Was hoping for some nice air conditioning as it has been so hot lately. Unfortunately they did not have the air conditioning on, but fortunately it had started cooling off so it was warm in the restaurant but not uncomfortably so. First thing that we encountered was the on screen menu which I really hate. Especially if people are behind me waiting it puts me under pressure to hurry up and get my order order in. I much prefer to sit down with a menu and take my time. This is laziness and cost cutting by restaurants in my opinion. I just really hate those. We noticed the soft drinks were about 350 or so in the bottle. The fountain drinks were the same price plus $2 if you want a refill. Soda cost next to nothing I'm sorry but give me my free refill. Also the option of tipping is on there. If I have to do all the work myself I'm not going to tip well. We picked up our dinnerware which consisted of the flattest cheapest paper plates you can find and plastic forks. When our noodles came it came with two forks and the owners / waitress said oh it comes with forks took our two forks that were on the table and put them back with the rest of the plastic forks for people to take. The owner seem very nice but we really only seeing her when she brought our food and that was it and of course the check. When we're leaving we went to use the restroom to wash up in the hallway walls are really dirty, same for the restroom and especially the light switch. It was so gross cake with grease and I'm thinking this is the same bathroom that the Cooks use. I read a review that the fish and chips was really good here so that's what I got. I was very unimpressed maybe because I'm from New England I have a higher standard, but I like my fish in a light crispy batter. The fish and chips here seem to have an oily Sheen not very crispy and and actually was a little chewy. I was very disappointed. Seems like a small Mom and Pop Shop but they could do with a little cleaning and a little more attentiveness even though they seem very nice. The bathroom in hallway just really kind of grossed us out so we probably won't be back between that and the food in our opinion at least for us was just sort of mediocre but other people seem to enjoy it. read more

Not quite 4 star but somewhat close. Flavor is good staff if friendly. Ordering a bit weird you have to make all your decisions at the kiosk which takes away the dine in experience a bit. Seafood quality isn't bad slightly underwhelmed with consistency of shrimp. Overall pretty solid wouldnt be too disappointed with food and service but paying before factoring the experience and quality a little deceiving. Seasoning good enough to come back just not sure I'd spend a premium compared to competitors. The Cajun Crab didn't really hit the spot for me only because I like a seafood boil with a bold sauce taste and this one was very mild if any sauce at all. Everything as far as the seafood is good and cooked really really well. But what I was looking for was some great butter sauce or your classic seafood boil sauce like you would get at a boiling crab or rockin Cajun and they just didn't hit that on here for me. It took me years to find a Seafood place with a Great Sauce. I Learn and educate by asking about how the food is made. The lady chef/ server Polly and Owner Melody is always so helpful. The Cajun Crab is different from others. ( no vinegar or lime juice in the sauce, because it's Made to Order and it's fresh.) They Saute the Sauce to Order... Bong Sauce is best, if you don't want garlic in it...let them know. THEY will make it without. (It's Not oily because it's Not sautéed in oil.) Lots of the seasoning at the bottom. Great to put on rice. The Bong Sauce is their specialty, because I saw people coming in just to BUY the Bong sauce to go. Now, I have an 8 oz Bong Sauce in my freezer. I USE that for my rice. I saw this establishment on my way to run errands. I decided to order after reading a few Yelp reviews. The restaurant had one customer that I could see and one customer ordering. The female employee assisted me with using the touchscreen kiosk to place my order. She was patient and nice. I ordered a shrimp bag, head on, and mild combo seasoning. I added, potatoes, corn and sausage to the bag. My order probably was ready in 15 minutes. A lady brought it to me from the kitchen and smiled as she handed it to me. I asked for butcher paper since I was taking it home. The flavor of the food was delicious!! I've been to a lot of these seafood restaurants. This one will be my new favorite. My only negative, and reason for 4 stars, I wasn't given an option to use the kiosk or have my order taken by a human. I was charged a (small) convenience fee for ordering via the kiosk. read more

The service was great and the lady that helped us was very helpful. I always have craving for seafood and this place is my go to.
