I chose this location to celebrate my 3 year old's birthday with our family, and I could not be happier! The location is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The manager on duty was more than helpful. They offered us a semi-private room, which we used, but honestly would have been fine on the main dining room, as they have plenty of space to host us along with regular customers. Mountain Mike's offers a party package (I'm not sure if this is at every location), but it was perfect for our party of 15. The room has a TV, so we were able to watch WNBA, and the package had enough food that we didn't need to order any extra. This was so worth the money of not having to worry about the hassle of clean up, or an over-stimulating environment. I'll definitely be recommending to friends. read more

I ended up returning to this location recently because it was late, there weren't many places still open, and I figured enough time had passed to give them one last chance. They are open until midnight, which was convenient. This visit was much better. I was helped by the young lady who has assisted me several times in the past. She has always provided great customer service and has never made an issue out of something as small as a ranch. I told her about my previous experience when she wasn't there, and she immediately apologized. She explained that the extra charge for sauce had become a point of emphasis from one of the managers and told me not to worry about it. What remains disappointing is that after my original review, someone from the business responded publicly asking me to reach out. I did follow up as requested, but I never received a response back. If a business asks a customer to contact them to address a concern, there should be some effort to continue that conversation. While I appreciate the better experience during my recent visit and the professionalism of the employee who helped me, I still feel the lack of follow-through regarding my original complaint is worth mentioning. read more

May 26, 2025 4.5 stars We enter. I hear squeaky necks needing oiling. Everyone at the only table with costumers eyeballs us with suspicion. Seeing we were unarmed. they turn back to there plates, Just the way I like it. The shop is clean and quiet. No unwanted music. No unruly offspring present. The TV just a smidgen above mute. The FOH employee takes a lot of time cleaning and recleaning surfaces between serving mostly to-go food to guests. The two of us split a small pizza. Just the way I like it. The pizza is served piping hot. It is smartly cut into half half sized slices, making it more fun to keep grabbin another and another. Its a tasty pie. Cheese dripping. Toppings racing to slide off your slice as it reaches your lips. Crust that makes you feel good and want more. Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. We polished it off and bid farewell. I Feel sorry I haven't eaten here before and happy there Will be a next time. read more

I tried this place so you didn't have to... overpriced and underwhelming and just the pizza... the wings... we won't mention the wings... they were that bad... I only ate one and passed on the rest. For what they charged I would have thought the pizza would be good but it wasn't. I was very surprised. The only thing saving them from being a one star is that it was edible enough to feed some hungry kids. read more

All you can eat lunch buffet: pizza, garlic sticks w/ cheese, salad bar, & fountain drink, Mon-Fri, 11-2, $14.99 You can request pizza varieties for buffet if not available... I always have to request a veggie pizza ( not a popular choice ?? Self- serve salad bar includes: iceberg, gourmet greens, spinach, cherry Tom's, mushrooms, olives, green bells, baby carrot, cucumber, 3 bean salad, hardboiled eggs, croutons, jalapeño, jello, & 3 dressings. They keep refilling items as needed, it was all very fresh !! There is a small private room off to the side that could be used for a small party other wise the dining room is good for bigger groups ! Other slobby diners left big messes on their tables that needed attention & were eventually cleared & cleaned...otherwise the buffet area was neat & clean & fully stocked...& a good value for the price for all you can eat pizza & salad w/a beverage only Mon- Fri from 11-2 only for $14.99 plus Wed night as well !! read more

Pizza was just not good. Hey Mountain Mike Corporate, you should get your pizza delivered from a random location and see what you think. Is it a quality product? Would you order it again? Your medium thin crust cheese pizza is five dollars more expensive than roundtable. Cheese, dough, and sauce for 28 bucks before tax. WOW. Not worth it. read more

Had it delivered tonight. This pizza is amazing and definitely worth every penny. Had the chicken club pizza which is an absolute must. The pike's peak is delicious as well. I ordered the Mountain Mike size and it's big enough to feed a small army. If you have not tried this place, I highly suggest you try it as soon as possible. read more

To be clear this review does not reflect the food, I enjoy this pizza and this location. My review has to do with the service provided. My pizza was delivered and after signing the receipt for the pizza I asked for my receipt. The delivery person then started digging through my plants because he crumpled up the receipt and threw it in the plants prior to me asking for it. He then started looking through the plants since I requested the receipt and that's about the sum of it. I called mountain mikes to tell them that I didn't appreciate the interaction at all and wasn't very happy about the situation. I told the person at mountain mikes who apologized profusely that I didn't need her apology and hoped that this would be a learning moment for that driver. Me being a patient individual saw no need to escalate the act that I was witnessed to, however I told her someone else not of my calm demeanor could take action to such an offense. Needless to say, I apologized in advance for this review. We have too many other options for pizza in Hercules to be disrespected in this manner read more

Solo'ed the Wed 5pm dinner buffet $16.99/person. Skipped the fountain drink +$3. One plate for salad and one plate for pizza. Went back for filling 4 salads plates and 4 pizza plates. Was Asked directly after paying what pizza I want and the All Meat got served out to the buffet. I cleared my own table but I'm sure they'd do it for you since I didn't see any trash bins. WiFi Internet connection. Streaming music and YouTube just fine. Tv set to sports. Decathlon event. I'd probably come back for lunch $14.99/person since they do m-f. read more

Ordered a small Pike's peak hold the ham and linquisa. Added mushroom. I wish there was a substitution option. I mean,c'mon. Take 2 meats off and I add mushrooms. 18.99 for a small and 2.00 extra for non existent slivers of mushroom. On top of that I also ordered a medium chicken club no tomatoes but they also took out the green onions. This place always leaves off the green onion. I'll never go here again. I am just a glutton for overpriced pizza and disappointment. Update. The same evening of this order Mtn Mike's called me 2x within 20 mins for reasons unknown. read more

Very good ellexent food very delicious.... Very good service, very clean and a great vibe to hang out with friends and family..

