I'd give Sebby's a 3.5, rounding up to a 4! I had dinner around 8/9pm on Valentine's Day so the…read moremenu I got was a little more pared down than their usual. What worked: -- servers and staff were all very kind -- there's decent menu variety and something for everyone to enjoy -- the music and vibe inside was a nice mix of busy yet intimate, it's a great place for a date or fancy night out What didn't work: -- I think this is likely due to it being Valentines Day, but the service was pretty spotty. Servers almost gave us someone else's food twice and it took a while for our food to get to our table. -- my dish (shrimp primavera) could have had a little more going for it! The pasta and veggies could have been a little more seasoned (and I would have loved more veggies), and the shrimp was waaaaay too salty, it was difficult to eat it all. It definitely wasn't a bad dish but a few small tweaks could have made it really wonderful Overall, I'd come here again! I think this might have just been an off night and I'd love to return to try some of their other dishes. The environment was a pleasant one to be in and I enjoyed the meal (and, of course, the company).

Unfortunately their specialty cocktails weren't included but they were reasonably priced regardless. *Artichoke, Spinach, and Cheese Dip: had a grainy, chunky texture made predominantly from the artichoke. There needed a better mixer and creamy element. The flavors resembled a thick pesto. The toasted bread was the best part. *Spicy Calamari: nicely fried but a tad too salty. Would have appreciated a lemony component to cut through the grease. *Garlic Fries: thicker cut with slight crisp. They were garlicky but the Parmesan left a strange aftertaste. *Green Tea Shot: pleasantly fruity and the pour was generous. The service was friendly and we look forward to when they'll hold music nights again. Ultimately the drinks tasted better than the food. Although not perfect, the pricing makes Sebby's the ideal post work spot. I hope Sebby's hones in their flavors and textures they're aiming for so then people can come for the food too.

The impeccable service and seasoned meats here set the bar incredibly high. This steakhouse will be…read moreour newest go to celebratory restaurant. There were two options: the full experience rodizio or the salad bar and side dishes only. However, when we were seated, we were immediately told the instructions for the full experience. Personally I would only do the full experience as the salad bar wasn't varied or tasty enough for the $34.95 price tag. The salad bar and hot foods were on the mushier side. I wished the sauces were formatted in a different format as the chimichurri sauce was very far from the edge. Hence, there was a high risk of cross contamination and spillage. The mustard pasta salad was bland and limp. The potato salad fared a similar dull taste and resembled a starchy lump. The tomatoes were grainy and dry. The pao de queijo was disappointedly under the ray of death so they weren't too hot nor crispy. I wished my party got to experience fresher baskets of bread. =FULL EXPERIENCE= We were told that there were 17 available meats but we only experienced some of them. However, we enjoyed how we got to taste them when they were hot and cooked perfectly. *Picanha: one of my favorites. The fat cap was rendered and seasoned well. The meat was medium rare, tender and juicy. This had the greatest beef flavor. *Chicken with Bacon: the chicken was tender but the bacon had a stronger smokey flavor. The bacon shone more than the chicken. *Pork Belly: my other favorite piece. There were bits of fat dispersed throughout so it was moist and flavorful. There was subtle crispiness from the fat browning. *Spicy Linguica: the spice was subtle and the casing gave a satisfying snap. The interior was juicy but it was on the saltier side. *Pork Ribs: surprisingly tender and fall of the bone. The sauce was a sweeter barbeque and the ribs were on the wetter side. There wasn't any smokiness, char or caramelization but the flavors and texture were still good. *Peppered Steak: on the tougher side but still oozed out meaty juice. *Garlic Steak: similar to the peppered steak only saltier. The garlic flavor wasn't very prominent and this piece left me thirsty. I would have preferred a garlic sauce as opposed to the concentrated garlic powder taste. *Tri Tip: the best option for a leaner cut. The meat was tender and juicy. This was similar in flavor to the picanha but without the fattiness. *Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple: the cinnamon hardened around the pineapple, offering a satisfying crunch followed by a gush of sweet fruitiness. The simplistically made this my favorite rendition from a Brazilian steakhouse. This was a great meal ender despite us getting flan afterwards. *NY Strip: this was a daily special. This was a leaner cut so the beefiness was prominent but I preferred the other meats with more fat. =A LA CARTE= Not included in the all you can eat experience. *Mojito: refreshing and citrusy. There was a good amount of alcohol included. *Pudim: great way to end the meal. The Brazilian flan was dense and creamy. There was a thin layer of caramel sauce on top but it wasn't too sweet. The portion size was nicely shareable between two people. Unfortunately, they didn't bring out the shrimp until we were full so we didn't get to try it. Otherwise the service was consistent and attentive. Our server even asked about which meats were our favorites so they could bring them back out for us. There were multiple groups celebrating birthdays and they brought out their staff to sing happy birthday. During an all you can eat experience, good service is the lifeline and this was some of the best service I've received. The ambiance was stellar and this was my favorite dining experience in the Central Valley. The meats blew the salad bar and sides out of the water so I would return just for that. Although this was a pricier option, the quality and service were 5 stars.

Once you arrive to the front of the hotel, they have parking on the left side of the building across the street which is specifically reserved for the Elderwood. It's not even a minute walk to the hotel. Once inside the concierge was very friendly and explained how to get there. You take the elevator up to the restaurant. The hotel itself was very charming, like going back in time but in style. The main elevator doesn't take you up straight to the restaurant, you can choose to walk up the stairs or take another elevator that's located on the right side. It's just 2 more floors up. We walked up the stairs and I'm glad we did, we were able to see the waiting area with some older pictures of the hotel. As well as the entrance into the restaurant. The servers were friendly and kindly let us know that we would be next to be seated. We chose to seat outside, they had small table heaters on the sides and we chose a table right next to the view. The view was fantastic.!! I was glad that our reservation was bright and early, we were able to watch the sunrise and have a couple of mimosas. The food; was delicious.!! Not only looked nice but was also very tasty. The mimosas were also fantastic. We got the mimosa flight, which came with 3 mimosas. Highly recommend.! We got here before the crowds built up, they always do at Texas Roadhouse. We've been to other locations so my crew know how it all works here. Drink orders are taken by our friendly server. The inside here looks pretty much like all the rest of the Texas Roadhouses. I told them just get whatever you want. One guy ordered the full rack of ribs, another got the bone in ribeye, the other girl got the filet medallions and another got the ribeye as well. Appetizers were the onion blossom thingy, and a couple of orders of the potato skins. The food actually arrived pretty fast and it all tasted super nice according to the crew. Those potato skins got gobbled up fast! The ribs were super fall off the bone and the steaks were all cooked as ordered, med rare .... no well done shit with these guys! The mac and cheese has been consistently watery and lacking flavor each time I've tried it. The steaks don't seem seasoned at all simple salt and pepper would make a world of difference. After writing the place off, TikTok convinced me to give it another shot because people were raving about the pork chops. That was a mistake. I've never had meat that dry. It felt like chewing sawdust, and my jaw was done after two pieces. I took the rest home for the dog. It's frustrating because I truly respect how much gratitude this business shows toward veterans, but with how expensive the bill was, the food should be prepared far better. On the positive side, our waitress was friendly and attentive. However, if you plan on having a couple of beers, order two at once they won't arrive until your food is about to hit the table. Overall, I'm saddened that the food is subpar, especially given the potential this place has and the values it stands behind.
