My husband bought me the latest model of the IPhone less than 3 weeks ago and it started glitching out of no where, becoming completely unusable (which is obviously very frustrating in itself). We brought it back to T-Mobile with the expectation of them swapping it out since it's brand new and purchased from them but when we get there, we are informed that since it's over the "2 week return policy" by 3 days, there's nothing they can do for us. The employee was apologetic and then offered a free screen protector once we did get it replaced as the least he can do. After 3 days of no phone and 2 and half hours of waiting at Apple, we finally got a new phone. We go back to T-Mobile for the free screen protector we were offered but someone else is working. He said that giving away free protectors isn't allowed and that they couldn't give me the free protector I was offered just 2 days prior. He then proceeded to tell me I could pay $40 if I wanted one. So I was left with no phone help and no screen protector from T-Mobile. Complete waste of time. Terrible terrible customer service.
