The next day I called and was told this is how the cook Pizza. It was well done I was floored. The representative said she would remake the Pizza and I could pick it up later after work. I forgot about the pie and drove on in then I remembered turned around and drove back. When I arrived she did not want to honor what she had committed to do. First and last time visiting this place. This review is for the garlic cheesy bread or should I said the cardboard with cheese on it bread. Looks are deceiving because when I opened the box I knew it was going to taste great but it was NOT good at all. It tasted over cooked and there was no garlic taste at all. I guess I am use to domino's cheesy bread but I was really looking for a change and trying a local place. Ordered pizza online, and it went smoothly until I went to pick it up. They employee called me to let me know the pizza is ready. When I went to pick up the order, I showed the male employee my online receipt on my phone, which is linked to my online account. He then asked for my ID and credit card. At this point, I have already verified my order through my phone number, online receipt, and ID. That's when things went downhill. He said that the card I used online does not match, in which I told him that the credit card number you see is a virtual card and the real number is masked for security reasons. I tried to let him know that for each purchase online, a special number is generated. He said, "That can't be! Show me the card you used for the order." I even tried showing him my credit card charge on my mobile app that was currently pending and was the same amount that was charged for the pizza. He did not want to even look at it. I also tried explaining to this this man about virtual cards, but he could not comprehend or wrap his mind around the concept of the idea of having such a great security feature. He went on to say that he was losing money on my order if he gave it to me. I was so confused and irritated, so I canceled the order and asked for a refund, so now you definitely lost money on ingredients, cost of overhead, profits, and the tip to your staff. It didn't have to be this way. So, instead, I made an online order at Mountain Mike's Pizza with a virtual card, and everything went smoothly and got the pizza without any issue. read more

The pizza is okay, but the deals aren't to be trusted. "Two large pizzas, Any Toppings" means they subtract $18 from the cost of 2 large pizzas, not that they don't charge for toppings. Also, their order system often changes my order to 'Pick Up' from 'Delivery' which means I have to notice that and call them in order to get my pizza and then they tack on the delivery fee which I though I was already paying. In the end, not very satisfying. Think I'll go with the next closest place. They're about the same in quality for the price. read more

When we call and complain, their response is, "Well you live kind of far away (not THAT far, a few miles straight down the freeway) so it's going to take longer." No apology, no hey, thanks for being patient, nothing. Just attitude. Then the driver will call and say, "Oh, I'm five minutes away!" And it still takes twenty more minutes. I have been ordering from this place for years. I order for birthday parties, baseball games and other big functions. I give them 5 stars for their ability to deliver solid pizza at great prices and with excellent service. First of all, pizza falls into 2 categories: 1. Pizza that is trying to be awesome, and you pay for it, there is no delivery, etc (think Zachary's). 2. Pizza that is fast, cheap, and hopefully good enough. Pizza Guys is #2, so you think of them with Doninos, Papa Johns, Mountain Mike's. Quality-wise, it's probably the best. Great toppings, good sauce, good crust options. Price wise, it's about the same but make sure you go to their website for "hot deals". Service is where they stand out. They are super nice and knowledgeable on the phone. When I have a big order, there is never mistakes, it's always on time, and they follow up with you to make sure everything was OK. They have unquestionably the best service in the area.
