    1 pound of shrimp

Nice looking place, a little on the small side and limited parking. Waitress was very nice and helpful. Service was very slow on this day. Many of the diners were waiting on food as we were. Could be that when we pulled up they were unloading huge batches of already made Cajun sauce and it took time to heat up. ‍ Anyway, once we got our food the taste was good but just wished there was more Cajun sauce and it was a little on the thick side. My rating is due to not enough sauce and the long wait time.

The food and flavor is delicious!! Pricing is good considering its seafood. We made our own combo with 2 lbs of headless shrimp, 5 pieces of sausage, and 3 pieces of corn. There was two of us and it was plenty! Cheaper than combo 1. Service was friendly and fast and the place is clean. What I appreciate is that all unoccupied tables are already set with menus and butcher paper so that decreases wait time.

Crab, shrimp, crawfish, green beans, potato and corn. It was delicious and we used the medium spice.

We came to try this place on Saturday evening 10-04-2025 The food was really good and the service was great! It might be small but a very cool place and glad they were showing Game 1 of the Dodgers vs Phillies. We definitely will be back to try other foods from the menu.

Cajun shrimp & snow crab with potato, corn, and eggs

Great little spot. $50 for the perfect amount of food for 2 for lunch. There was a decent selection of seafood, sausage, potatoes, corn on the cob, hard boiled eggs, etc. Sadly, the cajun seasoning was a little boring, but really good with lemon wedges & salt mixed in. I would really like something like a mix of all 3 spices together. The sausage pieces are small, not full links, so be aware. Eggs were perfectly boiled, fluffy, but not overdone. This is probably the best seafood boil in town (though there's a new place I still need to try). Definitely a great choice in a convenient location.

The decor was the greatest aspect of the restaurant while the food itself was mediocre. They were empty despite my party coming in for Friday lunch. The windows had some strange residue along the edges. The tables were preemptively covered and I would have preferred a fresher table cloth. We opted for combo 1 which was said to be for groups of 2-3. We chose one pound of headless shrimp, crawfish and clams. Each combo came with 2 sausage, corn and potatoes. We chose a medium spice level and stuck to the classic Cajun sauce. Our drinks and appetizers came out first and the seafood came out a few minutes afterwards. *Coronarita: a fun spin on the classic Margarita. The glass was generous and the drink itself wasn't too sweet. It was subtly citrusy and not too watered down. *Garlic Noodles with Cajun Sauce: the noodles had a slight chew and good savory flavor. However I wouldn't describe it as very garlicky or spiced. The noodles were on the drier side and I would have liked some of the actual Cajun sauce to give it more spiciness and moisture. *Combo 1: the medium spice had subtle heat and I would suggest the spicy level for those would want an actual kick. The shrimp were plump but on the blander side. The crawfish was similarly flavorless although the texture was bouncy. The clams were by far the best seafood item. They were plump, sweet and cleaned well. The included sides were overcooked and tough. Service was minimal and we were ignored after we placed our order. We had to wave down a server when we ran out of gloves. Personally I found the sides and drinks more memorable than the boil. The seafood wasn't the freshest and the sauces were forgettable. The combo didn't include enough food for the price so I would pass. While the clams were tasty, cleanliness and flavors should be worked on.

Well I came back, and ordered the same food as last time, except I got garlic butter sauce and I couldn't taste any of the garlic at all, and the shrimp was bland. Left paying 80 bucks for 2 people and disappointed

First timers here! Service was great. Food didn't take long to bring out. Ordered some sweet potatoes for an appetizer & got combo #2 for 3 of us. It was pick 2 & pick 1 kind of deal.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't as crazy full as I thought it was going to be. The service was fast and the waitresses were on it. If I requested a cup of water, they would bring it in less than a minute. I got a combo bag because it was my first time going to a boiling crab place, and that option made it super easy to pick. The food was amazing. I got the medium spice, which, as a person who really likes spicy things, was perfect. Such a fun bonding time with family. The restaurant has a lot of seating and looked clean :)

Our server, Sunshine, was absolutely delightful. We started off with crispy dragon shrimp as an appetizer. I ordered a lobster punch cocktail and my husband had a modelo. The shrimp was very good. Just the right amount of heat. The lobster punch was very good as well. For the main course, I ordered the ultimate feast and my husband ordered the fish and chips. Both of our meals were delicious. The only issue I had was that the crab legs were barely warm like they had been sitting out for a while. The restaurant was pretty empty when we first arrived but about 1/2 our into our meal, it started packing in. The restrooms were very clean and the restaurant was very clean. But it sure was dark in there.

