Customer service is horrible. Visited today after doing a Costco run. Had to wait over 1/2 hour after ordering and watching others being served before us that had come in after us. Went to waitress to ask what was holding up our breakfast, she said orders got backed up. Waited another 10 minutes and still no breakfast or a refill on coffee. We left without breakfast waitress was helping others and didn't bother to apologize. I won't go back here after going there every month. read more

I'm completely in disgust and very disappointed in Chubby's. How could you and why would you think this is ok to give to your customers! If you're giving people who come to your restaurant better food and are offering this BS to customers who order to-go, you should've stayed closed. We spent almost 80 dollars for the worst breakfast I've ever had! I vouched for this restaurant to my wife, the menu and pics looked impressive! Then when we received our food, it was cold and looked like this! Eggs were over cooked, asked for hash browns and got potatoes, most likely the side of potatoes I asked for on the side for my wife. Didn't get the gravy I paid for. Pancakes were hard and rubbery, so was the waffle "which was supposed to have some blueberry sauce" but had regular blueberries just scattered on the waffle with two very lightly filled syrup containers. A biscuit that was hard. Luckily we got our money back from DoorDash and will never come back here. What happened to you Chubby's!? You were a staple to my childhood eating experience. Went to Chubby's today for lunch. Haven't been in years. I got the California Burger and fries. It was amazing. Fresh baked buns with all the fix'ns. Only wish I would've gotten the onion rings. Nothing wrong with the fries but I remembered after seeing someone else getting them how good they are. Great reason to go back...SOON. Service was great. So friendly. Thanks for making my day. Ohhhh yes. This is the perfect way to start a day. I want to start off with the one thing I personally wasn't a fan of so that I can move on to the rest. The French fries, they were the only part of the entire platter of food we ordered that I wasn't a fan of. They lacked the crisp I crave. Moving on, this burger was insane. California burger, and I ordered a over hard egg to throw on top of the beautifully juicy patty. Clearly, this was a well calculated choice as it created a burst of flavor that I'll maintain in my thoughts throughout the rest of the day. It was so filling and delicious, they definitely killed it in every way. On top of that, a little birdie told me the buns are home made? I was told this AS I complimented the bun. My wife ordered a sampler platter in which she so generously shared with me. The jalapeño poppers were delicious. As you can see in the pornographic food pictures, they were just FULL of flavor. So filling I could only eat two. Then onto the onion rings, so far in the 30 years of life that I've lived, these rank #1 on my list so far. I live in the valley and somehow passed chubbys every-time, only to remain curious of what's inside. Finally had the chance to try chubbys. A friend of mine had it years ago so we decided to check it out. First off I want to point out The customer service was great. Our waitress checked In on us. The diner looked and felt like any little old fashioned diner. The restaurant wasn't crowded or loud .But the prices did not feel old fashioned. I'm sure it's because of the inflation but as I was going through the menu I could not believe how high their prices were. Pork chops were almost $70 . The burgers were at a decent price so I went with the California burger which had bacon and avocado. The buns are homemade and you can tell. It was delicious. The fries were okay, a little over cooked for me. This review is just based on having lunch. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back to try anything else. read more

I heard their breakfast was really good so I had to come back and try. I get there and I am greeted and seated by Erika she was very nice and I loved her energy. I could tell she really enjoyed working there. She helps us order and tells us what she likes because we asked what we should get to eat. The whole process was smooth. The other employees were nice and very helpful. I choose a breakfast burrito and shared it with my wife. We loved it and we ended up sharing a chocolate milkshake. We loved it and we will be back to be helped by her! The food was great. The atmosphere has that classy diner feel to it and it's not so big in there so it gives it a throw back to an earlier time. I've only been here once and it was a pretty good experience. The atmosphere is not the greatest, I can't tell whether they're trying to be a Ruby's or a Denny's. As for food everything had a good flavor yet it also was a bit salty and we were thirsty the rest of the day. Also, one of the water glasses given to us had old food caked on the inside, thank goodness we checked before we drank out of it. I would go back to try their malts and a burger maybe but its not my go to place if only because of the atmosphere and unclean glass. read more

Ive been here a few times but my husband had never been. We came in late last Saturday night. The inside is very old school 50s diner themed. Our server was super sweet, and very friendly. I rarely order shakes, but I was really craving one. I ordered the peanut butter shake and it was by far the best shake I've ever consumed. For my burger I got the stuffed burger. Nice and jucy with a yummy smoky bacon flavor. The buns are homemade are are super soft, but do fall apart quickly. We have been going to Chubbys for years. We went today and the service was horrible. They had two waitresses serving both inside and outside dining. One of the waitresses was working extremely hard while the other was just going through the motions. We had to ask for utensils so we could eat. The toast was cold and loaded with way too much butter. Sure miss the staff that used to be there. The food was fair at best. Sure hope they get it together soon. read more

Don't waste your money here. Honestly this place is way overpriced and the food was seriously lacking. I ordered the California burger and there was more avocado than beef. I think the two slices of tomatoes outweighed the beef patty. The fries were super soggy and no marinara sauce was given with the mozzarella sticks. The bun was soggy - maybe they could toast them in the future to help with that. I can say at least they seasoned their meat really well. Shakes were nothing special for the 8 dollars I paid - honestly Jack in the Box has better shakes for less. Disappointed highly. So much for branching out and trying something new. read more

Ordered a philly steak sandwich which was amazing. Biscuit and gravy meal did not disappoint. If you order the pancakes be aware they are huge.
