gigantic shake without me even asking. My only tip for this place is that you should always order the kids smash meal. It comes with fries and drink and is not noticeably different from the adult size, but is at least 4 bucks cheaper. read more

Service sucked. They lost my order. When they finally brought me food it wasn't what I ordered. Most of the tables were dirty, there was soda spilled all over the counter by the soda machines, and no lids for the cups. After 40 minutes I'm still waiting for my fries. read more

I usually wouldn't write a review on this place, because it's my favorite spot after a day on the mountain. But today- I was disappointed. I've been noticing each time I visit, there are newer and newer employees. Thus the food doesn't stay consistent! Today my smash fries were so over cooked, every piece was crunchy:( I was then horrified to watch a female employee come out of the bathroom while the toilet was still flushing-EW she didn't wash her hands! And when I entered after her there was trash on the sink and floors. I then watched as she carried trays of food to tables and prayed she didn't bring ours. Thankfully a boy brought our food. I guess we sat at the wrong table bc I had the other female employee in front of me bending over in LEGGINGS that were horribly see through! I even know the pattern of her underwear now. And watched all the male employees Google at it. Pretty funny but very distracting while trying to eat food. We packed the rest of our food and left. Boo. read more

Sooo, it was a good burger, I'll give them that. But other than that, my visit was awful, all of the tables had trash still laying out on them, eventually I had to buss my own table! The next thing was that when they brought my food, they didn't bring me the side of fries. Myself and 3 other people before me had to ask the manager for things the kitchen forgot, and he was not the nicest about it even tho it's his kitchen! The kitchen staff and manager were so immature. They were making balls jokes in front of the costumers! This manager is probably 28 and is acting like a middle school boy! Last thing imma say, don't get the smash fries, it tastes like they poured the oil on top of them instead of dipping them in the frier! read more

Wonderful burgers! (When they're cooked enough). We've had to go back & ask them to cook more. Now we order them WELL done! Fresh ingredients, THE BEST hamburgers I've ever had! The sides are FANTASTIC!!!! They used to have the best iced tea but sadly replaced it with some drink station that's just a syrupy mess! I HATE that they took their iced tea away! =( But the food is GREAT! Staff is usually extremely friendly & helpful!!! Bathrooms are not that clean & the restaurant is a bit unkempt, not relaxing, but it IS a hamburger joint, so.... I LOVE Smashburger!!! I'm just absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this place. The burgers were gross. I will never look at SmashBurger the same.. The employees here have NO idea how to work in the fast food industry. Whoever is in charge needs to put their foot down and make a change NOW. The employees don't even wear hairnets and they all have long hair, along with disgusting unshaven beards. An employee walked out of the bathroom and didn't even wash his hands after putting them all the way down his pants. I about threw up. Then, the young men who are working are messing around talking about college girls, IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS! Oh, and the guy had a huge hicky on the side of his neck. Best burgers around. The Classic w/ cheese! This is my go to burger at SB. My affinity for this burger has a lot to do with they ability to add a fried egg. You could slap a fried egg on just about anything, and I'd probably gravitate towards it. Do it up with thy Egg Bun, Crispy lettuce, tomato and a melted slice of cheddar are the icing on the cake. read more

Food was excellent as usual at Smashburger. The staff on the floor bussing tables and delivering food were really nice and helpful. I always get the Smash classic burger and it is definitely one of the best fast food burgers you can find. I always think I will try a Smash Chicken, but never do once I start smelling the burgers. Onion haystack is great, but difficult to dip in the sauce without using a fork. The only complaint I had was that they only had one cashier taking orders and a line of 8 parties waiting - on a Saturday night. The cashier was calm and efficient, but they really needed to open the other register. We waited over 10 minutes in the line before getting to order. read more

The service at the Smashburger in Dillon, CO is consistently good. While the burgers are tasty, there are far less greasy options in the area. Smashfries are almost addictive - and are now available in both regular potato and sweet potato. Given the convenience of Smashburger to I-70, it is a great place to stop before heading home from Keystone, Breck, or Copper. read more
