Kim is an excellent server at the pinole sizzler she always provides service with a smile which is why i always make sure to sit in her section read more

Well I haven't eaten at a Sizzlers in about 20 years, give or take. Not many around... Well the food was OK, but just OK, but for the price it was worth it I guess. Really friendly staff. The place seemed clean. Not a lot I can say about the place, that's good and bad. And why I gave only 2 stars, it's average at best. read more

They have the best bread rolls I've ever had. I'm not sure what they do to them but they are creamy and sweet. Their salad bar and service are about average. Their steaks are okay. But since they have the best bread rolls of anywhere I've ever been I had to give them 5 stars. Also my brother used to work here in High School so it has a special place in my heart. read more

Horrible low quality food. Not worth $10.99 for the salad bar at all. Spinach and broccoli smelled and tasted funny. Had a bad stomach ache and diarrhea after eating there. I do not recommend eating here ever! read more

Not a favorite place, honestly. The food doesn't taste particularly fresh, there seemed to be some difficulty achieving a medium-well steak as it out dripping blood and then tough and chewy. Where was the cheese bread in all this? The salad bar is passable, basic salad options with a handful of standard dressings. Then there are nachos, tacos, and chicken wings (?). All that aside, the service wasn't bad read more

Came here for lunch today and food was stale, off tasting, and blah. (Buffet) The one thing that was good was the fried chicken... until some lady came in with a to go box and took all they had out. We asked when it would be replaced, and they said 10 minutes. But, it lunch, and most people don't have 10, which really means 15-20... waitress was nice though. read more

Good food. Good prices. Newly remodeled, the place looks great. I am a regular and the staff treat me like family. Easy parking. No complaints!! read more

sizzle was always very goood prices,,,,service is fantastic,,,,love there buffet,,,

I didn't get my food. It's 6:29. We ordered at 6:04. I'm pretty upset. We are just gonna take off. They just came with a water too I had asked for a long time ago. The place isn't even full. Bad service. Disconnect between the staff on the floor and the kitchen. I mean, it's a sizzler, but just crappy service. If you're getting just the salad bar, go for it. read more

After seeing this place almost every day driving to work on interstate 80, me and the wife finally had a chance to check this place out. I must say this is the nicest sizzler I've been to. The staff was decent and so was the salad bar. The only gripe I have is that the chicken wings is no longer included with salad bar. Over all I'll come back here again. read more

Horrible experience! My husband and I took our boys to dinner here and honestly I will never be back. The waiter was not hopeful at all. We witnessed people at the table next to us pack up four boxes of hot wings from the salad bar. Then another table of three adults packing two boxes each of salad bar items. As we're eating our dinner my son had left overs including some wings 6 to be exact he had been picking through. We asked our server for two boxes so we could pack up our leftovers. Five minutes passed by we see our server cleaning tables so we asked another server same thing happens he goes on to do something else. Then we get our original server attention and ask him for the boxes he proceeds to tell us that we won't be able to get to go boxes because we have two plates of wings that we want to take. Excuse me no sir that plate is trash because those wing are literally NASTY cold and burnt at that. I tell him go ahead and please take them we don't mind.So as we are sitting there in disbelief we ask for the manager. The manager then comes and we explain to here we literally just saw two other tables pack full boxes of salad bar items and our server didn't mind then. But We simply ask for a box and it's a problem? She goes to explain the same thing we can't give boxes when we see salad bar items on your table I then tell her go ahead and take the plate I need a box for my sons leftovers not your salad bar items , nasty wings at that. At this point I'm pissed first time at a Sizzlers and my last . I then tell the manager if you guys are going to deny customers to go boxes then deny everyone not just the people you decide not to. Moral of story I'm extremely upset and sad that my sons had to experience this type of service. Zero stars!! read more

Horrible three people in front of us once it was our turn to take our order Mexican lady at the counter was very rude wanted steak and unlimited shrimp and a bowl of soup she insisted that we had to pay for a salad bar will never return again customer service is supposed to be key number one not at this Sizzler if I could give zero Stars I would it's a wonder why Sizzler's are disappearing around here read more