My girlfriend and I decided to try Tacos Y Tortas Chalio's after she mentioned they had great…read moredrinks at reasonable prices, and overall we had a good experience. The restaurant offers both dine-in and takeout service. There isn't a host stand, so you simply walk in and let them know whether you're ordering to go or dining in. The dining room was comfortable. It wasn't the coolest restaurant temperature-wise, but it wasn't uncomfortably warm either. The highlight of the visit was easily the michelada. It came with chamoy and Tajín on the rim, a tamarind straw, shrimp, cucumber, and a lemon wedge, all seasoned with Tajín. The presentation was excellent, and more importantly, it tasted fantastic. It's easily one of the better micheladas I've had in the area. For food, I ordered a vampiro with asada along with tacos featuring chile verde, carnitas, al pastor, and asada. The vampiro was different from the ones I've had in Mexico, but it was still very flavorful and came loaded with beans, meat, cilantro, and onions, plus grilled onions and a pepper on the side. The tacos were also very good and came with grilled onions, peppers, and lemon wedges. My girlfriend ordered the mixed molcajete with avocado on the side. The portion was huge, and there was enough left over for another meal the next day. Everything we tried was flavorful and well prepared. The biggest issue during our visit was service, though I don't think it was the fault of the employee working the floor. It appeared there was only one person handling the front of the house while also making drinks, taking orders, delivering food, and managing takeout customers. Once a few tables filled up, it became obvious she was overwhelmed. For example, when we ordered our first round of drinks, I also requested waters for the table that never arrived. By the time our food came out, I had finished my michelada and had nothing to drink while eating fairly spicy food. I had to walk up and request another drink and water multiple times before receiving anything. The employee was always polite, but it felt more like a staffing issue than a customer service issue. Another thing that stood out was the number of flies around the dining area. It wasn't enough to ruin the meal, but it was noticeable enough that better fly control would improve the experience. Overall, the food and drinks were excellent, and that's what ultimately carries this review. With a little more staffing, better fly control, and slightly cooler indoor temperatures, this place could easily be a five-star experience. As it stands, I would still gladly return and would recommend it to anyone looking for good Mexican food and excellent micheladas in Visalia.

Like another customer stated that it had a funky odor and it was covered with bleach smell was true on my first visit and after talking with the owner of the restaurant, the menu sounded like it was worth coming back. I came back a second time and the owner recognized me and greeted me and directed us towards our table. There was no odor this time and it is an older establishment that actually was a house at one time. If you sit in the back area you can still see the crown moldings of the living area. We ordered the Marlin Empanadas- there is 4 to an order ($12). I wish I cut one so that you can see in the picture that it definitely is Marlin. Marlin is red flesh and I've fished in Cabo San Lucas and caught marlin and it's not the best flavored fish as it is dense and very oily. This definitely tasted like I remembered the last time I caught a marlin! Still this was good as I don't see marlin on the menu much so I usually order shrimp empanadas. We ordered Cooked Seafood Molcajete- Shrimp, octopus, crab, fish, and mussels. It came out boiling hot and I'm going to post video of the clay pot so you can see that it comes out hot from the kitchen!! Ordered a side of whole beans and homemade corn tortillas. Yes they do have homemade corn tortillas here and I definitely recommend! They also have a Tomahawk steak served with shrimp ($75) that I hear is a good seller!! Come support this restaurant! I did exactly as instructed, and they did respond after reviewing picture and said they would issue refund... but despite following up multiple times, no one ever processed my refund or even responded. Considering how expensive the food is here (plus added service fees), it's really disappointing to be treated with such unprofessionalism. All I expected was accountability and a resolution for an order that was clearly incomplete. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and customer care has left a very negative impression, and I don't plan to return.
