My only complaint is that, during my most recent visit to pick up a repaired device, two of Nick's lackeys were bickering behind the counter, swearing at each other and such. This made for an uncomfortable experience. I don't really think it's appropriate to argue like that when you're at work at all, but certainly not in front of paying regular customers! I doubt Nick himself would approve!

When we checked out, the cashier asked us a bunch of questions about what we were buying and if we had any questions. We asked her about protecting devices from static electricity, and she didn't have a clue about anything beyond scanning purchases and pushing the extended warranty plans. If you have questions about items here, just ask one of the employees...not a cashier. Overall, this is a nice clean store. Don't expect to find everything you're looking for. But if you need basic accessories and gaming stuff, this place has all of that.

On a final note, the store staff gave me options for a TV and a soundbar. The associate mentioned a sale, and I purchased it after examining all the TVs at the physical store. The staff arranged for someone to install the equipment at my home. And they installed it at my home. Best Buy is my go-to for technology purchases.

I cannot prove this however I beleive it strongly based on my knowledge of computers and software. I am extremely computer savvy, especially on the software side. I develop software for a living. Also, I typically install my own harddrives and RAM. I have built PC's in the past. I have a 1 years old laptop that has a few missing keyboard keys. I installed Windows 7 on a few days before and had this laptop running like a champion. It was exteremly fast and efficient. I have never replaced a keyboard on a laptop and needed a keyboard replacement done quickly so I stopped in this store for help. When he said $35 I said okay. He finished the job in 20 minutes. I could see him perform the work from where I was standing behind the counter and while I was not staring at him and was browsing the web on my phone, he politely asked me to step away from the counter. I did move to the window. Approx 10 minutes later he came and said your computer needs to be "optimized because it is running slow". I looked at my PC and saw an hour glass for everything I wanted to do even to just open Windows Explorer. He said he could look into it also however I would have to leave the PC with him. I told him this is not in character with this PC. I ended up leaving with my laptop and upon getting home I discovered that my laptop would now hang for the simplest task. I re-installed Windows and the necessary drivers and now have my PC back to the state it was at before. It is my belief that they intentionally installed a virus on my PC that caused severe issues in performance.