I can't believe I'm giving this place 4 stars. Wasn't expecting to get good service and food. Came here for my father in laws birthday. I haven't been here since high school ( c/o 95) so a lot has changed. The only thing that did not change is their Parmesan toast. Still good and crunchy like I remember. Rico was our server and was very attentive and checked on up on us to make sure we were ok with our meals. I ordered the sirloin steak and veggies which was pretty good. I asked for medium rare and did just that, also nicely seasoned. Trying to keep it somewhat healthy. I'd probably come back in. read more

I have been going to this sizzler ever since I was a little boy so it is about time I review this place. I remember way back when sizzler was the top restaurant to go to in the Pinole strip of food places to choose from. There was the century movie theater, Red Lobster down near Hilltop, and Sizzler. Sizzler was our favorite place to go to because of the salad and ice cream. The Salad bar is especially what drove my parents to go because it was a deal. The food at Sizzler isn't top notch, but it's good enough. One of the reasons I still like sizzler is the idea of having to order at the register and receiving the drinks and salad plates right away than having to order sitting down. Ever since then we don't frequent sizzler that much. We saw the transformation of sizzler becoming a popular place to eat on Fridays and Saturdays to a dull place. I'm not sure what happened but I guess it is the sign of the times or it's not as appealing as before. We did visit recently and they have amped up the prices where you can get a value meal with a salad. However, the atmosphere is the same but I can muster sizzler when the time is right. read more

Wanted to eat out during a in the middle of the week and came here to use a coupon. I like the salad bar for what it is, not too many selections but what is there is not bad. I ordered the steak with endless shrimp since I had a coupon for it for $9.99 which saves $6 off the price and added the endless salad bar. I didn't eat my entree since I was going to take it home and only ate from the salad bar. I enjoyed my meal and the price was right. read more

I had a great lunch waiter on april 5.The resturant was packed and he was on top of it. My boyfriend thought his steak and onions was great.I always love the cheese toast.I definitely got full and had leftovers for later. The taco bar was good with party wings and lots of salad choices. read more

Prices are reasonable and this is the only place in the area where I can have a good salad. Yesterday I went here and was disapointed in the service and cleanliness of the place. The waitress would just not smile...whatever.... I don't care about the service in a place like this but was totaly disguisted with poop being all over the bathroom floor and walls. Whats up with all the restaurant bathrooms I have visited lately? People!!!! A nasty bathroom can ruin a whole dining experience. Gross. read more

Place was dirty and the steaks were overcooked and dry! Bathrooms were nasty and the floors were sticky! Enough said! Won't be coming back!

Love the sirloin Have had some issues with Togo But steak for the price can't be beat read more

It's always been one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The servers are great. My favorite servers are David and Gilbert. Gilbert is so wonderful and always checking on his customers. Not to mention they're both handsome guys. Lol. read more

Sizzlers is generally garbage, but this place is a joke. We decided to have dinner here to celebrate my fathers birthday, my family arrive first since I got off work late. When I finally get there the doors were locked from the outside, so my brother let me in. Since the doors were locked I thought they were no longer taking orders so I was just going to wait until my family finished up. We had a salad plate at the table that wasn't used yet. My mother suggested I have some food so I did, as soon as I get back to our table a waitress comes to our table (she was very pleasant) notifying us that her manager (who should have came and let us know himself) SENT her to say "My manager said you didn't pay for that food and you need to pay for it if you want to eat it"..now I'm sure she was literally telling me what he said, and as a waitress she shouldn't be responsible for awkward situations like that, that is what HE GETS PAID FOR! if he had came to me and been polite i would have been much more understanding. Since he was an asshole now whatever was in my plate "accidentally" fell on their carpet. have fun cleaning is asshole manager who refused to give me his name!!! read more

Sizzler has raised their prices again. They are even charging $6.99 for 3 wings that used to be all you can eat on their salad bar. We won't be going back anytime soon. Both steaks ordered by 2 people in our party tonight were grisly and tough. The only highlight was our server was very attentive and friendly. read more

Sometimes you just want to eat a lot. Like, all you can. And sizzler is a great place to do that. The food isn't fancy, but that isn't the point. It's been fresh and tasty whenever I have visited, and the service is friendly, and generally pretty good. And unlimited chicken wings, plus as much salad as you can handle? Five stars. Every time. read more

If I could give it a 0 I would. The quantity of the food was extremely small compared to the pictures also the food is filled with oil.

i like their salad bar. The menu food is okay. The salmon is a littte dry. The environment service are good. I come here once in a while.

