Our sales consultant, Chris Campbell was absolutely phenomenal. We went to another Sit 'n Sleep location a few years ago and weren't 100% happy with the service there. That being said, we were a little nervous going to this location, but Chris was so kind, not pushy and understanding that we felt extremely welcomed and excited to shop for a new bed! Chris helped us get to the root of our problems with our current mattress and now we are actually excited to have a new mattress and adjustable base! He doesn't try to oversell or stress out his customers which is extremely important. He didn't pressure us and gave us the time we needed to figure things out! We even ended up getting better pillows today as well! He took over an hour with us and helped us find the perfect fit. I don't usually write Yelp reviews, but I had to give a huge shoutout to Chris at Sit 'n Sleep for his honesty, professionalism, and incredible customer service. I came in fully expecting to spend a lot of money on a new mattress. Mine had started sagging, and I figured it was time for a replacement. Chris greeted me right away, listened to my situation, and instead of jumping into a sales pitch, he asked a few questions about my current mattress. To my surprise, he looked up my original purchase, explained that it might still be under warranty, and helped me file a claim right there in the store. He could've easily just sold me a new bed, and I never would've known the difference--but he chose to help me save money instead. That kind of integrity is rare these days. Because of Chris, I walked out without spending a dime, and my warranty claim was approved just a few days later. I can't thank him enough for putting the customer first. I was impressed with the range of selections of mattresses to test out, and Cliff was the perfect combination of attentive and non-intrusive, letting my wife and I time to relax into each mattress while somehow being there to answer any questions. I'm still stewing on this after 4-5 years. My mom and I went in and ordered a mattress and adjustable base. We went for a refurbished model--luckily $ most was in the adjustable base. The pair was +$1600 total. Delivery guys showed up in a medium box truck, spent time to assemble the bed (5/5 for assembly) and then didn't even pick/leave with the old mattress and bed base (as promised). We had to dispose of it on our own. They also promised us a brand new mattress cover (that we paid for) but if the mattress pad is just the buffer between you and the netting and rubber, then don't bother. read more

Unbelievable excellent service. We ordered a California King mattress only to discover when we received it that what we should have ordered for our box springs was a standard King. The deliver guys took the new mattress back, and when we called to straighten out our embarassing error, a proper-sized mattress was already scheduled for delivery the following day at no extra charge. Husband and I were in the market for a new mattress this past weekend. Walked into Sit 'n Sleep Pasadena and was immediately greeted by Cliff. We were looking to take advantage of some Memorial Day weekend sales. Cliff asked what we were looking for and immediately got a couple disposable covers for us and walked us straight to the "RED" (firm/extra firm) tagged mattresses. A funny exchange was Cliff asked if we were looking for firm, extra firm or prison firm? lol, that gave all of us a chuckle. Anyhow, we tried out a few mattresses and Cliff was great with not pressuring us and giving us time to discuss privately. He did show us the "prison firm" mattress and we were ultimately deciding between two King Koil mattresses. We ended up selecting the King Koil "Intimate" Whisper Rock Extra Firm Mattress. Cliff explained what would keep the mattress "within warranty" so we determined we would need the mattress cover and a small bunky board as well. We were able to schedule delivery for next day & haul-a-way our old mattress. Delivery system is automated and pretty punctual (they send out a text around 6pm with the delivery window for your delivery the day before & also an automated recorded message & you confirm back.) On the day of delivery, it shows your delivery spot # and which # the drivers are currently at. Delivery was pretty punctual to ETA, and we were lucky to arrive home just in time. So far the new mattress is a bit firmer than the one we tried in store (which we anticipated with speaking with Cliff about it in store), so we'll see how it goes these next few weeks. Thanks again to Cliff for helping us find a new mattress! The store is located on the second floor above the Walgreens on Lake Ave., and they do have a restroom in case you're in there long like hubby & I were. Parking lot is directly behind the store (90 mins. free, then you have to pay at the meter machines), with the entrance from the back parking lot as well. read more

Sit 'n sleep sent an inspector, as promised, who seemed to think my bed was defective. Unfortunately, Sit 'n sleep decided my bed wasn't sagging enough to be deemed defective. I guess I'm supposed to just live with the pain. I'm not at all happy with this decision. The inspector was very thorough though, a real professional . If I could is give sit n sleep zero stars now. Going to contact the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware: do more research before investing in a bed. Your livelihood and health are important. If you want firm, get firm. Don't let salespeople sway you into thinking you want something else. read more

I really wanted a Tempur-Pedic on an adjustable bed by the time I was done (I had NO idea how incredibly comfortable that set up would be!). Unfortunately, I needed a low profile mattress for my bed frame and they didn't have any with lower heights. Horrendous!!!! This is the second time that I contacted customer support. Despite the fact that they took my two incidents the first time it happened I had to continue bugging them until they handled my concern. This time I reported to have issues and medical problems with my mattress. It's been three weeks since I reported this reported another issue and it's been more then a month since I last heard from Sit 'n Sleep , they sent someone to measure the mattress and here I'm waiting to see what is the outcome. All the commercials on TV are just plain and simple a farce because my experience has been negative all the time. The third-party company that came informed me that the report would go on the same day to Sit 'n Sleep. I would recommend to go somewhere else. This is a shame that they don't value my hard earned money. read more

Brian walked me and my wife through a bunch of different mattresses and was very attentive to what we liked. This saved us a lot of time as he would tell us if he thought we liked it or not (especially individually as my wife and I have different tastes), and helped hone in mattresses that were a good compromise between us. We spent about an hour with Brian being our personal guide the entire time. I liked the wide range of selection of mattresses and the atentive personalized service Brian gave us. We went to a number of mattress stores before that were mostly "try and see if you like it," but Brian helped guide us and we ended up buying a mattress my wife and I were finally both happy with. I would recommend at least going here to have someone help guide you through the different aspects of different mattresses to see what you'd like (especially with Brian!) We ended up with a king koil signature. I feel like we ended up with a good deal and walked away happy. read more
