Unfortunately his business practices left me with no choice. I decided to hire Priority One to help with my move after learning more about Brandon's inspirational story. He started his own local company after his daughter was born a few years ago. Brandon was professional to work with along with the two kind gentleman he sent to my apartment to help with the actual move, hence the 2 stars. The two guys were hard working as they moved all of my belongings from my apartment, to/from the moving truck, and into my new house. They even removed my three TVs from the wall including the mounts which was very convenient. However, I regret not turning on the TVs immediately after they were moved to my new house! This was a very expensive and hard lesson to learn because I splurged on my 65" Sony Smart TV last year for ~$2500. I turned on the TV expecting to watch a movie a few days after the move, only to see the entire screen RUINED! I immediately called Best Buy because the TV was less than a year old, and there was faint hope that they could help. I updated Brandon via text message and he responded with concern and seemed willing to work with me towards a fair resolution. Best Buy's technicians arrived a few days later who informed me that the TV is a total loss, because the screen was ruined due to impact with an object while in the moving truck. Brandon screens his calls and refused to answer any of my multiple phone calls since. The Best Buy technician even tried calling and left a message explaining how and why the TV is a total loss. I tried calling Brandon every day for a few days with no luck, which is quite unfortunate because his business has so much potential! I want to support Priority One, but I simply can't because now I have a large paper weight with no recourse for a fair resolution. Thanks for moving my stuff, I guess.

The first call in to Chloe I was impressed with her knowledge and kindness, she was confident her team could handle my move and the booking was smooth. The price was right, no hidden fees. Austin and the teams (yes, we had two huge trucks and a 3500sf house to pack) arrived on day of move and were clean, courteous, very careful with our stuff....yet fast. This is not what you should get and supposed to be going to your store at your storage unit that was the opposite that happened and they didn't get everything agreed and they want me to pay for another storage unit now they're holding my stuff now for a whole week in a Truck , I'm not gonna go meet him down there. If they won't fix this. I paid over $6000 for this move fro Camp Verde to Cave Creek. Two carloads and , two U-Haul later after they would not get the rest...and a crash on the I 17 near the cliff just immediately south of Sunset point. My son almost went off the cliff that was what happened to my son because we had to go to their job. I'm not faulting for the accident but we wouldn't been in the situation in the first place. This was a business business retail store move with overstock used equipment and fixtures only to go in the unit and some file boxes but not all of them -instead everything was put in there 25' x 12' in the height of an RV I didn't mention you holding about 100 of my items in their trucks because they want me to get the storage unit if you get a organization and instructions instead of doing the job correctly and fixing a mess right now gonna have to go to court. I told Cal that I needed the movers to arrive at 9:30 AM and he said no problem. I emphasized that I couldn't risk the job starting later than that because I had to get to my first destination for my out-of-state move at a certain time. I told him if there was any chance they would be late to let me know then and I will schedule other movers. He reassured me they would be there at 9:30 AM. I even sent a text message with the details of the move and time as well. 9:30 AM rolled around on moving day and no one was there. I called, it rang 4 times and went to voicemail. I left a voicemail, nothing. I called again, nothing. I called again, nothing. I broke down in tears (I am a single girl and had my 65 year old mother with me who had just had wrist surgery, so I was on my own). Cal didn't call. He texted me at 11:47 AM (remember the job was scheduled for 9:30 AM) saying, "Hello this is Cal with Best Movers in Town. I'm very sorry I'm just realizing that my guys did not make it to the job because they are at the first job still." Absolutely unacceptable. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews.
