Really like the chill vibes here. Lots of beer selections, fun cocktails.. the stuffed garlic knots were super yummy! Loved that they had soft serve ice cream! Everyone working tonight were great and friendly.

This is the flat, greasy calzone and the burnt garlic knot. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed in the calzone this evening. It was very flat and greasy. I have had them here before and this was a very different calzone. Also they added what looked like a garlic knot but was burned black.

Ordered some takeout last night and were very satisfied. The pepperoni bites were especially good! Would definitely come back

Pizza is fresh and perfect - it was a long wait (40 min) but it was 4th of July holiday. The beers on tap are great. They change the beer every 2 days so there's always something new to try. Our server was Keith and he provided great customer service.

The vibe is great- but I kind of wish the crust were thicker. The flavor is good, the beer and salad were good. Definitely a Fun locals place!

This place was great! The pizza is so tasty with fresh ingredients. Jaron was super friendly, gave great recommendations, and checked on us multiple times. Locals and travelers alike love it!

(Note: It is a rather confusing business as it is split into two different units; so, ensure you are choosing the correct door before picking up your order!) Stopped here to pickup our order after a long day of skiing. We ordered Hawaiian pizza, meat pizza, Greek & Cesar salad and garlic knots. Even though the food was delicious, unfortunately, the workers were rather irritated (both on the phone and in person).

I had very high expectations for this restaurant coming into it because all of the places I've had…read morein Silverthorne have been amazing; both with food and hospitality. This place missed every single mark. Our food took almost an hour to come out and parts of it was cold. Hubbys pancake was hard (not crispy hard, like heat lamp hard) and one of the items on my plate was a completely cold, unbuttered English muffin. The eggs were cooked wrong (I ordered over medium and they were barely over easy with tons of runny white still and hubby ordered hard scrambled and they were scrambled and runny still), and our waiter stopped in to fill water cups once but did not check in or ask how we were while we were waiting. I'm typically pretty easy going -- I understand mistakes are made sometimes. That is easily redeemable if the service is good; but the service was not. Our server made it seem like we were an inconvenience. 1026 - we got the text our table was ready. We requested a booth (and mentioned we would wait longer got a booth) but got a table. Okay fine, it happens 1038 - we finally had a server ask if we want something to drink. We ordered drinks and it was at least 10 more minutes before they came to take our order. Our order was submitted and it was nearly 45 minutes for the (cold) food to come out. During the wait we were not checked on at all. No one asked us if we were good or needed anything-- or let us know the food was delayed. When the food finally came (again, cold) it was dropped at the table and it was another 15 mins before our server even acknowledged us again. The lady who helped him drop the food was nicer than he was, and asked if we needed anything else; while he couldn't be bothered. We are walking out now at 1140. Our server checked on us a total of 3 times and got rude when his tip was reduced for that. Important to note -- the table behind us had walked in as our food was being served and they got their entire order (6 people) before we left. Different server, so it may not be the entire place, however your servers are a reflection of your company. Unacceptable and we will not be back

I ordered the Korean Zoodle Bowl with a tofu add-on. It was a bit sweet, but the mild spice helped to counteract this. The large variety of vegetables in it satisfied my closet vegan. The tofu had a very pleasing crispyness when it first arrived. I told the SO, "Quick, try the tofu!", when she got her bowl. The SO ordered the Summit Stir Fry with a tofu add-on. She enjoyed it, but thought it was a little on the sweet side. I thought it was a lot on sweet side. I made my bowl not seem so sweet after all, which I took as a plus. Overall the food taste and quality was good and the service was friendly. I will base my rating on that. I do have one comment not having to do with the food or service. Stop reading here if you don't care. Pure Kitchen has a 4% "Competitive Wage Compensation" charge. I was surprised to see this charge on the bill and only later saw that it was in the fine print on the menu, with an "opt out" option (what brave soul is going to "opt out" and risk spittle in their food). Maybe it's my fault for not looking at the fine print on menu, but it's a food menu, not a used car contract. Just my personal opinion, but I believe if a restaurant wants to have "fair wages" for their employees, it is their responsibility, not mine. Raise food prices, lower profit margin, whatever, but please don't add another tax. It just doesn't seem right. I have never once complained about high food prices in any of my reviews because it is my choice to go out to eat. I could eat at home if I want to keep within my monthly budget. I have avoided going to other restaurants based solely on this type of "fair wages" charge and will likely not come here again for the same reason (no matter how badly I want to try their Lamb Burger). I am really VERY SORRY for getting on my soapbox. I don't typically rant, but there are certain things that I believe should be addressed. I'm probably not the only person who feels this way.

