I received a follow up email fairly quickly the same day I sent a query for a quote. Andrew reassured me that I wouldn't need to sign any paperwork, do anything further with him as our email chain confirmed my appointment. Friday morning of my move rolls around and I'm put into a bit of a tailspin because my internet/tv provider needed to be at the new house earlier than expected. Michael & Bama called me shortly after to confirm my apartment [moving from there] location to begin packing. When I explained the sudden change in plan needing to meet the internet/tv provider at my house, they told me it'd be no problem to meet me there, chat, and pick up the keys to begin packing & moving. The guys were super sweet from the beginning and made me feel at ease just handing them my apartment keys and directions for the correct unit. By the time I came back, they were mostly done [in an hour, whoa!] and were getting down to some of the more heavy items. Lucky for me and them, I don't own a lot of things and they had a really big truck, so only 1 trip was needed. We came upon a problem with some of my furniture not fitting into my front door, so the guys took apart my gate with precision [and put it back together as neither of us had bolt cutters for the lock] and quickly got the furniture in and door back assembled. They made the move so much fun and stress-free. I estimated about 3 hours of work total for my budget, and that's what it came to. I was able to pay over the phone with my card, and received an email receipt a few minutes after payment was processed. Definitely worth looking into them for your moving needs!

We stored our household belongings with Get Your Move On starting in April while relocating out of…read morestate. For months, I tried to get an update on our balance and was repeatedly told there was nothing to discuss until we had a move date. Once we had our move date I discovered that our balance had grown to over $18,000, largely due to monthly late fees compounding on top of the original amount, and that our belongings were at risk of auction. I was never proactively contacted about this. Once I learned the real number, I paid the balance in full. After that payment cleared, I was told the amount I'd just paid (5 figures) did not include delivery, and that delivery of our own belongings would cost thousands more, a figure I only received after the storage balance was already settled. Given the lack of proactive communication and the way charges were structured, I ultimately chose to arrange pickup through a different company rather than continue working with Get Your Move On for delivery. If you're considering using them for long-term storage or long distance delivery , I'd recommend getting a complete, itemized breakdown of all potential charges, including any accruing fees, in writing before you sign anything. On ethics and morals alone, I would recommend you not use this moving company.

After speaking with A to B, I felt. This was an honest, trustworthy company. I was right! The day of our move, the driver kept us up to date about his location and when he'd be here. When they arrived the two movers got right to work. Sometimes when you are paying by the hour, you can worry about them stretching out the time. But these guys were like two little weekend bees. They knew exactly what they were doing and had the entire apartment loaded within a half hour (it was a small first floor apartment. When they arrived at the new apartment, it was the same story--fast, efficient, and professional. Even though all of the items were old and, if I'm honest, not especially valuable, they treated everything like it was. This is not what you should get and supposed to be going to your store at your storage unit that was the opposite that happened and they didn't get everything agreed and they want me to pay for another storage unit now they're holding my stuff now for a whole week in a Truck , I'm not gonna go meet him down there. If they won't fix this. I paid over $6000 for this move fro Camp Verde to Cave Creek. Two carloads and , two U-Haul later after they would not get the rest...and a crash on the I 17 near the cliff just immediately south of Sunset point. My son almost went off the cliff that was what happened to my son because we had to go to their job. I'm not faulting for the accident but we wouldn't been in the situation in the first place. This was a business business retail store move with overstock used equipment and fixtures only to go in the unit and some file boxes but not all of them -instead everything was put in there 25' x 12' in the height of an RV I didn't mention you holding about 100 of my items in their trucks because they want me to get the storage unit if you get a organization and instructions instead of doing the job correctly and fixing a mess right now gonna have to go to court.