I have ordered from this Mountain Mike's for a few years now and their service and pizzas are often a hit or miss. I like them for their gluten free pizzas the most- one of the better crusts I've had anywhere. I always order through their website because it is usually most accurate and faster (I would say average 45 minutes from ordering to delivery) compared to when ordering via phone or doordash. I also hardly have any issues like when I ordered gluten free and they delivered regular or when I requested no red sauce (my kid used to hate tomato sauce) and they delivered a pizza with red sauce. As far as delivery speed goes there has only been one time on a regular Sunday night where it took over an hour and thirty minutes to be delivered. I ordered a pizza online at 5:30pm. When it had not arrived at 6:45pm I called to find out what was delaying it. The man I spoke to on the phone said it should be arriving "in a couple of minutes". When it didnt arrive ten minutes later I called again. The woman on the phone then said "it just went out for delivery". The most recent experience could possibly be the deal breaker, though. I'm not sure when they started adding the "safety sticker" but I actually really appreciate it nowadays because with the pandemic going on, of course there is concern about what the pizza is being exposed to, especially if the box is even a little open while in transit due to our household being part of the immunocompromised group. It was unlike the other deliveries - the car was parked out of view of my front door (normally they stop right in front) and it was like a drop and run kind of delivery. So that when I noticed the red seal I couldn't say anything about it. I called to let the place know about it and obviously there was nothing they could do about it and it felt petty to demand a refund so I just had to let it go. ‍ read more

I've given Mountain Mike's a good review in the past, but I must give another shout-out about their apple pie dessert. I felt like having a dessert but I had no idea what I was ordering. Something about Mountain Mikes just hits different! I love their dough and how crispy it is. I always order the half snowy alps and half pineapple chicken luau. They're not stingy on the toppings as you can tell. So loaded! The large came out to be $29 if I remember correctly. So worth! I would highly recommend trying these two pizza flavors because they're my all time favs from Mountain Mikes! I don't know if I can order anything else. So yummy! read more

I doubt I will be back here ever again. I just want to say I'm so utterly disappointed with the quality of the food they are serving as " mountain mikes " now. Undercooked over sauced and cheese isn't even melted ! Had to go downstairs cook my pizza to be able to take a bite !! I love pizza and mountain mikes is one of my favorite spots but wow not this location anymore. Im just completely disappointed. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A PIZZA FROM HERE EARLY DAY UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO BE UN EDIBLE. This town has very few places for food, & we get places like these. Shit. Also when giving me change they are supposed to have 20 in change on them at all times, he said he only had 2 dollars? How weird ? Maybe because of the fact that there was $7 I had left in change and he wanted every last cent he could get ( when I'm already trying to give $5 in just a tip for you taking 2 minutes LITERALLY to get here and give me my pizza ) . So I went back upstairs got MY change and gave less of a tip $3 instead of $5 like I was going to for that very greedy interaction. To make things better the one answering the phone was just like a robot & very snappy. Both times I've tried to eat the pizza non heated and heated both made me spit it up. NOT COOKED WHATSOEVER ! I want to just cry this experience ruined my day! Thanks for a terrible experience mountain mikes ! Will not be back and that's sad love your place. I wish I could get my $35 back! Thanks for reading hope this helps. read more

I had a fabulous time at Mountain Mike's today! Jeed was very courteous and took care to make sure that my entire experience was fabulous. The restaurant was very chill and relaxed. I didn't feel rushed and the pizza was amazing! When I ordered the lunch buffet, they asked me if there's a particular Pizza I would like and they made it for me. The pizza is always very good and fresh, but the customer service is so trash and the girl who always answers the phone and is at the cash register is sooooo rude, ALWAYS. And very stingy! If I ordered an Extra Large pizza and ask for ranch why would you she look appalled that I asked for ranch and she had an attitude handed ONE to me, I told her I'm feeding 6 people what are we going to do with ONE ranch dressing ? She got mad I asked for more and told me I need to pay $1.50 for any extra. If you see how small the ranch cups are, $1.50 is outrageous! Her attitude is so nasty! She acts like giving extra ranch for an extra large pizza is coming out of her paycheck smfdb read more

When I arrived there wasn't anyone at the counter. A minute or so passed then a lady came out. I told her that I ordered online and was wondering if my order was ready. I turned my phone to her so she could see my screen... she took my phone with out asking. She handed my phone back to me and said 5 more minutes. I watched her walk back to where they make the pizzas. She did not wash her hands after touching my phone and the cash register. Not sure if she was making pizzas or not but she was obviously touching something on a counter. 12 minutes go by... She handed me my pizza. No thank you, smile or anything. She had zero personality and acted like she didn't want to be there. read more
