Was in the area so wanted to get lunch prior to an appointment nearby. Food was good, not exceptional. The AC must have been broken because they had fans blowing in the dining room. The back is cluttered which makes getting to the bathroom a slight challenge. Cash only is another negative.

This is a small, family spot. One of those hidden places that's amazing. Food is always fresh and good. Service is always good and everything there is so nice. We always come here and know what to expect and it's always amazing. If there's ever a mistake, I know they will fix it right away without hesitating but there's never a problem for us. Highly recommend coming here. Drunken noodle is always my go to. Seafood pancake is good as well ! If you love tom kha (coconut soup) but you want noodles, get the sizzling wok noodles. I think it's underrated here! Boat noodle is always good too !

Dissapointed.and looks so dry and the serving 4pcs of small dried pork.

I was really looking forward to this meal, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The meat seemed dry, and the serving size was quite small with too much rice. I expected better quality and a more balanced portion.

Our go to thai spot on the north side of LB! Complimentary to the chef at this little gem. The flavors are authentic and you can definitely taste the fresh hot off the wok taste and smell. My favorite go to for noodle soup is their spicy tom yum noodle soup (spicy noodle)I always order this at other thai restaurants but they do not make it like this place. Hands down the best thus far! Everything else here is delicious. Give them a try! You won't regret. It's a small casual sit down and dine spot. Service is friendly. Also, ask for the comp sweet tea, it's super refreshing.

Went there for a second time, maybe the place updated and upgraded..... to my surprise, but not so much.... It was still the same... ordered seafood noodle soup with extra offerings on my Musselshell n poop that was still left in the shrimp.... Service was mid, nothing to get excited about....

This place is HEAVEN sent. A hidden treasure in a secret cave. I have been living around my whole life and never discovered this place till one day we decided to try it and oh my God, who has been hiding this secret to satisfy my taste buds all this time?! I crave this place often, it's lowkey a bit of a problem. The staff feels very family oriented and tight knit which in turn feels like I am going to someone's house to enjoy a nice bowl of soup. I have gone here for my birthday as a little lunch treat for myself and my only complaint is that I crave it sometimes on Sundays and then realize they aren't open! The atmosphere and everything is great though, parking is always easy and I always get seated immediately and my food comes quick. Everything feels and tastes like it's made with love. It is cash only but they have options to zelle/venmo if needed. This spot is my secret thai oasis

The second of the 2 hairs found. The first one was thrown away because things happen but after finding this one, it was unacceptable.

If you want hair in your food come here. Ordered $128 worth of food to have not just 1, but 2 hairs in 2 separate entrees!!! Owner had the audacity to only refund us half the price of both the dishes ($17). Would've been happy with refunding the total cost of the 2 entrees with the hair in them. All the proof has been posted. We're not trying to scam the owner for a free meal. Picture of all the food returned to the store, receipt of how much they gave us back, proof of how much money given back, and hair. Only have one picture of the hair, cause we were going to let the first hair slide and threw it away, because things happen. But 2 hairs in 2 separate entrees is unacceptable. I barely ever write reviews but this place had me livid with the way they handled this situation.

One of the better places to get authentic Thai food in the area. Flavor is consistent and dishes are prepared well. Would recommend.

There's a few nearby which fiends have referred and raved about, but this one left a lasting impression. I love me some boat noodles and they do not disappoint. The nice thick broth with loads of meats all mixed in together. Then you have the Chinese broccoli for the perfect veggie paring. Wow, it so good. Some places cannot get their broth right which does make a major difference. Sometimes it ends up being too watery and defected the purpose. Here, the broth is perfect. Also any of their curries is excellent. This time we went with the massaman curries. Nice thick broth with peanuts, potatoes, onion and carrots in a coconut sauce. Another flavorful dish. And of course we always get the papaya salad Thai style with shrimp and peanut. There also the Laos style with fermented fish sauce and salty crab. It's quite nice too but it could be too strong of a taste for some people. The food has always been excellent. Service was always excellent with friendly staff. They're always so welcoming and attentive to their customers. A must for me whenever I'm down in Long Beach. Parking can be tricky as it's all street parking.

One of the highlights is their Thai tea, which is served with a popsicle and seems to be one of their most popular items for good reason. It's fun, unique, and absolutely delicious. I also tried the salmon curry, which was something new for me, and I ended up loving it. The flavors were rich, balanced, and unlike anything I've ordered before. Another unexpected favorite was the wings. I'm usually not a big wings person, but these were surprisingly good--crispy, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. Overall, the food, drinks, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. It's a spot I would absolutely come back to and one that I would definitely recommend to others.