This place is like the last of the Mohicans. Seeing that its the only Sizzler left in the East Bay. They closed Albany, Concord and Antioch. Its a shame because I love Sizzlers salad bar. Especially the signature deal for $12.99 that comes with a Malibu chicken meal and salad bar. I will usually take my chicken home for later. Thank goodness they brought the chicken wings back to the salad bar. They took them off for awhile and were selling them at a steep price as an add on to a meal. That didn't last. This location is newly remodeled. So its nice and clean. Usually everything is fresh and doesn't seem like it's been out too long. They definitely need a bigger parking lot. I've left before because of no parking or people taking 2 compact spots. The service is ok. Sometimes there on top of it when other days you have to ask your waiter twice for something. Other than that I love this Sizzlers. In fact I wish I had a bowel of chowder right now. read more

Sizzler - Seafood Near Me - Pinole, California

It was not the enormous horse fly in the chicken noodle soup that turned me off, but rather the lack of regard for most of the salad bar food quality. If you're into ballpark style nachos, though, then they've got you covered. read more

I love Sizzler! There was no line and the hostess quickly took our order. Our server, Kristen, was attentive and very nice. The manager, Kim, was amazing as well as I saw her greeting the customers and asking about their meals. I go here with family and they're always nice. I really recommend Sizzler. read more

I had the absolute worse service at this Sizzler. Everything was fine until the waitress came to the table. Her name Lua or Nua. This lady was very rude and disrespectful to myself and party. She slammed the salad bar plates on the table, she didn't refill our drinks not one time, she was being very rude and disrespectful to my mother. I was very displeased with her service. I asked for a salad bar plate and it took her 15 minutes to bring it to me. She seem like she didn't want to be at work. She was not personable, she had a terrible attitude, and flat out rude. I will never go to this location again. How dare a paying customer is treated like that. Sizzler, I'd suggest you train your employees on how to deal with PAYING customers! I will never give another dime to Sizzler. I've been a Sizzler patron for over 30 years! I felt very disrespected by your employee! read more

To whom it may concern, I am a frequent customer at this sizzler. The staff and food are really good. Today Monica was my server and she brought everything I needed. Lydia has been my server in the past also. She is always attentive. Management very involved. I try to go when Kritin is there. read more

Good food, great staff, nice environment! Would definitely come again! Jenny was an excellent waitress!

Sizzler will, and always be - Sizzler. I don't care what people say about this place, but I think it's pretty decent, welcoming, and the atmosphere is comfortable. The staff is great too! So come here and eat - don't hesitate. read more

Excellent food. Salad bar is very healthy. Kim is the best server. The line gets long sometimes, but they move it along pretty well.

Coming from someone who's eaten at Sizzler for years (uncle used to be a manager and dad was a cook), I'd like to say you should come eat here with your family or for your grandparents birthday. It's that sort of place. It's cozy, has warm lighting, has a friendly environment, and EVERY server is genuinely kind. It's a pay first, then eat kind of place. There are usually new cashiers every now and then, but the few cashiers that have been here a while have been great to my family. There have been some changes to the menu this year. I believe salad bars are about $11 on their own now, but they are $5 bucks with purchase of an entree. They have an ice cream machine! It's only a mess when groups of unsupervised kids choose to play with it. Trust me, I've SEEN this happen. All in all, employees are trying their best there and it's very family oriented. Ask how you can get coupons, we get coupons mailed to us all of the time. read more
