This is hands down the best Thai food in Long Beach and the surrounding cities. Came here on a whim because I have a storage unit next to the plaza where this restaurant's at. I've tried their pad Thai, pad see ew, and drunken noodles so far and they are all 100% delicious! I've ordered the pad Thai like six times so far, I can never get enough. I LOVE this spot. I use to come here all the time when I worked full time in a hospital close by. My favorite items are the drunken noodle, crispy pork with Chinese broccoli, and the chrysanthemum tea. This place is such a hidden gem. You can taste the amazing spices like holy basil, and mint, everything is so flavorful and delicious. Parking is nice and take out is safe and fast. This place has some yummy food!! I've been here a handful of times and have enjoyed each time. I usually get the fish curry and today I tried the shrimp rolls. I've been coming here for the past 15 years when my mom used to work in this plaza. It's been owned and operated by the same sweet family. I will continue to come here until I move away from LB or they close (which I hope is never!) This is the kind of Thai food your mom would make for you if you were Thai, and believe me I would eat this everyday if I could! This is my comfort food and no other Thai place that has this same dish makes it the same as Sizzling Wok. My other favorites are the crispy pork with broccoli and Thai boat noodle. Even their pad se ew and pad thai are a thousand times better than other Thai food places. My family also loves ordering the papaya salad (no dried shrimp, add crab) and shrimp salad to go. They're both so fresh and flavorful, and at the end of our meal we usually combine the leftovers for a different papaya shrimp experience. The best part is that everything is so cheap and cooked to order. I think it is perfectly portioned, where you can eat the whole dish and not hate yourself after.
