Sorry to say that Sizzler was a big disappointment. I could do without the salad bar (which was not open), but the 6 oz. steak dinner was nothing but gristle. Ordered it medium, but it was so tough it literally could not be eaten. And I don't know WHAT they did to the cheese toast--it used to be so good... I don't remember her name but she was REALLY good!! The prices have really gone up and I don't know why cause the "all you can eat" salad bar hasn't changed for YEARS! Stopped by here on the way from Yosemite National Park and surprised to see it only with 2.5 star rating. This place is one of the nicest Sizzlers we have been to. The selections are great, customer service is outstanding, and food is fresh. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating inside. Their dessert bar has rice crispy treats! Very clean establishment. Has excellent soups especially the corn chowder. The desert bar is basically non existent, unless you like rice crispy cakes or boxed chocolate chip cookies. The service is always good but the food is ok. The options are slim. You get free bread,a baked potato and a decent dessert with your salad bar. Sometimes we get an entree and they are pretty decent. The bill can add up fast with all the extras they want you to add on like grilled onions and mushrooms. The definitely need more food choices for the buffet. read more

One of the few Sizzlers left in this world. Okay so the food isn't exactly gourmet but this place is really all about the salad bar. Great selection of salad fixings and they keep it well stocked. The hot bar is pretty bomb too with their meatballs and taco station. For those of you who've never made a meatball taco with cheese sauce you're missing out big time. I'm a huge fan of their fried chicken wings too. Service here is always great, drinks are filled, plates are cleared, extra napkins always available, and they do it all with a smile. Overpriced to get dinner for two. The food was plain and lacked flavor. The glasses man at the front forgot to give my significant other a tray, plate and utensils after we had ordered. We had ordered food off of the menu but we expected the buffet to be included. We were very confused because this was our first time there in a very long time. I refused to continue without him so I made him ask the man. It turns out that it was included but the man had forgot. He apologized but still our visit wasn't what we expected. Had a great dinner here today. I'm Gluten Free. The manager came out to review my order to be sure everything came out gluten free. They serve CAB Steaks (Certified Angus Beef). I had a Ribeye and my wife a Sirloin Tri Tip steak. Cooked to perfection. Service and Food was perfect. Manuel went above and beyond to make sure my meal was right. Recently a charge showed up on our bank account for more than $50.00 from this restaurant. I called spoke to the shift manager who seemed genuinly eager to resolve this matter. I visited the facility as requested. The general manager took over the interview. Then there was trouble. Even though I insisted no one in our family had visited on the day in question, I was told that I would have to produce documents from the last time my family had visited. I'm very disappointed in the general management attitude. How does a person prove something never happened. Management seemed to say "we want to help you but we have your money and you're NOT getting it back even if a mistake was made". A shame. Food good. I don't have one good thing to say about this Sizzler. The service was horrible to say the least. I had to get up and remind them we were there and our server was very unprofessional. She only came by to see us ONE time. The food came out cold and if I didn't know better I would have thought my chicken was made of rubber.. cold rubber. My wife's steak was also cold and when we told our server about it, the ONE time she came by, they threw it in a microwave for the 30 seconds she was gone. The only thing we liked was our seats by the window where we could see all the other restaurants we SHOULD have gone to instead. We didn't even eat our food.
