The bonus came as they were personable and friendly... genuinely nice people. Well the job took 3 times longer than anticipated and Michael never hinted there would be additional charges. They are VERY careful with your stuff, which probably makes the move a bit longer but it's definitely worth it verse a quick one with half your stuff broken. I had an antique cabinet, very fragile, they wrapped it in blankets and moved it upstairs in the new house without a single scratch. All the TV's were very carefully handled, as well as lamps and other fragile stuff! So great attitude, made the whole move much more pleasant! Overall, great service, no hidden fees, easy to work with! Highly recommended!
