Smashburger - Double Original Smashburger and Smash Fries. - Burgers Near Me - Dillon, Colorado

After a couple of hours of skiing, my husband and I stopped in for dinner just before 5pm. Service was a little slow because there was only one teammate working the front counter, but he was welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was clean, a nice cozy temperature and quiet even though there were a couple of groups dining in as well We ordered two Double Classic Smash Burgers, mine substituted with pepper jack cheese, a side of Smash Fries and a fountain drink (Strawberry Dragonfruit Tractor Beverage - incredible). Everything came out hot in less than 10 minutes and it was delicious! The burgers were a large portion size and had great flavor. The smash fries seasoning was tasty. I will definitely be getting another burger at Smashburger in the future! read more

I eat here often for lunch , but today was different , I waited 25 min for two single burgers and a chocolate shake and the chocolate shake was half whipped cream , also no line at all . When I asked the GM if the shake looked small , she replied with "shakes are all one size did you order a small ? happily remake it ; if you can wait " . Unfortunately I didn't have time to continue waiting but I did have time to write a review on the way back to work . Updated: I got to work and saw my order was wrong too read more

I've missed having Smashburgers in Denver Metro area. I had always liked them. We enjoyed a great late lunch here. The burgers were hot and fresh and made to order, of course. Their rosemary fries are the ABSOLUTE BEST as they always have been! The staff was "on it" with service. I must say it was a bit "cold" and "sterile" inside. Nothing cozy or little to no decor. This may be because of the pandemic in the past. Not sure. Our son enjoyed a delicious Haägen Daz shake and we all had different burgers of which we much enjoyed. We had the Truffle Mushroom ‍ burger and the Smoked Brisket Bacon Smash and the Colorado Smash. Husband had the chili that he thought was good. Parking simple & just off the highway. Prices like most other burger places. read more

Best burger and sweet potato fries ever!!! Best gluten free bun I've eaten. The half lemonade and half dragonfruit/strawberry drink is also perfect. read more

Place is cheeks. Fire tots are terrible. Dry and no flavor. burgers are the only thing holding place together. And they are mid AF

Amazing food, amazing people, breathtaking prices, and fast cooking. I had a great time.

Not sure why this place has such a low rating, honestly. We live here part time (6 months out of the year) and I didn't give it a shot last year due to ratings. Went in today, was IMMEDIATELY greeted with a friendly attitude, my order was taken quickly & my food? Amazing. This was also during lunch time so for them to be so awesome is worth a 5 star in my book. Burger was juicy and loaded and the sweet potato fries were perfectly crisp on the outside, well cooked inside! Will be trying them again for sure! read more

Smashburger - CLASSIC SMASH BURGER SWEET POTATO FRIES - Burgers Near Me - Dillon, Colorado

Maybe the greasiest burger I have ever had. Had to use napkins to make it edible :-/ have heard good things about this place. Would not recommend and will not be returning. read more

The food was honestly pretty good, the fries were hot and the burger was super delicious. Customer service wasn't great, the people were not attentive and the food took a long time to get to our table. read more

The food was good. I don't think the restaurant has ever been mopped though. Service was quick and polite. The music here can only be described as a cacophony of sounds trying to drown the other music playing out. People inside the place are literally having to yell at each other to be heard while the main speakers play the usual music and the kitchen staff blares something entirely different. read more

This Smashburger normally serves some pretty good food, but at a slower pace. Er, on Colorado time. We came here one evening around eight and had the place to ourselves. That didn't last very long, as a crowd came in just after we placed our order - but this both flummoxed and overwhelmed their staff of two. What normally takes five to ten minutes, took nearly forty. The two employees tried very hard to keep up - rotating from taking an order, to going back into the kitchen to start making them. Rather than focusing on the order in front of them, they decided to make them in batches, with mixed results, like over cooking. Grrr A generous Three Stars and better luck for us next time I guess. read more

