They did not fix the phone, and I had to go there three times and each time I was told he didn't have the phone. My husband was upset that we paid the $45.00 and waited two weeks only to have him tell us they couldn't fix it. They got into an argument when he asked for the phone back and the owner called him the "n" word. We ended up calling the police to try to resolve the issue. This place is horrible, and the owner has no respect for his customers. Horrible customer service and racist.

I…read morecame to golden tech last week and the guy fixed my phone up and I even got a case and a screen protector. A couple days later in plugged my phone in to charge like I do all the time and a red line came across my screen. A few days went by and more and more lines kept appearing, so I came back in 2 days ago to solve the problem and he told me that I dropped it and I as charging me to fix it again. Mind you I paid $200 to get it fixed last week and now he wants to charge $130 to fix the screen. I did NOT drop my phone or anything like that. He was trying to tell me that even SITTING on my phone or the slightest pressure can crack the screen. Either he fixed it wrong or he needs to have a disclaimer saying the slightest touch can damage the phone. I would not have came to him and I could've gotten a whole new phone guaranteed to work for what he was trying to charge me. I will not be recommending or coming to this establishment ever again!!!