Kin was one of the only restaurants open until 10 PM. We were seated right away, and somehow the five of us sat in a private room. It was kind of late for me to eat anything really heavy so I just have my usual salad and it was the beef tenderloin salad. They serve it up with a lot of beef and less veggies. The beef itself was a little chewy and in large pieces. I prefer the meat to be cut a little smaller and would like more lettuce and cucumber. I got a little taste of the spicy fried rice, which was really good. Some of us ordered Thai tea and didn't expect what we received, which was the tea with a Thai tea popsicle. What a treat! The Thai tea itself was pretty standard, but that popsicle was like the icing on a cake. The places, modern and clean. Staff is helpful and nice. Parking is their own lot but can be difficult to get a spot on a busy day or night.

We have full kitchens in all the rooms where we're staying along with plates and all the set ups. The rooms even have dishwashers! So, I found this S T Noodle Bar near by and decided to give it a try. I kinda know what there guys like to eat, so I just ordered a bunch of food. The only request from anybody was for Pad Thai, the most common dish at all Thai restaurants. I GPS my way over and order the food. I was Khao Soy on the menu and I don't see that at too many Thai places that I've been to, so I got an order of that with chicken. Of course, an order of Pad Thai, 2 orders since I have 5 hungry people to feed. Also, I ordered the Thai coconut soup, I think it's called Tom Kha with chicken. One more noodles dish was the Drunken Noodles, it's kinda like Chinese Chow Fun, but has a more spicy flavor and basil in it. The food was all pack and bagged for me to take back to the hotel. We used my room since I have a bigger room. We had plates and set ups for all five of us and we re-plated the food on the serving plates that came with the room. All the food was really tasty and everybody was happy not to have to leave the hotel. I heard compliments on the Pad Thai and the Coconut soup. It was a good idea just to do take out and eat at the hotel here.

We were greeted and helped right away and got a place in the restaurant that fit us well. We ordered the veggie spring roll, tofu soup, beef pad thai and tom yum. The veggie spring roll tasted fresh and the sauce added a nice layer of flavor. Off the bat, the portion sizes for the tom yum and pad thai were VERY generous (from my experiences with Thai restaurants). The pad thai stood out and was absolutely delicious! The service did great with helping us out and attending to our requests. The ambiance was relaxed, and where we sat in the back was cool because there was upbeat music playing loud enough to muffle the surrounding sounds but still soft enough to have conversation at our table without needing to raise our voice. Overall, I'm glad I gave S T Noodle Bar a try! I'd recommend it!

The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and invited to choose any available table, which made us feel comfortable right away. I ordered the Laksa, and it was easily my favorite dish of the visit. The broth was incredibly flavorful with a rich, bold taste. Portion was generous as there were a whole boiled-seasoned egg, shrimp, fish cake & tofu. I chose egg noodle among other options which are rice noodle or vermicelli. Meanwhile, my husband stayed loyal to his go-to order, Nasi Lemak, whenever we visit a Bornean or Malaysian restaurant. While he enjoyed the overall dish, he felt the fried chicken was a bit lacked of the tenderness he has experienced at other Borneo-inspired eateries. The restaurant itself is simple and straightforward. The interior features minimal décor with basic tables, chairs, and a service counter. While the clean and uncluttered setup works well, a few decorative touches could help create a warmer and more inviting atmosphere.

My friend and I shared a variety of dishes: -Student Noodle: If chow mein and pad thai had a baby, this would be that dish. Without the fish sauce, the noodles tasted like chow mein. This dish overall was good! While I would still opt for pad thai, the noodle texture was good and I enjoyed the flavors. We got this with crispy pork and it was tasty, but I wish it was crispier. I liked how it wasn't too fatty. -Fish Amok: It did not look like the picture, but the dish was still good. It was a sweet fish curry which was sweet from the coconut milk. This was tasty and the fish was soft. It wasn't fishy at all. This paired well with the rice. I would still opt for a savory curry though. -Beef Skewers: These were yummy and I enjoyed the charred flavor of these! The flavor was very similar to Filipino skewers. I liked how even the fatty parts were enjoyable. Steamed Rice: Fluffy and not mushy which I liked. It came served in this cute rice bucket which preserved the heat of it. The restaurant was decorated nicely and was pretty clean. Bathrooms available which were also clean. The service was good and attentive. There's lots of free parking in the lot in front. Food also took an incredibly long time to come out even though we only ordered two dishes--student noodles and beef skewers.