I waited for 10 minutes in line and 15 minutes for food to come out. Waiting that long for a burger is not acceptable. Also, the fries were not hot and the burger was crispy. read more

the cashier is high AF!the guy with messy hair.Cant comprehend which one is the right order for each table! Note for the owner hope he/she notice this read more

Tater Tots were so greasy the oil dripped through the bag and pooled on the table. Soaked through 5 napkins. Unbelievable and inedible. Service was fast and friendly read more

Horrible service, family in front order multiple milk shakes and then person taking order left for over five minutes and when he came back I was told that they were done taking orders for milkshakes. Keep in mind all of this was before 6:30 pm and there was no signage for this. Will not be coming back read more

Coors on tap, little pricey though. The ambiance was delightful. Fries need some kind of seasoning in my opinion but began to think maybe they are going for the more traditional style of french fry so maybe it's how they want it. Coors on tap though read more

Smashburger - Coors in my cup - Burgers Near Me - Dillon, Colorado

I like Smashburger, it's one of the better faster food options. This location is awful. I did see the reviews beforehand and decided to risk it. That was a mistake. The staff was incredibly rude and acted as tho they could care less about their job. One guy was just sitting on the counter in the middle of the restaurant. Ordered the BBQ bacon burger only to get it and it had zero bbq sauce. Honestly it didn't matter as I was afraid to eat it anyway, seeing as how the staff can't be bothered with customers, I'm sure they probably give zero Fs about food safety. Clearly I'm not the first poor review and clearly management has done nothing to fix the problem, my advice is stay clear. read more

Fabulous service in an industry that struggles. Friendly and efficient. Food food, wide variety menu, and super service.

It smelled bad in the restaurant. My daughter got the chicken tenders and fries, and only ate one piece of the chicken, so I brought the leftovers home. An hour or so later she was feeling sick. I then tested a bite of the leftover chicken and it tasted so horrible that I literally almost threw up! Now I feel terrible that I let my daughter eat there at all. By the taste of the chicken and the way it smelled in the restaurant, it seems they could be operating under unsanitary conditions. I do not recommend going here to eat. read more

I ordered takeout, plain cheeseburger and they somehow put mushrooms on it, which I'm allergic to. It was too late by the time I got home and opened my bag to drive all the way back. My order also took 25 minutes to make. I can make a burger quicker at home 0/10 read more

Awful food quality. They also didn't pay any attention to my customizations. Which was just things like no tomato. Food does not taste good

Only Smash Burger location that didn't hurt our bellies with too greasy and stomach aches right after. So glad it's in our home town. Another great burger place for a quick grub! Thx read more

"That is a tasty burger". The tots were delicious too - if I had gotten more I would have gone 5 stars.

Restaurant was clean! Food was overpriced. We went to this Dillion CO smash burger location around 11:30 on 8/16/2022. We were helped by an employee named Israel, he was very impatient with us and didn't seem to want to give us much time to look over the menu. When we were ordering he used a very deeming voice, he didn't get our order correct either. Overall, I would not return to this Smash burger location. read more

This is the second time I ordered from this Smash Burger location and they still haven't gotten it right. Almost, but not quite. The first time I ordered was through Door Dash. Door Dash got my order right because it was sealed shut with my name on the outside but Smash Burger packaged it wrong. I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich. Inside I got some guy named Brian's Double Bacon Cheeseburger. I was hungry so I ate it but could only eat half. It was good, good flavor on the meat. Today my boyfriend went to this location and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. One with no tomatoes. This is what we received: I got a chicken sandwich with no tomatoes and we both also got no lettuce and no Mayo. Like what. Why. Where is the deng lettuce?! On top of that, I had no top bun! Like, are you mad? Good flavor on the chicken though and good crunch! Kudos to the fryer. Poor execution on assembly though. read more

Ordered a couple of weeks back and the food was good. Ordered today and spent about $50. The food was cold, the fries were old, the Colorado Burger was not seasoned the same. I wasted $50 on crap we won't be back read more

Burger was very good. They gave me the wrong order. They called out my first name and I asked if it was for me and gave them my full name. The lady said yes. Sorry John Mathews I got your burger with sweet potato fries. I was surprised how good the sweet potato fries are. I don't eat sweet potatoes, I associate them mashed with marshmallows when I was growing up during the holidays. Dreadful! read more

What used to be a pile of haystack onions on a burger is now a singular less than 2" across onion ring for $1.70. A total ripoff.

