This is not what you should get and supposed to be going to your store at your storage unit that was the opposite that happened and they didn't get everything agreed and they want me to pay for another storage unit now they're holding my stuff now for a whole week in a Truck , I'm not gonna go meet him down there. If they won't fix this. I paid over $6000 for this move fro Camp Verde to Cave Creek. Two carloads and , two U-Haul later after they would not get the rest...and a crash on the I 17 near the cliff just immediately south of Sunset point. My son almost went off the cliff that was what happened to my son because we had to go to their job. I'm not faulting for the accident but we wouldn't been in the situation in the first place. This was a business business retail store move with overstock used equipment and fixtures only to go in the unit and some file boxes but not all of them -instead everything was put in there 25' x 12' in the height of an RV I didn't mention you holding about 100 of my items in their trucks because they want me to get the storage unit if you get a organization and instructions instead of doing the job correctly and fixing a mess right now gonna have to go to court. I received a follow up email fairly quickly the same day I sent a query for a quote. Andrew reassured me that I wouldn't need to sign any paperwork, do anything further with him as our email chain confirmed my appointment. Friday morning of my move rolls around and I'm put into a bit of a tailspin because my internet/tv provider needed to be at the new house earlier than expected. Michael & Bama called me shortly after to confirm my apartment [moving from there] location to begin packing. When I explained the sudden change in plan needing to meet the internet/tv provider at my house, they told me it'd be no problem to meet me there, chat, and pick up the keys to begin packing & moving. The guys were super sweet from the beginning and made me feel at ease just handing them my apartment keys and directions for the correct unit. By the time I came back, they were mostly done [in an hour, whoa!] and were getting down to some of the more heavy items. Lucky for me and them, I don't own a lot of things and they had a really big truck, so only 1 trip was needed. We came upon a problem with some of my furniture not fitting into my front door, so the guys took apart my gate with precision [and put it back together as neither of us had bolt cutters for the lock] and quickly got the furniture in and door back assembled. They made the move so much fun and stress-free. I estimated about 3 hours of work total for my budget, and that's what it came to. I was able to pay over the phone with my card, and received an email receipt a few minutes after payment was processed. Definitely worth looking into them for your moving needs!

After we requested that our furniture be pad-wrapped for storage, we were charged $1,200 for 60 furniture pads at $20 each. Before work began, we were not given a written estimate stating the expected quantity or warning that wrapping could add approximately $1,200 to our bill. Our concern is not the wrapping itself, but the lack of transparency about the quantity and total material cost. A $20-per-pad price does not clearly communicate that approximately 60 pads may be used. A charge of this size should have been disclosed and approved in advance, rather than presented afterward as an unexpected surcharge. We asked Moving Team Six to review the charge and consider an adjustment, but did not receive the adjustment requested. Before hiring a moving company, get the expected material quantities, per-unit prices, total estimated costs, and approval process for additional charges in writing. This review reflects our experience and opinion. The lack of transparency and unexpected $1,200 surcharge made this experience particularly disappointing. I do not recommend hiring this company.

Five men who moved my entire house like they were in some kind of synchronized Olympic event I didn't know existed.
