It had just the right amount of spice--enough to add flavor without being overwhelming. The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes. Maybe it's my fault for not looking at the fine print on menu, but it's a food menu, not a used car contract. Just my personal opinion, but I believe if a restaurant wants to have "fair wages" for their employees, it is their responsibility, not mine. Raise food prices, lower profit margin, whatever, but please don't add another tax. It just doesn't seem right. I have never once complained about high food prices in any of my reviews because it is my choice to go out to eat. I could eat at home if I want to keep within my monthly budget.
