Looking for a tasty, healthy quick service / take out restaurant? Look no further than Sizzling Hibachi! The menu offers a lot of variety and the service is quick and friendly, a win in my book! I ordered the pork belly bowl and was pleased at how hot and fresh everything was! The teriyaki was wonderful on the pork. It wasn't drowning in sauce and had a flavor that was just right-- not too sweet! Also, potato croquettes... I mean, how could you not? The seasoning on the potato / panko was plain however, the dipping sauce made for a burst of flavor! A nice combination to not overwhelm the taste mix! I would absolutely come back here and try other menu items! I have a feeling it's all going to be great.

    Chicken Katsu Curry over rice

Omg this unassuming spot has really good food! The interior is small, with a few tables and it is more of a takeout spot or a place to eat a quick meal. Portions are huge for the price and I definitely had leftovers. We started with potato croquettes which were perfectly crispy and came with a tangy katsu dipping sauce, which was delicious! For my main meal, I ordered the chicken katsu curry over rice and it came with a large side of hibachi vegetables. The chicken cutlet was big and the curry came with generous pieces of carrot and potato. Curry was TASTY! Definitely recommend getting curry here. Overall, I would absolutely order takeout here or swing back by again for lunch! They had great options for vegetarian and vegan meals.

Delicious food. Helpful service. The food came out well-prepared and piping hot. The cast iron serving pan kept the food pleasantly hot the whole time I was eating. The portion was generous and, as you can see in the picture, I took every bit home to enjoy later!

For our last night in Denver we wanted something easy but delicious. After some research we stumbled upon 'Sizzling Hibachi'. The way I could not recommend this place more! It was shockingly slow for the time we went at but I'm not complaining about an empty restaurant. The cashier was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations. I ordered the Tofu Teriyaki and normally I'm a tofu snob because there are so many ways to incorrectly prepare it, but the tofu here was perfectly seasoned and cooked so it had a little crisp on the end. The veggies were immaculate and included all of my favs. Additionally the rice was cooked to perfection and not too oily or greasy which I find to be very common for a fried rice. If you're looking for a demure and quaint environment that is cheap yet fulfilling, look no further than 'Sizzling Hibachi'

As we were deciding what to eat after an early morning hike and getting some new hiking shoes. I found this new place that just opened up! It was nearby so we gave it a shot. The inside was simplistic and cute. You go up to order and they bring the food out to you where you sit down. The food was delicious and affordable for hibachi. The hibachi plate hands down was great, and the beef bowl was good. I would recommend getting the hibachi instead! Very flavorful.

Sizzling Hibachi just opened in my neighborhood and I am elated! The service was amazing, everyone is so kind. The food smelled delicious and tasted even better. I got the pork bao buns and the chicken hibachi, while my boyfriend got the beef. Everything was 10/10 and I will be going back

My girlfriend and I tried new spot Sizzling Hibachi and enjoyed it very much! I ordered the Hibachi Combo, which included chicken, steak, and shrimp, and it was fantastic. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was lively and inviting. Sizzling Hibachi is definitely a new favorite spot, and I can't wait to return!

I saw, from the reviews, that to come here without a reservation, you want to come right when they open. We saw a wave of people start lining up and congregating as we were parking. Luckily, we made it in the first wave of people seated. We were offered the choice to sit inside/outside. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The drinks and food came out quickly. We ordered the sake and the sake mule. Both were good! We also got 2 pieces of nigiri from Japan and it was heavenly! Other items that piqued our interest were the tuna firecracker roll, a salmon roll, and another tuna roll. Everything tasted delicious, although I was surprised by the asparagus in my rolls. I don't know that that is my favorite! We had a great experience and would love to come back.

The vibe here is of a japanese izakaya, though not a super traditional one, with sake bombs and everything. That said, the food is definitely on the pricier side, though extremely delicious. My typical go to is on of the salad. Now salads typically are not standout at most restaurants, but the ones at Kawa Ni just hits different. Both the red cabbage and pear salad and the brocolli salad are delicious and the portion is massive, easily enough for a table of 4 to share. For apps and shareable entrees, you can't go wrong here. The build your own tuna temaki hand rolls can easily be shared and the tuna is so fresh and well seasoned. The szechuan dumplings are delicious, as is the curry onigiri and the bao bun. The Dan Dan noodle, kimchi Carbonara, and their tonkotsu ramen are also amazing, and, with the exception of the tonkotsu ramen, can easily be shared. I would highly recommend other seasonal dishes as well, such as the coconut swordfish or chicken katsu parm. However, one of my absolute favorite dish here is the ochazuke. It's basically grilled fish over rice in a warm green tea dashi. It's so comforting, especially on a cold night, and a dish that I return to time and time again. Overall, Kawa Ni is an amazing japanese restaurant. Come for the food and just make sure you get a sake bomb and ask for the gong when you do.

Everything was incredibly fresh, and you could tell the team puts real effort into balancing flavor while preserving the freshness of each ingredient in every dish. We also had a great conversation with Chef Christopher about the fish we love -- a really nice personal touch. Our only nitpick: the salt seasoning was a touch too strong on a few dishes.

I was in Denver to visit my friend, and I was telling her how I really liked hand rolls and so she recommended this place and it did not disappoint. We got here during happy hour when at first opened and immediately there was already a line luckily we were early so we did get seated a few minutes after arriving, and we were served relatively quickly. We got to sit at the bar and we ordered off of the happy hour menu, which was great because it had more than enough of what I wanted to try. We got several hand rolls and several of their other appetizers, but my favorite has to be their hand rolls. Their seaweed was so crispy and rolled so nicely. The rice was flavorful and their fish was so fresh. I felt like their prices were also pretty reasonable and I was more than content after having that dinner. Overall, I would put this very much on par with a place called Kazunori in LA. I heard that this restaurant has a sister restaurant called sushi Den that I heard was really good and that I will be trying out next time I'm in town. Please come try out Tamaki done if you're ever in the area the food will not disappoint. We thought we made a mistake choosing sushi bar instead of a table because we'll have back issues. Surprisingly, the chairs had a mini back so you could lean back occasionally. And we think our experience was better because the sushi chefs would explain the origin of the fish and all the ingredients they used into each roll and order. We also got a complimentary piece for sitting at the sushi bar which was a light fried yellow tail which was so good. Service is amazing. They're attentive and check in on you often. It does take some time to get your rolls but give its time to digest. From watching the sushi chefs at the bar, they're very precise in how they make each roll. Every roll has similar proportions from the slight wasabi they use to the amount of rice and fish. Everything that we had was amazing. The hamachi and salmon sashimi felt like butter. It just melts in your mouth. The aged toro was so delicious. Even the edamame was just so good. The unagi nigiri is some of the best I've had in the state (the nigri was better than the handroll and I think it's because I love unagi so I love the ratio in nigiri form). The Spicy Tuna Oshizushi was a surprising favorite of the night along with the Crème Fresh Salmon Belly. I could've done without the wagyu but it was good. Every order does come with only 1 so order based on the amount of people that are with your party. Some items we were unsure of like the wagyu so we ordered 1 and shared a bite. Overall, I understand the hype and the reservations. But it was worth it and I'm surprised we can get high quality fish in a landlock state. Of the high end sushi restaurants in CO, Temaki Den is probably my fave.
