Came here on a Wednesday around 7pm. Parking lot. Big tables. They were out of some items already like lobster tail and mussles. Ordered fries were seasoned well. Ordered kickin sauce not too spicy for mild. Inside corn and potatoes well cooked. The lower was ok. The shrimp was big and good. The snowcrab legs were good. 2 lbs pf shrimp filled up around 3 people. Rice couldve been cooked better. Service was kind. All in all good time and good taste.

If you're craving a messy, flavorful seafood feast, The Kickin' Crab definitely delivers. Their crab boil is the star of the show--perfectly cooked, juicy crab coated in a rich, buttery sauce that hits that ideal balance of garlic, spice, and a little tang. You can customize the heat level, which is great whether you like just a mild kick or something that really brings the fire. Be prepared to get your hands dirty--in the best way possible. They give you gloves and everything comes out in a bag, soaked in sauce, which just adds to the fun, casual vibe. The portions are generous, and it's the kind of meal that's even better when shared. Service can get a little busy during peak hours, but the staff is friendly and keeps things moving. Overall, it's a go-to spot when you're in the mood for bold flavors, good portions, and a laid-back seafood experience.

First time here! My partner is a big seafood person and as we passed it, we finally decided to stop by. Im not into seafood, hence the chicken strip order lol! He really enjoyed his bag but was a bit disappointed they were out of a VERY long list of things like corn and eggs and even king crab (they mentioned their order was late...) Nevertheless we stayed for a few beers and some food. Pretty pricey for a bag that didn't include too many food items. The girl who helped us was AMAZING!! And the guy who checked on us while she was on lunch was also a superstar!! You guys are the reason we stuck around!!! The restaurant is nice and i loved the ceiling but the tables seemed a bit close. They have their own parking lot and it's pretty big. We also waited absolutely no time before being seated. Definitely gonna think twice about coming back but who knows...

I'm not a huge seafood fan but my family is. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Very clean on the inside. Of course it smells somewhat like seafood but it's not unbearable like some of the other seafood broil places. The food was yummy and portions were good. The service was very good. Our server was very good and attentive. Definitely one of the better seafood broil bag places we have visited.

Great Food, Good Vibe, Perfect service from the waiter Jaun he gave great recommendations. The ambiance was delightful. The decoration of the place gives under the sea. They ate with the Cajun fries. My go to spot for seafood boil!!

Definitely recommend this place . This is where we started when we first tried this place over a year ago , we've been to 2 other locations but this one has always been very good to us . Our server today was awesome. Very kind and a great attitude Food always hits . Head on shrimp is my go to . I don't recommend going over medium spicy level due to stomachaches . Or maybe thats just me but if you really want to enjoy it with out any distress do mild or medium for just enough of a kick. Ambiance is very chill . It can get cold at times in there so definitely bring a jacket . . No complains . 10/10 finger licking tasty . Definitely prefer this over The boiling crab .

Always hits the spot! My go-to is shrimp, kickin style, mild. The cajun fries are the best! I just wish they had live crawfish.

He was kind, polite, and carried himself with such warmth -- and yes, those curls were beautiful. He set the tone for the entire experience. Demetrius seated us, and our server Joe took great care of us. For starters, we ordered the wedge salad and the meatballs. Both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. For our entrées, we had the grilled salmon with bok choy and mashed potatoes, and the steak sandwich with French fries. Everything was delicious, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The ambience was wonderful. They have a full bar, and you can watch the chefs prepare dishes right from your table, which adds to the experience. I also appreciated seeing the general manager actively running food and engaging with guests -- leadership like that shows. Another thing that stood out was how clean and organized the restaurant stayed. The moment a table was vacated, it was cleared and reset within minutes. Everything looked spotless. There's so much on the menu that I want to come back and try. I highly recommend this place. And last but definitely not least -- thank you, Demetrius, for noticing my parking time had expired and getting me that extra 15 minutes. You saved me a ticket. You're a true gem. I'll be back to Saint & Second very soon.

The Bake Mac & Cheese is a must-order--the crunchy topping is easily the best part and gives it such a great texture. We also tried the Grilled Provoleta. It's a seared provolone with portobello mushrooms and pickled peppers; it doesn't have a typical "cheese pull," but the flavors are incredible and it feels surprisingly light for a cheese dish. The 1st-floor outdoor patio is super comfortable and dog-friendly, making it the perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend if you're in Long Beach with your pup! If you want fresh seafood at a reasonable price, this is the spot. For first timers we took it easy. I went with the fried fish and scallops. My wife chose the fried fish, shrimp and scallops. We get inside. We get seated. Look at the menus. Menu shows they had Diet Coke. My daughter and I both ordered one. When it arrived we both thought it tasted weird. I mention it to the server "that's because it's Coke Zero" Diet Coke and Coke Zero are not interchangeable, guests should be made aware of this especially when the menu says Diet Coke and that's what was asked for. Another note, fountain drinks only had one free refill. I ordered fish and chips, my daughter got the ham and grilled cheese sandwich with "fries", my friend ordered the clam chowder and her daughter got the shrimp basket. First, the "fries and chips" were not fries. They were potato wedges. Although potato wedges are fried potatoes they are not French fries. The fish part of my fish and chips wax good. The tartar sauce was sweet and that threw off my taste buds. My daughter and friend's daughter both enjoyed their orders. My friend said she'd give the clam chowder a 6/6.5. I tasted it. It wasn't bad, but tasted more bacon than clam. It was definitely an experience eating here. I forgot to mention when the check came it had a credit card fee on the check without knowing if I was paying with cash or card.
