The pepperoni pizza with ham was just as impressive. Great crust, generous toppings, and everything tasted fresh and balanced. You can tell they care about getting the basics right. Even the salads stood out, which is rare for a pizza spot. Both the Greek and Caesar were fresh, well-made, and didn't feel like an afterthought. We tried the meat pie and it did not disappoint. The crust was perfectly cooked and was as close to NY style that I have found outside of the big apple! My family came here on a Sunday evening around 5:30 pm and were greeted promptly and directed to find a seat of our choice, browse the menu, and come order at the counter when ready. Well, my husband was ready to order his beer immediately which he was informed had 7.9% alcohol content (thanks for the heads up!). About 1/4 of the tables were filled, so we found a quiet table in the back. This looks like a fun place for locals to gather and enjoy each others company in a casual environment. My daughter picked a 10 inch Margarita pizza which came with a white sauce on the pizza. My son ordered a 10 inch build-your-own ham and pineapple which he devoured. My husband ordered the last chance pizza which he shared with me and we both enjoyed. I like how the crust is not too thick, and the toppings are the main attraction. We also ordered a large Greek salad which is good for sharing and stuffed garlic knots with jalapeños and mozzarella cheese which come with a marinara dipping sauce. My daughter was a big fan of the garlic knots as she loves spicy! She also used the dipping sauce for her Margarita pizza. They also offer to sell you additional dipping sauces for extra which I declined. The staff came and checked on how we were doing which I appreciated. There is a self serve water Igloo which I thought was convenient. Important to stay hydrated when family is skiing all day! This place is awesome. I have been skiing at Keystone for 20+ years and decided to stop by. I heard from some locals that the pizza was better (and cheaper) than other nearby spots and was not disappointed. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the food and staff and will continue to stop by whenever I get the chance. I was here the other day and it was really good! I got a calzone and it was delicious! Made my day! It did take a minute for the food to come out but it was wonderful when it arrived they told me to enjoy (which I did) it was wonderful! The food is greasy but in a way that fills you up! It's a little tight on space on the inside and a bit warm from the oven. The guy who rung us up was super friendly and offered to run the pizzas over when they were ready. All of the pizzas were hot and made correctly. The taste and quality was great, enjoyed by everyone. We ordered a cheese for the kids, a pepperoni, the Last Chance, Meat, and a Buffalo. The Buffalo was probably the least favorite (chicken seemed to be missing), but still good. I like my crust a little crispier but it was still decent pizza.
