Was just feeling hungry after getting a haircut at my barber and went on a little drive to see what's good. Saw Mountain Mike's and thought "I have haven't had MM in a long time." Stopped in intending to eat-in to get away from the heat outside and saw a specials menu. Asked what they recommended between their special pizza: Tandoori Chicken or Paneer and they said chicken, so I went with Tandoori chicken pizza plus got some honey garlic wings and a fountain drink. Wings were good, nice hot, tender, and crispy. I added some chili flakes to the wings for a kick, I recommend that way. The pizza was phenomenal! Y'all have to try it! Chicken was tender and the vege gave a nice balance with the chicken and creamy sauce base. The crust had a nice crunch and structural enough to hold all the toppings but pillow soft for a good chew. Added some black pepper and chili flakes for a good kick. I have a decent tolerance for spicy food so I added more chili, that is my personal preference. The pizza is already considered spicy, so be careful if you're sensitive to spicy. read more

When arriving to mountain Mike's I was early but the workers let me in and got right to bringing out the pizza and salad bar, very nice and welcoming environment. Everything was clean bathroom included. I definitely would make this a regular lunch break place for me to go to. read more

Thank you so much for letting us host my daughter's birthday party at your party room. It was a great venue and we definitely rescheduled close to the capacity of 30 people. We ordered The Everest, Mt Veggiemore, BBQ at the Ranch and Pike's Peak. We also ordered garlic knots and cheese bread. They provided us with the plates and the glasses for each person is unlimited refills at the soda fountain. We also go some plates for the unlimited salad bar as well. It was a great venue. They even turned on the TV for us to just have the 49ers pregame in the background. They were very courteous with the service and I felt we were treated like family. I will definitely be coming back. For 20 years I've ordered from this location... not anymore.. a driver failed to use the door bell upon "delivery " and the rep on the phone says it was left at my door. I open the door - no pizza. Rep didn't take into account my security cameras don't lie. This beautifully delicious pizza never disappoints I order a small because it takes me a couple days to eat it I get the pikes peak, which is basically their version of a meat lovers and I always substitute, jalapeños and pineapple for the linguiça and the ham, because I don't care for linguiça at all and ham a little salty for my taste, their pizza is always delicious. Every bite is a party in my mouth like most foods that I really love their food is always the perfect temperature and I have never had an issue with them ever getting my order wrong so I highly recommend Mountain Mike Pizza on San Pablo Dam Road. read more

Overall it was a good experience! The workers inside were pretty friendly I came on a rainy day so nice and warm for us. We purchased a Crispy Pepperoni Pizza with mushrooms. It took around 20 to 30 minutes from getting here not too bad! That's if you order in the store of course. I'd recommend just ordering it beforehand so you don't have to wait out here a while if that's a problem for you. That was really the only con of this place was the wait time. Other than rude people that slam doors on you.. However if you want cooked food you'll have to wait for it LOL! We got ranch thankfully. Sadly, I won't be doing business with this business any longer. For at least 5 years I've ordered delivery and enjoyed the pizza. They have a promotion for when the 49ers win (not often lately), the following Wednesday you can get 49% off a large when ordering on the app. Now they've implemented a "minimum" on delivery orders making the promo void unless you order more. I called the restaurant, spoke with a very nice woman who wouldn't budge, but explained the benefit of ordering a soda or desert. The size and slices are much smaller, the crust tasted old and dry, skimpy toppings, and almost no cheese. It was like eating a slice of pizza sauce with a few toppings and no cheese . Every time I order there, they call me to verify that it's the store I order online for. This has helped a lot because I openly order without verifying the store. And I do pick up the food it's always hot and the ingredients taste very fresh. Though the price can be pricey it is completely worth it. I've been ordering from this mountain Mike's for yeaaars. This is my go to pizza spot both for flavor, toppings, taste, and staff. There are always coupons online either mailed if you live locally or online if you sign up for them. I also love that when I call in to place an order, they can pull up my account by my phone number and it feels familiar when they say my name without me telling them. The only thing I noticed recently is it seems like the pepperoni changed but I'm not 100% sure, and the peps are still delicious, I just really liked when they got crispy. My fave pizza tends to be the snowy Alps, minus the tomato's and add garlic. I also frequent their combination, forget what it's called, sub the green peps for extra mushrooms. So good, never ever disappoints. The people that work here are all nice too. I usually like this location, but yesterday I called to order a pizza and they wouldn't honor their coupon of 20% off any size pepperoni pizza. The guy on the phone said I must have the coupon code. I was driving, I didn't have it. And, there is no mention of the code being required when ordering in the email. The funny thing is, it was a special deal for that specific day. I received three emails this week with a daily deal for each day of the week, so they KNEW the coupon and they KNEW the code. I just can't believe in this time of sheltering when every other restaurant that is open is grateful for the business, that Mountain Mike's would be turning away business. Other restaurants I know are saying, "hey, no problem, we got it, just come on in and we'll have it ready." Just poor customer service at Mountain Mike's. I unsubscribed from their email list. This negative review is not for the food I really like Mountain Mike's Pizza a lot and it is our go to place. This location also has a decent salad bar. However, There is a staff member who refuses to properly wear his mask. He wears it underneath his nose and as we all know by now that is not safe. I politely asked him to pull his mask up over his nose. After giving me a dirty luck he halfway pulled it up but then it fell right back down again and then he didn't even bother after that. It always surprises me when somebody who is in customer service acts this way. Not only is it unprofessional, it is unsafe. Emma, the worker clearly did NOT take my health seriously.
