I called Albertsons florist department number to confirm my order(s). The most lovely Ms. Patti looked through her side of the orders, saw nothing. She suggested, I should call the phone number associated with the email. I thanked her and called the number. I took her suggestion and I called (800)580-2913. I spoke to a customer service from India. He too was very nice, but couldn't find my order. Well, I called Patti at Albertsons back and explained my situation. Ms. Patti a very kind person looked again through her backside of orders placed online. Unfortunately , she couldn't find my two orders. I live in Plano, TX, and can't get up and purchase flowers for my friend/adopted mother who lives in Santa Ana. CA. She took initiative and gave me her time to research to locate my two orders. Super convenient if you want a refreshing snack or a whole meal. Rivera is well stocked with many different Asian snacks, noodles, spices, teas, and what not. So much stuff! They also carry "nicer" fruit, that can be given as presents during lunar new year. Prices are beyond reasonable. Some aisles are a bit cramped and hard to get by in but its well worth it. This is helpful as I can find marhmallow, yams, pie crust, cranberry sauce, bread rolls, butter all in the same vicinity of each other. Friendly service and helpful staff. Employees were polite and accommodating, especially when I asked for help finding items. The staff's helpfulness made the experience smooth and pleasant. I haven't been back in months for today's visit I can see that the store as improved on their cleanliness and had a much better organized layout.