Smashburger - Brisket burger add jalapeños - Burgers Near Me - Dillon, Colorado

So disappointed with this meal. $47 for 3 people - 2 burgers and a chicken salad, 2 shakes and one fries. The food was a big disappointment and they messed up my salad - I ordered the salad with no cheese and no ranch dressing/dairy free. When I got my salad it had cheese, and ranch dressing (the only dressing they have) I cannot eat dairy so I just ate the 1/8 " piece of mashed chicken dry and left everything else in the plastic bowl. My son's chicken sandwich and husband's double burger was just so so. The shakes are now much smaller too. Seems like Smash Burger management is putting profits over quality and customer satisfaction. We are locals and I'm sorry to say that we will never return. Unfriendly cashier and trash cans are overflowing both inside and outside the restaurant. read more

Great hot sweet potatoe fries, faster than predicted. Nice size portion. I will definitely order them again!

I have ordered from this place several times. Each time there is something missing from the order. Conveniently, you cannot call the store to let them know the order is wrong and trying to get the money back for the item I paid for but did not receive. I guess it's my own fault for expecting to get what I paid for. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. TRASH. If you want to spend 20$ on a burger and fries while also being scolded by the staff on how you are a bother for ordering food. Staff is first off very rude. As I was asking one question and got told to read the menu. Second off, I waited for my food went to my car. And it was half a container of fries which kind you are 5$. Just to then have a mediocre burger. Please save your time and money and go to anywhere else. McDonald's you can order 4 times the food and get served faster and with a much happier presence. read more

Visiting from out of town and just saw this place that seemed unique because we don't have a place like it. I was very disappointed in service. The cashier was on his phone while taking the order. I've never been so I wasn't sure what I was getting. For one all the sides are extra. It wasn't that worth it. The brisket burger was new and it was decent. Wasn't a lot of brisket. But taste was good. The tables were messy and not cleaned up. I had to clear off and clean the table myself and it was filthy. I would not recommend to someone that is new to the area. The shake which was for a small the price of a meal at other places is not one to boast about either. Nothing really special here and the service did not help. I might consider takeout here but even then I'd explore other options. read more

Excellent burger and tater tots!! Close to I-70. Personally cooked for the order. Lots of veggies for the burger.

It's a smashburger. The staff was pretty friendly. We ordered a burger, onions strings and a salad. They forgot the fried egg on my salad - that was sad. Other wise the order was cooked fresh and in our hands and out to car! read more

We're in the area visiting and got here yesterday afternoon. We came to get burgers and shakes for the kids. When I got there, the cashier was doing something with the shake machines. I ordered and was told milk shakes were not available. We went to wait and then saw the cashier scooping, sometimes with his bare hands, ice cream into individual silver cups (I assume prepping for tomorrow). Anyhow, as we waited, more people came in and they ordered milkshakes and got them. I don't know if he was being lazy or what the issue was with us not being able to order a couple of shakes.. but after seeing the hand scooping, I'm dodged that. The burgers were okay. I'd be okay not visiting again. read more

Burger was decent but the restaurant was dirty. Food all over the floor, trash over flowing, random stuff everywhere like a vacuum just sitting there but clearly know one was using it. Just felt very dirty. Bathroom could of used some help too. read more

In a pinch, case here for kids burgers before heading into traffic. The place is dirty. DIRTY. Bathrooms are filthy. FILTHY. Saw an employee stick his bare hand up the ice maker to clear out a clog.
