This is not what you should get and supposed to be going to your store at your storage unit that was the opposite that happened and they didn't get everything agreed and they want me to pay for another storage unit now they're holding my stuff now for a whole week in a Truck , I'm not gonna go meet him down there. If they won't fix this. I paid over $6000 for this move fro Camp Verde to Cave Creek. Two carloads and , two U-Haul later after they would not get the rest...and a crash on the I 17 near the cliff just immediately south of Sunset point. My son almost went off the cliff that was what happened to my son because we had to go to their job. I'm not faulting for the accident but we wouldn't been in the situation in the first place. This was a business business retail store move with overstock used equipment and fixtures only to go in the unit and some file boxes but not all of them -instead everything was put in there 25' x 12' in the height of an RV I didn't mention you holding about 100 of my items in their trucks because they want me to get the storage unit if you get a organization and instructions instead of doing the job correctly and fixing a mess right now gonna have to go to court. They literally had to move. it would take between three and four hours. It took them way longer. The guy was training a new guy they talked. They took their time. I suppose we talked to a guy named Carson and he got me on the phone with the owner whose name is Hogan which I know it's true they would not refund me the extra money that they charge me. I only moved 4 miles away and they charge me $1450. When I was quoted 910 I have the text they were refund the money to me and put it back in my account which they never did. I have the text messages proving saying they were put it back in my account and Zelle me and now they blocked me from their phone. Be aware when you use a they will take you for whatever you have 910 to 1400 is a big difference especially moving 4 miles of one person's belongings please don't use this company. There are plenty of others to choose from. They are the type that said, do you not read the fine who you really want to choose to move your things also the guy Carson that's on the phone. He doesn't give a crap about his service or how he treats customers he knew at the end they were wrong for charged me what they did and when I questioned them, I got a text saying the money would be in my account by the end of the day. This was three days later still no money and they blocked me on their phone. Do not use this moving company. They will scam you. That's a promise.

From the shop to my home to new home and back to shop, it was under a mile. $75 for what? Honestly after calling to complain about the fuel charge and nobody from their office returned my call. When I first talked to Chris I was a little unsure about hiring movers to come and take care of my belongings, but Chris made me feel very comfortable every time I talked to him over the phone from the beginning and all the way to the end! He was very reassuring, easy to talk to, oh and very reasonably priced! The day of my move the guys showed up a 15min after 9am but that's OK I understand traffic at that time. Andrew the gentleman in charge of the moving part was very nice and understanding to my needs which made me feel better with this whole process. They took there time in wrapping my furniture and handled all of my stuff with care like it was there own. It says on there website to "trust the pro's".... Well that's exactly what I did, and that's indeed what I got! A fantastic job done by a great group of professionals! The worst moving experience I have ever had. Please, do not use these movers!…read more Communication was terrible. I called to confirm the schedule, and (much later) received a text message as a reply, rather than a call. Sketchy, but okay. Movers showed up two hours late, without masks. When asked to wear a mask, they put them on for a bit, but two out of the three quickly took theirs off (and one was spitting all over my yard--horrifying in a pandemic). I really should have asked them to leave as soon as I saw them without masks! I had furniture to take apart, but the movers had absolutely no tools, which is very strange. I had to go out and buy my own tools, took apart my furniture, and showed up at my storage unit the next day to add the furniture. I was horrified at the contents. My belongings--including delicate, breakable items--were literally thrown inside, with no absolutely no care or organization. There were bags and bags of unopened moving blankets, paid for along with my moving box, that the movers had simply decided not to use. My breakable glass pictures were just thrown in there. And the damage! The slats from a bed frame had punched through a bookcase, absolutely ruining it. The unwrapped breakables (including furniture--none of my furniture was wrapped--and the lack of organization (a box almost fell out on the U-Haul representative who opened it) makes this box unshippable. Everything will have to be taken out, wrapped, and repacked before use. I called the moving company to see what they could do to make this right, but they absolutely refused to work with me. I understand that they were on another job at the time of my call, but considering the state of my storage unit, I asked if they would re-pack my box. However, the person I spoke to--Adam--was incredibly rude and condescending. When I mentioned that none of the moving blankets had been used, he suggested that of course not all of them would be used.... even though there were bags and bags of unopened bags of blankets, and my breakables--including framed wedding photos--were thrown inside with no care. He also denied responsibility and said he didn't know anything about the box, even though he was leading the move. As a customer, I have never been treated so poorly. Beware of using this company. When they get paid, they are done with you, and don't care about your experience. I have submitted a dispute through my credit card company, and with all the photos I have of the sorry state of my moving box , I am hopeful of a positive result.

They got all the major and much of the minor stuff from our old to new place rather quickly. There was a little minor damage to my electronics which absolutely was not there prior to the move. Luckily most of it was an easy fix and the one or two items which weren't they helped reimburse us for the replacements. I realize schiznit can happen and it's the first issue I've had in two major moves which they fixed in very reasonable style. One or two minor hiccups ain't enough to dampen my mood with regard to this company. 5 out of 5 stars.