Nice space with gorgeous mountain views. Cons: Service that made it seem like an imposition for us to be there, from initial comments by the hostess to the server and bus staff rushing dishes out from under us as our whole party was finishing. I wanted to love it, but for these prices, I'd like more welcoming service. Customers aren't impositions. Not planning to come back. Also, the Yelp listing notes a "no tipping policy." Not the case. When my credit card was processed, the card reader defaulted to a (changeable) 26% tip.

We entered through the patio entrance, found a table right away, and our server quickly brought us water. She also pointed out that water bowls and fresh water were available for our pup, which was a thoughtful touch. I ordered one of the house specialties, the Chilled Tuna & Salmon Poke Bowl ($24), and I'm so glad I did. Every bite was fresh and delicious. It had just the right amount of spice--enough to add flavor without being overwhelming. My husband ordered the Summit Mushroom Burger($20), and after stealing a few bites, I can confirm it was excellent as well. The fries were exactly how I like them: crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender on the inside. Great food, attentive service, and a dog-friendly patio made this a wonderful lunch stop.

The cauliflower was crispy, well flavored, and a good taste. We shared the Summit mushroom burgers with goat cheese, wild mushrooms, spicy pepper jelly and roasted garlic aioli. The burger was delicious, juicy and a real treat. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful, engaging and working hard to service the crowd. The hostess said no, that she had to reserve that table in case a party of seven came in. We were seated at one of the very tiny tables and it felt uncomfortable-it was clear that once our plates arrived we would need to move all the condiments from the middle of the table, and even then it would be a tight squeeze.Eventually, the round top next to us that seats five opened and we asked if we could move to that one. The hostess turned to our waitress and asked if it was OK with her if we moved. The waitress hesitated. She looked from us to the other table and back again, and then she said, "We don't usually let people move tables after they've placed their order." I want to emphasize that the restaurant was half full, and there were no people waiting to be seated. The waitress finally said, "Well, OK." It was so much more comfortable at the larger table, but that whole, strangely uncomfortable exchange threw a pall over the meal. Clearly customer service is not their concern. In the two days prior we had eaten breakfast at the Butterhorn across the street, and The Little Diner in Vail, both of which were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, so the contrast was glaring. I ordered the Summer Corn Scramble, and it was delicious, although the accompanying hash browns tasted like they were from a frozen package, and the English muffin was not the best quality. The door handles as we entered the restaurant were grimy and I should have taken that as a cue to eat elsewhere. I will not return.

I thus proceeded my way to the store to try it out. And I didn't regret a bit. It was a slow high noon lunchtime for this quaint shop. When I stepped in there was only one person inside (and he soon left) so all of a sudden I had the whole place to myself! The lady upfront warmly received me with a nice smile. She let me take my time after I had said "I think I will need a minute." At this time, I was already impressed. Not only the kind welcoming greeting by the lady, the showcase to display all the baked goods to the adorable interior to the store merchandise to the selection of the gelato to the little refrigerator to hold prepackaged goods, this store was definitely way more than 3.5 stars. As I was browsing, the two salads in the mini (clear) refrigerator caught my attention so I inquired about them. Both the Chickpea and Roma Pasta Salads were only $6. I was like "Yup, I am getting them!" I definitely needed one (sweet) bakery item so I went with the Bread Pudding with Almond Cream Cheese. This place is not much of a tea place however. I thought I was going to get an iced tea or something but whereas they do have tea lattes they don't make simple teas (hot or cold) is what I heard from the lady. No worries on that. I hence went with a hot Americano. This ended up being the right choice as I would need something a bit stronger than a simple tea so I would be able to stay awake on the road to get back to Denver after the strenuous runs at Keystone resort. She did ask me if I wanted my bread pudding be warmed up to which I said yes. She then put everything in a brown bags and carefully placed a little container of half and half on top of everything which she warmed me about if tipped off it might spill a bit so she said to be careful. I certainly wasn't expecting this kind of above-and-beyond-ness; service here thus is top-notch. She saw me off with the same warm smile as I walked away from it. As soon as I back to my car, I started my little lunchtime. And I tell you, EVERYTHING i got today was more than satisfactory. Both salads were exceptionally made (I especially liked the Chickpea one.) The Bread Pudding had a nice texture with the perfect sweetness. And it was a good portion as well. My Americano was nice and steamy. And the side half and half she gave me was more than enough. This experience was way more than I had expected in so many different ways. So in conclusion, True Blue is very much under-appreciated. Hence, by writing this review, I am spreading the love I have for this store to the entire state of Colorado. My friend ordered a burger that was supposed to come with lettuce, blue cheese, and the works. Instead, it arrived with just chicken and bread. That was it. No toppings at all. The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes.
